The Coffee itself was great but the woman who was taking our order left halfway through and didn't come back at all so her friend came up and asked us (rudely) if we were finished ordering I said no my girlfriend is still trying to order, so we finished that. Upon getting said coffee I realized they gave me the wrong sized coffee I ordered a large which was and additional $2, I went to ask about it after seeing that my girlfriend got the same size after ordering a regular. When I asked to get my coffee changed she quickly glanced at the order in the system and said "no you ordered a regular" I said no ma'am I ordered a large it was a $10 coffee she then rolled her eyes looked at it again and then said "oh yeah you did here give me that one and we will fix it then" again with attitude. I visited this coffee shop on a Sunday morning before a hike in Malibu and my experience here was pretty good. I ordered the French Toast Latte with oat milk and it was yummy! The french toast flavor was solid and so was the espresso. The service was good and the barista answered all my questions nicely. I also liked the interior, it was cute with all the décor such as the anime clips playing on the small TV. For parking, there's a big and free parking lot shared with other businesses. Stopped by Broad Street Coffee Co. after dinner in the area because we were looking for dessert. It's a super cute shop, lots of bright decor and an overall 90s vibe. I didn't find them to have a big variety of ice cream, but once I saw softserve I was totally on board. Cone was a little on the small side in my opinion. It was good. I think this is more of a coffee shop than an ice cream shop so wouldn't be my first choice of spot to go to for dessert. I appreciated all of the little details here with the decor and would definitely be a good spot to grab a cup of coffee with a friend. One of my biggest pet peeves is businesses that close up shop before they are actually closed. Unfortunately this was the case during my visit. If the chairs are put away before you are closed, it definitely doesn't give off an inviting vibe. After a lovely lunch at Broad Street Oyster Company, I came here to get an affogato. There's different soft serve flavors to choose from but I stuck with classic vanilla and was a very happy camper. The espresso is bold and PERFECT with the vanilla. The temperature was the perfect combo of hot and cold. I asked if they had pup cups and they offered really high end dog treats! I also ordered a small vanilla soft serve and split it in half for my doggies. (I mentioned two dogs and didn't ask for it to be split- it was such a nice touch that they did this!) The flavors were really natural and it wasn't overly artificial or sweet. The drinks lacked a bit of flavor; the latte tasted like milk with a sour coffee taste and the hibiscus tea was very sour. For the price (we paid $40 for everything), I wish the drinks were better quality. I appreciate the cleanliness of the store and the cute decor they had! I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious their iced oat milk latte was. My friend ordered his with a touch of vanilla, and wow, that really brought out the flavors of the espresso and milk. As someone who loves lattes, the coffee here tastes high quality. There was the perfect balance between the espresso and the oat milk. I really enjoyed it!
