    Steak and eggs

This place is phenomenal!! Excellent customer service. Super clean. Really good food. A perfect after church or before errand place to eat at. Sarah was our waitress and she was able to answer all questions we had. Would come again. Mami and I ordered the following: Steak and eggs: 9/10 very flavorful but too much leakage. Steak didn't sit on another surface long enough. Home fries: 10/10 perfect with onions and peppers 1 pancake: 10/10 crispy edges and good. Didn't need syrup French toast waffle: 10/10 wouldn't change a think. A little gooey in the middle, so texture not for everyone. To-go Dubai chocolate cheesecake: 15/10 let the top layer of chocolate warm up a little bit.

This was a really solid diner experience! We wanted a down home breakfast, nothing fancy or boujie. Just good food, at a good price. No frills. And that's exactly what we got! I really enjoyed the hash, it was well seasoned and the runny egg was just the perfect addition to it. My partner really enjoyed his cinnamon pancakes. The grits were the right texture. My only gripe was that the scrapple wasn't crispy.

Tasty coffee says a lot about a restaurant. First impressions matter.

The service was prompt and seated right away. The coffee was hot and fresh. My mashed potatoes were not hot, lukewarm (at best), thus I could not enjoy the gravy. My daughter enjoyed her kid's meal. The ice cream was her favorite part of the meal.

The first time we went for breakfast, the Broadway Diner hit all the marks. Good food, great service, and a comfortable ambiance. Recently, I went in again, as I wanted a good diner breakfast. First, the server (or kitchen staff) got my order wrong. I asked for scrambled eggs and got over easy. Next, my chipped beef smelled ran

Another diner very similar to other diners I have been too. Extensive menu so you should have no issues finding something you like. Very friendly service. A little too much for me in the morning but I like that the waitress was attentive to the table. I ordered the French toast breakfast which came with a side (scrapple). I added a side of cheese eggs. Great size French toast and 3 full pieces of scrapple.! Very filling and taste was good.

One of my favorite spots to come for breakfast . Despite it being a little bit of drive , it is definitely worth it . The service is always great and there is never a wait . The breakfast specials are a huge hit . Highly recommend getting there on time . Overall expedite is fair. I'm sure I'll be back

I loved this diner. The service was great! The server was constantly checking on us and other staff were walking around to see if anyone needed coffee refills. The space was clean. The food was delicious! The eggs were perfectly runny for my eggs Benedict. The pancakes had the perfect amount of chocolate chips and were fluffy. The bacon was extra crispy as we requested. We were very full and content.

Stopped by Broadway Diner for a late-night bite with a friend. The diner was well-lit, spacious, and clean upon arrival. I went to the restroom to wash my hands before being seated, and it was spotless as well. Our server was friendly and informed us about the menu, including which items weren't available since it was a Monday night, and they didn't have a sauté chef on staff. I ordered the fried pork chops, scrambled eggs with American cheese, potatoes, and a pancake instead of toast. The food arrived hot and looked appetizing. Overall, I enjoyed my meal. The pancakes, eggs, and potatoes were perfect, but the pork chops could have used more seasoning. The breading on the chops also kept falling off as I cut into them, which made me wish I had ordered them grilled or broiled instead. I had one pork chop leftover, which I reheated in the air fryer, peeled off the breading, and added mumbo sauce--it was amazing! Overall, it was a good experience, and I'll definitely be back for those pancakes.

I love a good diner. (I'm originally from New Jersey. I know diners.). Am staying at the hotel nearby and walked over on Wednesday night around 8:15 pm. About 8 people in the diner. Was seated immediately. I ordered the "senior" (age 60 and older) eggplant parm ($14.50) and also a french onion soup ($7.95). The eggplant came with a large "side" salad with choice of dressing. My partner got the "senior" salmon dinner ($17.50) with a cup of soup, mashed potatoes and peas/carrots. Really good meal. The French onion soup had a nice, rich flavor, lots of carmelized onion, cheese and enough - but not too much - bread. An excellent soup. The eggplant parm was a very healthy portion of lightly breaded eggplant with a nice cheese cover. The spaghetti sauce had what seemed to me too much oregano, although it grew on me as I continued eating. I'd recommend less oregano in the sauce but, of course, that a personal preference thing. The salad had nice fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and shredded carrot. Large side salad. The salmon was nicely prepared and the mashed potatoes were excellent. The peas in the peas and carrot mixture looked in appearance like they were canned or overcooked (that weird shade of green that canned peas have), but they were tasty and not mushy. Appearances aren't everything. The cup of Maryland crab soup that came with the salmon dinner was outstanding. Did not expect to find real pieces of crab in the soup, but they were there. The broth was flavorful and plenty of vegetables. Really good. The service was very good too. Waters and my soda were refilled promptly and a smile when we left to go to the cashier to pay the check. Very pleased with this place. If I lived here, I'd definitely come back and try other things.

Great place to stop for breakfast and lunch or a combo of both! Easy to eat low carb here and staff are attentive. Huge menu with customizable offerings.

The customer service was great. Awesome waitress. The Chicken Quesadilla could definitely use more seasoning.

Came here for breakfast before leaving the area. It's a typical diner with diner food. I think we got here at a good time, before the church let out. We were immediately seated. I got the French toast with bacon, eggs and home fries. The home fries were good I added a little salt to it. Wasn't too bland. My friend ordered the pancakes, they were so fluffy and good. I enjoyed his pancakes more than my French toast. lol! I'll come back again. Service was fast and great!

I'm gonna cover a lot of ground here and I will say that I would gladly give the FOOD four stars. Everything was delicious and very fresh. Now.. for the ... quirks. The parking lot is kind of small and if the place is crowded it may be tough to navigate if you've got a larger vehicle. The floor setup feels like something from a time gone by when ppl were smaller. I myself am NOT a small person and my other party was seated before I arrived, in a location that was going to block access to other patrons by service staff. Luckily the crowd started thinning out. The menus have not been updated in quite a while and there's a sign on the door as you enter that lets you know the menu prices aren't current. Either do a QR code with current pricing or update it - clearly your patrons show a measured displeasure at what they're ordering not matching what's on their checks. Something I thought was cute/whimsical - when they encountered a birthday patron, they played a song. Never heard THAT particular version. It was loud. I was kinda digging the honeycomb/bee themes. Our server struggled a little bit when the crowd was thickest but she was really nice and we took it easy on her. All that being said - would I go back? Sure, if I could get a better seat and the staff wasn't overwhelmed by the morning rush.

They cook them with onions which isn't my preference (but easy to pick around and I'm sure I could have asked for them without), and they also just didn't have a lot of flavor to me. The corned beef hash was good, nice and crispy. The eggs were fluffy and had a generous amount of cheesy goodness. I tasted my bf's French toast and bacon, both of those were good. Kay's Diner is a nostalgic, cozy Black-owned diner in Baltimore. As soon as I entered, I felt the love! The owner Kay and the manager Sheim are frequently walking around checking in on their guests. We sat next to a couple regulars who were known by the employees by name. It stands out a lot to me when a business has regulars that are treated like family. They offer counter-top seating as well as a few booths. The menu is extensive offering way more than classic diner breakfast, lunch & dinner. I ordered the French toast combo with a side of potatoes. It was a satisfying meal overall! Eggs were fried hard with cheese, potatoes were well seasoned, bacon was crispy! My only distaste is that they used regular bread rather than brioche for their French toast. The flavor on the French was amazing, it's topped with a cinnamon sugar butter. I washed everything down with an amazing Arnold Palmer. The Perfect balance of tea and lemonade. The coco bread was buttery and light, a delicious treat. My friend and I decided to share one their fresh pressed seamoss juices. It was good! -Customer service is amazing! The employees really treat you like family. -Free street parking available close by. -Countertop and booth seating. Plenty of TVs. -Prices are average. French toast combo was $14.99. I'll definitely be a regular here. I hope you enjoy!
