    Huge slice of cheese
    Alexandra A.

" A big slice of heaven " Big tasty and delicious pizza . I mean really big . If you're in the area treat yourself . It's also an absolute bargain. Two huge slices for like $11.00 you can't go wrong . Adjacent to the green line station park street . Parking is difficult but manageable. I invite you to try a slice . The service is friendly & the vibe welcoming. I always enjoy my time here ; so come through .

Pizza is wildly good place is good kept up and opened pretty late so it's a W. But the service sucks dudes are in a rush don't even wanna give u 1 extra bag of cheese or peppers. They making it seem like ur inconveniencing they chit chat time hahah.but overall place has good sign and menu and it's at a good spot. But the energy sucks from staff. But overall the place is good. Good wall decor.

Been stopping by here for years. Like the new renovations and branding. Was working down the street and popped in here with a buddy for a quick lunch, was strapped for time so we made it quick. They always have plenty of huge pies in the display case and always constantly replenishing! Went with chix bacon ranch today, the slices are NY style so really it's like 2-3 slices in one haha. Good, hot and quick. They got the shakers for pepper garlic salt etc. Can't go wrong if you in a rush. Parking sucks as always in the area but if you working or late night clubbing-- great spot for the let out! Haha

Quick service during a busy lunch rush. Slice of pepperoni just out of the oven, and the cheese slice was warmed up and ready quickly. Only negative at all was that one of the napkin and dispensers was empty.

Terrible chicken ceasar wrap. All chicken

The WORST food I've ever had in my life. I got a chicken ceasar wrap and it's literally just ALL chicken. DO NOT order from here if you want any greens AT ALL in your wraps. Not everyone is a meat head or line backer.

Meat lovers pizza. Replaced the ham with bacon.

They're meat lovers pizza always hit! TIP : if you're ordering the meat lovers pizza, replace the ham with BACON. Then add banana peppers. Request for it to be WELL DONE. You will thank me after!

Delicious, large slices. Great selection of slices. Would definitely stop by when in the neighborhood again! Friendly attentive staff.

Italian Sub: $20 for a foot long, the meat was so plentiful it's almost overflowing, enough for two meals. The prisciutto was tender and juicy; the salami was firm and savory with a strong smokiness. Both are thinly sliced, so despite the thick stack, it was relatively easy for a bite. The provolone cheese was also generously portioned, with a robust yet not spicy flavor and a subtle nutty aroma, perfectly complementing the two meats. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar were particularly outstanding: mellow, tangy, and with a fruity aroma of grapes, key to the complex flavor profile. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were all fresh, especially the onions were refreshing and a little zingy, perfect for removing the greasiness. Unfortunately, I was worried about not being able to roll it back up properly and making it inconvenient to carry (which it actually happened), so I took it away and ate it at the office. After about 40 minutes, the bread had become somewhat dry and hard.

We almost felt that we were inconveniencing the workers and the wait time is absurd for in person orders. But I have to give credit when it's due, this was by far one of my favorite sandwiches although they are pricey, you can easily feed a party of four with a nice bag of chips on the side. We were blessed with being able to try the table sandwich. The focaccia was fresh along with the mozzarella and arugula. Since we made an online order which quoted us 45 minutes, our sandwich was ready in 20 so unfortunately, the chicken cutlet was not as fresh as we would've liked. Sidenote, the first day we attempted to order in person they quoted us an hour, so we decided to place an order of the following day. Highly recommend placing the order and staying local to be safe. Despite all the sandwiches, well worth the weight, just don't have high expectations for service We love the ambience of a little Italian market, and it was very well kept

We walked into a space that was tight and focused more on efficiency than lingering, with a setup that prioritized takeout flow and quick turnover rather than a sit-down meal. The energy was practical and purposeful, with a steady stream of customers moving through the counter and the kitchen working at a steady clip behind the line. The sandwiches are the main reason people come here, and they are designed to be large, heavy, and packed with layered ingredients. We ordered a few options and found the chicken cutlet sandwiches and Italian subs standing out for their size and richness, often stacked enough that one sandwich could easily turn into two meals. The bread and fillings were the highlight, with a strong focus on texture, freshness, and that over-the-top deli-style construction. The flavors were bold and the portions generous, making each sandwich feel like a meal in itself. There was also a clear "market-style" identity underneath the sandwich counter, with a curated selection feel that added to the overall concept. It was less about a wide menu and more about a few signature items executed at a very high level, and the focus on quality ingredients came through in every bite. The biggest tradeoff is the wait time and tight space, especially when it is busy. We noticed it could feel crowded and a bit chaotic during rush periods, which is part of the hype-driven nature of the spot. When it was quieter or we had planned ahead, the experience felt much smoother and more enjoyable. The staff moved through orders efficiently, and the food came out hot and well assembled. Overall, Table Mercato is a heavy, indulgent sandwich destination that lives up to its reputation if you are specifically going for stacked Italian-style subs. It is less of a casual drop-in spot and more of a planned stop for when you want something big, rich, and intentionally over-the-top.

We walked into a simple counter-service space with limited indoor seating, the kind of place that feels more like a grab-and-go stop than a sit-down lunch spot. Even with its small footprint, there was a steady stream of customers coming in for one of the signature sandwiches, and the energy of the room stayed practical and focused on getting orders out efficiently. The lobster roll is the clear standout. We ordered one and found it generously filled with lobster meat, making it feel substantial compared to many other lobster rolls around the city. Whether you choose it hot with butter or cold with mayo, the focus stays on the lobster itself rather than overwhelming it with extra ingredients. The toasted roll added just enough texture without taking away from the filling. Although the lobster roll gets most of the attention, the rest of the menu offers plenty of options if seafood is not what you are looking for. There are oversized sandwiches, soups like clam chowder, and classic sides that make it easy to find something for different tastes. The portions are generous overall, making the prices feel reasonable considering the amount of food you receive. The service was quick and efficient, which fits the fast-paced counter-service concept. The staff moved through orders with speed, and the food came out without much delay. The biggest thing to keep in mind is the limited seating, especially during lunch hours or peak tourist seasons in the North End. If the dining area is full, taking your food to go or finding a nearby outdoor spot can be a better option. Overall, Pauli's is a great stop if you are looking for a satisfying lobster roll without an overly formal seafood restaurant experience. The generous portions, straightforward menu, and convenient location make it an easy place to visit while exploring the North End, especially if lobster rolls are at the top of your list.

I've eaten here before (it's a small area, but does have a lot of seating) but normally I get it as take out. The cafe itself is super casual, it's the perfect place to pop into during lunch or after a walk. My food is always ready on time which is nice, and when I've eaten there I'm usually able to find a seat. The spinach tortellini with the pesto cream sauce is my absolute favorite- it's a HUGE portion and so delicious. It usually lasts me at least 2 meals. The bread they include is also great! I like to dip it in the sauce. The past time I got Dino's I accidentally ordered spinach ravioli instead of tortellini...that was my bad. HOWEVER I think I might have found my new favorite? The raviolis are huge and so fat. I'm talking like 1/2 inch - 3/4 inch thick. There is so much stuffing and the spinach ricotta mix tastes so fresh and delicious...it's a must try. I've also gotten the eggplant parm before, and the fettuccini Alfredo. Both were also delicious. I've never had any of the sandwiches, but if they are anything like their pastas then I'm sure they are great! The bang for your buck here is also great which is nice. Highly recommend! Dinos is awesome! And the staff is very kind too (Note that the pic is taken from a train, I like to treat myself to Dino's before catching the Amtrak)

Every search for…read morebreakfast spots mentioned Mike & Patty's as a must stop for the best breakfast sandwich you're going to get anywhere. Enough said! I'm a huge breakfast fanatic, especially a good breakfast sandwich or burrito. This is the original location that was started by two friends and has grown to multiple other locations since. We took an Uber here from our hotel. I imagine if you drive over here, parking will be a challenge. It's almost easy to miss. It sits on a corner of a brick building with just writing on the windows. In all my research I did not catch that it is the smallest restaurant in Boston at only 175 square feet. It's basically a room with most of the space taken by the tiny kitchen. There's also a little tiny ledge on the window with a couple of stools for those who may want to dine in. Customers including us took turns walking in and putting in our orders and then stepping out to make room for more people. It had a steady line the whole time we were there. Hours are limited from 7:30-2 so don't delay. Customer service was straight business, kind of the norm in Boston. Their menu is breakfast sandwiches, a couple of burritos and some lunch options like a turkey sandwich, BLT, or a Rueben. For sides, they have hashbrowns or a plain English muffin. For a small menu, they do have quite a few drink options like coffee, tea, juices, and different flavored milks including banana milk which I have never seen. For their food, they use high quality ingredients from local farms and purveyors and have their own bakery for their bread. My eyes fixated on the Breakfast Grilled Crack mainly for the name, but also all the ingredients looked tasty. It was quality eggs, bacon, four cheeses on sourdough bread. I went extra and added sausage to it as well. I also got OJ to wash it down. We realized our only option to eat comfortably was to go back to our hotel lobby to eat. Even with the travel time, the sandwich was nice and warm and the bread was still nice and crispy from the griddle. This sandwich was indeed one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. I almost felt guilty eating it because of how rich and cheesy it was. I would skip the hash brown next time. It did not travel well nor did it have anything special going on with it. Hands down one of my favorite meals of the trip that I would absolutely do again if I am in the area.

To quench my thirst, I opted for a Storrow Jam libation- a blueberry, vodka, sparkling water, lemon flavored drink. Absolutely refreshing and well presented! My pal ordered their spin on a Cuban and swapped out the chips for the dill pasta side. He loved it so much that it was gone on minutes. Being a fan of ground meats, I opted for the Hajj, a ground lamb, tzatziki, Mediterranean style sandwich. It was well flavored and large, and came with a side salad. I shared the sandwich with my friend, but agreed that his crispy Cuban was a bit tastier. We ended the evening with a bread pudding topped with vanilla ice cream to share. Massive portions! We both enjoyed to our hearts' delight, and the one dessert could have easily been shared with a third person. Our wait staff was so pleasant- friendly and warm from the start.
