I just can't anymore. Customer and patient care and service has to be first and foremost for a…read moremedical practice. I have been going to this practice for the past four years. Most recently I contacted them several times for a prescription change. The only thing I needed was to change my GLP to a different application. Same medication just a different form to use. I called twice and also made a visit to the office. Three times they said they sent a note to doctor (McDowell) and someone would call me. Never heard anything from them. Sent a note to the doctor in the Patient Portal. Still no response. They are not the only doctors in town and so I left to go someplace else where I felt valued and heard. Noticed after leaving they finally changed the medication ... reallly ... it took them 30 days to make a small change. but I'm done. My New doctor had no problem filling my medication as requested. I know patients come and go so that's what I did.. LEFT!
