I asked him to send a picture of the drop box so I didn't miss it again and that's when he told me they don't have a drop box. I was suppose to jimmy open a window and then push the office door open through the window and throw my keys in. None of which was explained on the phone and not something I'd know to do as that's also considered breaking and entering. This place seems incredibly sketchy. They then ordered cheaper parts that didn't work for my car to try and save money at the request of the insurance company, this delayed the fix by another week (I would've expected them to know in advance that the parts won't work and not waste this time). Then they did order the correct parts but due to some mix-up something didn't came and that delayed for another week. Throughout these 4 weeks, I had to chase them for updates.
