Omg, we came here for the weekend! 8/29/26 Ordered the chilaquiles with barbacoa and the Bloody Mary flight for myself. The kids got the BBQ burger (BOMB), some Mickey pancakes for my LO, and a stack of pancakes. The hubs got the Border Benedict. Everything was very, very yummy! The staff was super sweet and patient with us, and the restaurant was clean and nice and cool inside, which was MUCH appreciated because it's hella hot in Vegas. Even the bathrooms were super clean! I didn't get pictures of all the food because, well... kids But I did manage to get a picture of my Bloody Mary flight because that was Mommy's treat, and priorities. A huge thank you to everyone working that morning for being so kind and letting us enjoy our meal without ever making us feel rushed. We ended up being the last ones to leave, and we really appreciated how welcoming and patient everyone was with us until the very end. Definitely a great breakfast/brunch spot. I've been to several Broken Yolk locations (this one, the one at Town Square, and even one in San Diego) over the years so this review has been a long time coming. I'm not the type of person who likes to complain just to complain. I usually prefer to visit a place a few times before leaving what I feel is an honest review. One thing I can say is that the service and food quality here have always been consistent. During this visit our server was Jackson (sp?). He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. I also noticed the service around us was just as good. As soon as guests were seated they were greeted and asked if it was their first time dining at Broken Yolk, which I thought was a nice welcoming touch as an intro. This time I ordered the Spicy Vegan Bowl. I'm not vegan at all, but I wanted to try something different and it was actually pretty good. My three kids ordered the Mickey pancakes shaped like Mickey's ears, and they loved them. They even came on a big plate which made it fun for them. The ambiance is hella chill. They have TVs along the wall mostly showing sports. The seating layout is pretty straight too. Overall, I've personally never had a bad experience at any Broken Yolk location. I also understand restaurants can have off days, which is why I don't like to judge a place based on a single visit (whether good or bad). If you're looking for a solid breakfast spot with consistent service and good food, Broken Yolk is definitely worth checking out. Yaddamean! read more

The service wasn't as quick or attentive as like the other locations and maybe it's because they also make drinks. But, the MOD was very nice and did stop by to see how we were doing and saying his location was better than the others. The decor is also beautiful and clean. I really enjoyed having breakfast here on a Saturday morning. A very popular place . Dana, my server was excellent. I opted for the two egg breakfast for $12.95 . This included eggs, any style you choose as well as the option for sides and bread or tortillas.. I chose eggs over easy, hashbrowns, and corn tortillas . I asked for salsa on the side.. Dana provided pico de gallo as well as two Housemade sauces that were exceptional. The general manager, Cody came over to inquire about my breakfast . He is extremely cordial as well.. This is my first time trying this location. I love going to Broken Yolk! It exceeded my expectations. Ambiance - I loved how open this space is compared to the St. Rose and Las Vegas Blvd. locations. They get really packed quick lol. The artwork is colorful and vibrant. The patio space seemed spacious as well. Food - I always get the Spicy Vegan Bowl. They never miss with this. I would definitely recommend checking this place out. The only downside to our experience is our server. Idk if they were short staff but she took care of a lot of tables. It took forever to find her when we were ready to order and to get our check. She was probably serving a bunch of other tables and walking around trying to get to everyone. We tried the mimosa flight which included some unique flavors like grapefruit, lemonade, pomegranate and orange 5/5. The wife had the border benedict with poached egg and hashbrowns 3/5 soggy corn cakes or would have been a 4/5. I had the Machaca scramble with corn or flour tortilla which comes with 2 scrambled eggs, onion, bell pepper, tomato and shredded beef. The Broken Yolk Cafe has become my favorite for brunch. I try to come one a week. My family also enjoy it. Atmosphere is relaxing and a mellow vibe. The staff are awesome. My favorite is one of the Hostesses Marina, she's so inviting, greets you with a beautiful smile and always has a nice attitude! The menu is very good. You can eat healthy, the Avocado toast is delicious. You can eat a traditional breakfast meal. The chicken fried steak is great. Omelettes and also the Benedict's but you have a great deal to choose from. All the craft coffees are superb. And the espresso martini is just totally in a whole different stratosphere. I had been recommended to try this place by a friend so we dropped in on a Sunday, midday to give it a shot for brunch. The parking situation wasn't amazing; very crowded and we had to park in back and walk in the 105° heat. It was very busy, but my girlfriend had put us on the wait list so we didn't have to wait long when we arrived - this is good because they have nowhere to sit while you wait. For a restaurant that gets as busy as this one does, no waiting area is wild - everyone just stands around blocking the door and hovering the tables nearest the door. We were seated quickly and greeted by our wonderful server Mr T (or Brother T) and he walked us through the menu with a fun and friendly vibe. Very cool guy and made our first experience here worth talking about. His service was really on point - we never had to wait much for anything, and he was there with coffee refills and periodic check-ins that never felt overbearing or pressured. I would guess he's probably the best server at Broken Yolk. The food: We ordered a Rancher Omelette, a Hash Skillet, and shared a Cinnamon Pancake. I had coffee and my girlfriend had cappuccino. My omelette was pretty tasty: bacon, bell peppers, tomatoes & onions with home fries inside, and a side of additional home fries outside. Pretty flavorful, but the home fries were pretty bland and flavorless. Also the ones inside the omelette were almost all burned. Not bad but not 5 stars. The hash skillet was delicious, and the cinnamon pancake was ridiculous. It was decadent. I almost felt guilty afterwards. They appear to have a bar, and they do serve alcohol, so mimosas are absolutely possible if that's your thing. It was a little loud at times but I never struggled to hear what my girlfriend was saying. Overall a great experience, and we will definitely be back, and I absolutely would recommend giving this a try if you're looking for a great brunch spot with some delicious breakfast food options. They even have burgers and some lunch options if you hate breakfast. read more

Another great location of Broken Yolk Cafe, this one in the southwest part of town. We dined here on a recent Saturday morning with a group of six plus a baby in a stroller. I joined the Yelp Waitlist before arriving so we didn't wait too long for a table because of this. The staff was very accommodating and gave us a table that had room for the stroller to be parked next to it. Many kudos to our servers Kenna and Corey who were very attentive throughout our meal.
