The staff here are exceptional. Always smiling, always friendly, always polite and professional. Food is good (looking at you, fajita chimichanga!) and it comes out quick. On top of it all, the prices are reasonable. I have zero complaints and only compliments. Thanks you to the Broncos staff for feeding me.

I ordered the fajita nachos for dinner because I was looking for something quick. Broncos had just reviews and my cousin recommended it. The food was cooked to order and was piping hot when I received it. It was absolutely delicious and didn't want the meal to end! I highly recommend the fajitas nachos and the queso. It's enough for two people as well.

This is by far the best Mexican food I have ever tried. I have tried other places in Hampton roads and I always end up going back to them. Great quality food and I have tried so many items in their menu and nothing disappoints! Employees are very friendly as well!

The restaurant is very nice inside your typical Mexican restaurant!! Plenty of seating for large groups!! A great fully stocked bar! The server was top notched! He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and even provided recommendations! He even provided a little comedy!! Cocktails were ordered by some of us they came out fast. Everyone liked them. We all ordered margaritas some ordered frozen and some of us ordered on the rocks! The food came out pretty quick there were a few issues very minor. The issues were quickly resolved! Everyone enjoyed their meals!! All of the meals were delicious! The dessert we all agreed we could have passed on. The desserts took quite some time to prepare it was 20-30 minutes. We were about to cancel. Honestly it wasn't their best part of the meal. I would definitely go back for margaritas and food but pass on dessert. Give this place a try and come back and share what you think.

    We love TACOS

We have been coming since they opened during covid and we love this place! Food and service is perfect every single time

The only thing better than the service and hospitality is the food at this hidden gem. After years of eating at the Mexican restaurants you see ads for we tried Bronco and we've stopped going to the VB staples for Mexican all together now. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside you'll find supple leather booths adorned with a horse motif. There are horses hidden all over the place and my daughter loves looking for all of them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The lighting is soft but you can see inside very well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When it's peak hours it can be a little loud inside but that's only because everyone is having such a good time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The margaritas are fantastic and they have a great selection of Mexican beers. There's a diverse menu with something for everyone. I have to say I was a little skeptical of shrimp from a Mexican restaurant as someone who really loves fresh shrimp, but I was not at all disappointed. I strongly recommend the bronco special. Sorry for the picture, I couldn't help it we cleared all of our plates.

    Fun at Bronco's!!

We are town for Softball tournament. Looking for some Mexican food and Yelp suggested Bronco Mexican Grill. When we got to the restaurant, the windows are covered and it's in a plaza. Well don't let that fool you! This place is a definite must! We walked and before we could say a word we were greeted with a smile and asked how many. Sat right away and waiter was there with chips, salsa, and dip. Good chips, so good we went through 3 baskets and ordered Queso(twice). Our waiter, Heber, was outstanding. He was very considerate and helpful. Always asking if we needed anything. Tony ordered chicken bacon onions peppers, very good! Bella ordered a burrito which was huge, ate all of it! Liv ordered a enchilada dinner, she ate all of it! I ordered the Carnitas dinner. The pork was delicious. Price was very reasonable for 4 with dinner and drinks.

I recently met my son for dinner here because it was close to his hotel where he's staying while traveling for work. He and his coworkers had tried other places but I saw this was highly rated on yelp and wanted to give it a try. It's located in a shopping center so parking is good. The inside is pretty neat with wooden booths and a large mustang horse on the ceiling. We were greeted by 3 different places and to say they were friendly was an understatement. Lol The waiter gave my son a fist bump at the table and joked with him throughout our visit. They bring out several side with your chips. Salsa, bean dip and I orders a small cheese dip. My son rated his Mexican restaurants on the quality of salsa and he said there's was great. He was definitely going to get the guys to make this their new go to Mexican place. My son had a giant burrito which I think was chorro polo and I had a seafood chimichanga.we finished with a churro donut sundae which our waiter said was his favorite. It was on special for only $4. My son and I usually like to try fried ice cream so we'll have to visit again to give that a try.

My brother and I happened upon Bronco Mexican Grill while looking for a spot that was open late. We went in around 930 and it wasn't busy but a few tables were pretty rambunctious so it was loud in there. It took us around 10 minutes for someone to seat us. The staff were really nice and attentive. Our table was pretty small so they pushed another one over so we would have more room for our smorgasbord - bean dip, sides of sour cream, my shrimp tacos, my brother's steak chimichanga, a shrimp quesadilla each, chips, white sauce, and salsa. The food came out fairly quick so we had a full spread to enjoy. I unfortunately was not super impressed. The bean dip tasted like the refried beans normally served on platters - though topped with melted cheese, it was missing something. My brother agreed. I liked the white sauce that they first brought out, though. The shrimp tacos were alright but they ended up being pretty soggy. The shrimp were a bit overcooked as well. I enjoyed my shrimp quesadilla, though, and kind of wish I just did 2 of those as my entree. My brother did enjoy his chimichanga and the rice it came with. It was a pretty hearty serving and came out piping hot. He liked the quesadilla as well. This place is a little more expensive than other Mexican spots and not really as tasty. But they are open late which is a plus... I'll just try different items if I come here again and maybe I'll change my review.

The staff is always welcoming here, and one of the things we appreciate most is the consistency. Whether it's your first visit or your tenth, the food is reliably fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. After a rather indulgent lunch, we decided to keep dinner light and split the Chicken Taco Salad along with a small quesadilla. The taco salad arrived in a crisp tortilla bowl piled high with seasoned chicken, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and plenty of melted cheese. The quesadilla was nicely toasted with tender chicken and gooey cheese, while the creamy refried beans rounded out the meal perfectly. Everything was simple, satisfying, and prepared with care. If you're looking for authentic Mexican street food, friendly service, and generous portions at a fair price, La Hacienda continues to deliver. It's the kind of dependable neighborhood restaurant that earns repeat visits, and we'll certainly be back.

The food is DELICIOUS!!! I ordered my usual, Juan's shrimp chimichanga. It also seemed that servers on staff were attentive to customers, both in-house and those waiting for takeout. Even for a smaller dining experience, it's still cozy and enjoyable. I normally have my food delivered, but decided to save a little money and pickup on my way home. However, ordering for pick-up today, it seemed chaotic upon arrival. Staff were calling orders/names, but much of the food sitting was not for anyone there. I placed my order in advance (1:41 p.m.) so it would already be done when I arrived (about a 15-minute drive), but did not receive my food until well after 2:20 p.m. This restaurant on food alone would receive 5-stars from me, but due to today's wait, I'd have to leave it at 4-stars. If I were dining-in, I would not mind waiting for the food, but for a pickup order and my family waiting in the car for an order that was supposed to be ready, it was a bit disappointing. I've seen some restaurants shut down delivery services during peak restaurant service times so they can focus on customers, or vice versa. It takes a great deal of balance to manage both sides effectively. Otherwise, I highly recommend the food!!

Now we knew we were trying it by coming in so late and kind of close to closing time, so we were by no means making a fuss about what would or would not be available. Our waiter was very nice (albeit a bit awkward), but we were able to order quickly and in true good Mexican food restaurant fashion, the food came out quickly as well. It was all fresh and quite good (I believe I ordered street tacos and my friend ordered birria tacos). Missed opportunity for them not having sauces on the table, but also understanding that a) it was late, and b) all Mexican restaurants don't do this, especially if they are not a taqueria or another spot that focuses on tacos. The ambiance was fine, nothing special, but it felt nice in there. The seats weren't too close together, and even the booths had quite a bit of room, so that was nice. It was also all a good price, in my opinion! I would definitely go back to this spot, and honestly I'm kind of curious to know if it's different at different times of the day (Saturday afternoon/evening vs. a weekday/night).

It was awful. The spicy salsa they brought was also awful, the mild salsa was pretty okay. The chips were pretty good too. I ordered the Al pastor quesadilla and it had good flavor, but the lettuce salad looked old and the rice was overcooked. My friend got the spinach and chicken enchiladas and said they were decent. I don't know how someone could call this "authentic " Mexican. Only those who have never had authentic Mexican would! I would not return and do not recommend.

We were sat immediately around 630 on a Friday evening. We received chips and dips before I could even sit down! Our server promptly greeted us and drinks were ready within minutes. So far, so good. For dinner, hubby had the Vegetarian E which came with a burrito, quesadilla and chalupa, daughter had the kids quesadilla with beans and I initially selected the shrimp bowl. Our food took about 15 minutes. Both quesadillas were barely warm and the cheese wasn't even melted. The refried beans were loaded with red pepper and too spicy for my child. My shrimp bowl was overwhelmed by cheese and aioli that I couldn't stomach it. Our server kindly let me order something else so I selected the shrimp taco salad. It arrived shortly thereafter but was also so greasy it made my stomach turn. 2 stars just for service. 0 for food. Overall, this meal was an unfortunate waste of $50.

Carne Asada (marinated steak, onion, queso fresco, avocado, cilantro), Chicken Tinga (marinated chicken, refried black beans, avocado, greens, queso fresco, cilantro) and Blackened Mahi (mezcal pickled onion, red cabbage, red pepper pico, chipotle sauce, cilantro). The blackened mahi was my hands down favorite. It was super flavorful with just the right amount of heat. My friends tried some awesome dishes too! One had the Coconut Curry Mahi (blackened mahi, jasmine rice, edamame succotash, with a rich coconut curry cream sauce) and the other had the Duck Confit Taco (with cherry salsa, pickled carrot salad, and cilantro-lime creme).
