Sakura was a wonderful pace to dine. It has beautiful Japanese decor. Staff were excellent. I ordered sushi rolls, gyoza, and miso soup. The mango Hawaii roll was delicious! It was fresh and full of flavor. I also enjoyed the warmed edamame sprinkled with salt. Yum! I loved the energy in the dining room. There were families, a tv show on, Japanese decor, and just all around good vibes. Parking is ample, place is next to Sam's Club. I loved it!

I got the lunch chicken katsu don($16) and it was made in about 20 mins. The food itself wasn't too bad, probably just above average. The chicken had a really crispy layer. Staff had some mistake on my groups order, but they made it right by remaking it and letting us keep the wrong dish. The inside was decorated very nice. Overall a good experience, I bet it would've been better if I had gotten the sushi.

Our family loves the excellent services combined with the excellent creations at Sakura. We have always done the all you can eat option. It gives you the opportunity to try something different. The friendly staff is always checking on you to see if you want to try anything different. Our go to is always start with Kani salad, bbq squid and then we order 3-4 rolls. The volcano roll is my favorite roll. It has a light batter over the rolls that is fried. The contrast of the warm batter (outside) and cool salmon, crabmeat inside. Definitely earn my five stars every time!

Delicious, fresh and healthy food available in an all you can eat menu or a La carte, your choice. Quaint Japanese ambience with matching music in the backdrop. Nice and comfortable seating, all makes for a wonderful experience. Warm, welcoming and helpful staff.

All you can eat sushi. About $19 per person on Sunday at open (lunch). I believe the price goes up a few dollars later in the day but I'm not certain. Pros: Service is great. Food is good and ready fast. Never overcrowded. Con: It definitely seems like they overtake the primary ingredients with a lot of rice. Possibly to make you full quicker. I'm not sure. I would definitely only order about 2 roles at a time for the average person. If you waste a lot, they do have the ability to charge you extra.

Stopped in for lunch and took advantage of their "all-you-can-eat" offer. Here you order items from their special menu and everything is made to order. Options are a little bit limited, but reasonable, and this enables the chefs to keep up with demand. Food was delivered promptly (often sushi can be exceedingly slow!) and fish was fresh and tasty. Several items were deep fried (shumai - unexpectedly) and gyoza, but either oil was not hot enough or basket was overcrowded as they were very greasy. Dining room is very kitschy, with myriad knickknacks and decorations - so much that it seems almost claustrophobic. (Really, you can take down the Christmas decorations in June!). Tables in middle of room for grubhub and doordash, along with menu washing stations are off-putting holdovers from initial pandemic reactions and need to be readdressed in a way that is more appropriate.

The sushi was delicious. I never had fried sushi before it was scrumptious. The service was great our food came out hot and fresh. The seating was comfortable and we had plenty room for all our plates. The server came to collect our place and refill our drinks in a timely manner. I enjoyed their lunch buffet.

What a nice surprise Sakura turned out to be. My brother and I decided to eat here for lunch and opted for the all-you-can sushi lunch. We couldn't believe the quality of the rolls provided on the menu and were very happy with the sushi and other snacks. One rule to the all-you-can eat menu is you must eat all the items you order otherwise they will charge you for the dish. I found that to be a bit overboard, but can certainly understand they don't want people abusing or wasting food. Overall, great sushi and service.

I have been to the VB location a few years ago and didn't like anything I had ordered. I was hoping this time would be different. The salt and pepper shrimp and such was delicious. As was the cucumber salad and everything. But the actual noodles itself? Overpowering with star anise and Szechuan peppers-- so much so I tasted nothing else and breathing foul odors for the next few days I swear. The potato noodles were hard to chew and easily could become a choking hazard. The service was fast and friendly despite the busy dinner hours. The restaurant had plenty of seats inside and the orders became available fast. Very little to no wait without feeling rushed. Like my dining companion said, everything but the noodles are good here. I should have heeded the warning. Parking is free and most major cards accepted. Unless a friend insists on going, this is not a must visit spot for me. I certainly wouldn't recommend it to friends and family but hey. To each their own.

But honestly, it turned out to be such a fun and tasty experience! For anyone who hasn't tried it: hot pot is basically a big simmering pot of soup right at your table where you cook all your own food. You pick all your ingredients from soup, veggies, meats, noodles, mushrooms, whatever you want and drop them into the hot broth to cook. It's super customizable and kind of like a mix between soup and DIY cooking right at the table, which is actually a blast once you get the hang of it. We both went with a hot, spicy soup base which was perfect for warming up on a cold day. I threw in broccoli, mushrooms, ribeye, and noodles. The best part is watching everything cook right in front of you and then pulling it out when it's just right. The broth soaks up all those flavors and gets even richer as you go. The flavors were amazing! Really bold and satisfying. The spicy broth was exactly what I needed, and everything we added came out perfectly cooked and delicious. It was warm and cozy, which made the whole thing even better since it felt like the ultimate cold weather meal. I look forward to retuning and trying something completely different!
