I couldn't start my car. I kept getting click-click sounds, which I took to mean a weak or dead battery. My son tried to jump start the battery with his small car, but it didn't work. I called GEICO, my auto insurer, who called Bronco Towing, who I used before for a similar incident. I originally thought I needed a tow to the car dealer for a full warranty battery replacement. However, Tre was able to jump start my car with his NOCO jump starter. I was thus able to drive to the dealer to get my free battery replacement. They damaged my vehicle while towing for mechanical repairs and refused accept responsibility when it's to everyone I talked to and showed the photos to agrees that they are at fault. My husband and I are old wrinklies and got stranded at Canoa Ranch Rest Area 16 miles north of Tubac, Arizona on a somewhat hot day yesterday when our truck died. I mean it truly died....no dashboard lights, no clicking when key was turned...nothing. Aaa came and it turned out not to be our battery. We called GMC emergency road service to tow us back to Tucson to get our truck examined and fixed. Gmc sent Bronco Towing to help us. Josh Boudoin came to rescue us. They were WONDERFUL. They scooped up our truck, tucked us in their air conditioned truck, and drove us back to Tucson to our dealership to have them figure out what is wrong with our poor truck. I asked one of the towing drivers nicely if he could move his truck out of the way (he was able to just didn't) because I had a crying baby in the car and he yelled at me "no! Go back to your car". I got aggravated and told him he could indeed move it, which he replied that he could move it he's just not going to because it'd take up to much of his time. Then after arguing with him for a few minutes he told me to go fuck myself. Which by the way, I didn't cuss at him once. Obviously never going to use this towing company even if it were the last means to tow my car. Any company that let's their employees talk to anyone like this, isn't worth my money. My van broke down in the middle of the Catalina Mountains late afternoon on New Years Eve.David drove up the pass to get us, immediately cracked a few jokes and had the van hitched up in no time! Called this company at 830 in the mourning already 90+ degrees out and humid with the season. They say 90 minutes, they call back and hour later and say it will be 2 more hours from the time of THEIR call. 3 hours for a simple tow meanwhile i cant leave the truck i had tools in it and i am sweating hot and have nothing to drink (not even water) because i was on my way to get that before work. When they called me back about the extended time the lady didn't even allow me to think about another option and hung up before i had made a decision (30 second call duration). Ended up getting another company and couldn't have been happier with them. Bronco not being able to give correct time frame and ugly customer service is losing them customers including me i am done with them. read more

First the dispatcher called to confirm my safety and if I had alternate transportation due CDC guidelines and riding in the truck with the driver. There were flames shooting out of my car when I was driving home from the store and luckily some lady pulled me over before my car caught on fire and blew up! I took the keys home and I just moved to a new house and I didn't have anyone to drive me over there so the driver from Bronco came over to my house and picked up my keys. If I could give the office negative stars, I would. Stranded in Madera Canyon, waiting for a tow, I was originally told 2 hours ETA. That's fine. I waited. Nobody called or anything. I kept calling and finally after an hour past original ETA, they told me that a "truck broke down" and I was so far out and that's why it took so long to get to me. I was tired. I'd been waiting there hours. I had eaten all my snacks and only a couple sips away from running out of water. This was nothing to them. When my boyfriend called them, the woman on the phone said, "well she didn't have to wait by the car." WHAT AM I GOING TO DO, walk dozens of miles to Green Valley in the desert with no water? Yeah, okay. I received exactly ZERO phone calls from the company during my four hour wait. Which breaks their policy of "check in every 30 minutes" My tow truck driver was great. She was friendly, professional, and efficient. My quarrel is with the office and their lack of professionalism and complete disregard for their policy and clients. I hope you get stranded for 4 hours in the desert and nobody communicates with you because that is exactly what you deserve for treating me this way. read more

I dont know what was worse,,,,AAA roadside assistance or Bronco towing...lots of mis-communication on both sides...AAA said to leave key with car and we didnt have to stay, and no one could ride with driver. this was about 4.15 pm..(several contacts in between) ..Bronco called at 8.30 pm (we were home and cannot drive at night) and said someone had to be at vehicle. we canceled..........next morning, called to have truck come back. at 7.30 am.........after waiting 2 hours with NO CALL backs, hubby went to get parts to fix car, right where it died. no communication whatsoever after initial call at 7.30 am......what are we paying for????? second time in ten --eleven years we have called and this is how we get treated? shame read more

The tow truck driver went 100 percent over and above with not only towing my car to the auto shop that Geico sent us too. That did not exist , as he saw my concern and how I felt lost. He towed me back at no cost backtrack 18 miles to thier repair shop. He was friendly empathetic and very helpful at a time when a customer is in this situation. He made me feel everything would work out. The auto shop did no sales pitch and explained in thorough what was the problem and gave me reasonable qoutes and then fixed the problem as I waited in the the customer waiting area they were very hospitable and friendly., The car repair came with a one year parts and labor guarantee. I called Bronco Towing this morning because I need to get my totaled out car out of the police impound lot. Notice I said totaled. The woman that answered the phone was very obviously not happy to be at work today. She very much wanted to tell me what kind of information I needed before I called her back . She did not want to hear what information I had already gotten from TPD. She interrupted or cut me off at every sentence that I said . She told me that the toe itself would be $73. Now that price could go up buy a hundred to $200 depending on the equipment that the driver needed to use. So she could not give me an exact quote. So all of this with her rotten attitude pouring out of her mouth with every word. A friend of mine suggested that I call Bronco Towing. Well he still my friend. But I won't ever call Bronco Towing again. If that's customer service they don't need me as a customer. read more

Bronco Towing contracts with city parking lot owners to tow cars to their Renaissance location. Their signs are impossible to see at night. For example, I parked in the lot behind Janos at 130 W. Congress which was full. I parked in the center, and no signs were visible. The other signs were obscured by the parked cars. When I came out after dinner, my car was gone, as were all of the others. It was then that I noticed the signs. I called the number and was greeted by a thug-like voice who confirmed that my car had been towed and to bring $255 dollars in cash to the lot the next day between 1 and 2 pm. The window for retrieving one's vehicle on a weekend is frighteningly narrow, and I had left my asthma medication in the car. The next day no one answered the phone. These people are scam artists of the worst kind and the owners who contract with them are asking for big trouble. read more
