I purchased something online from them on 7/18/25 and thought I would follow up on the following Monday to inquire when the order would be shipped out and if I could be contacted with a tracking number. My account was debited immediately for the transaction and I paid extra for shipping. They still haven't responded as of this date 7/28/25. They had my car for 2 months over the last holiday season and when I got it back I noticed the pet seat cover had been ripped at least a foot down the back of the back seat, which I assume was an accident, but no one said anything about it when I picked up my car. Also, coincidentally my small portable air compressor I keep in my car was missing. The pet seat cover I purchased from Costco was $30 and the Fantick air compressor I also purchased at Costco was $40. So don't leave anything you don't want to loose in you car if you take it there.

The family and I were on a road trip from WA through Oregon and visiting the Redwoods…read more My Durango's alternator went out near Gasquet (20+ miles from Brookings) and we had no cell coverage in that area. My roadside service picked up my truck (and was bringing it to Coast) but would not pick up my family. We were stranded, unable to user Uber, and no taxi services would go out to Gasquet. When Dan at Coast Auto Center found this out he sent Gary to drive out to pick us up and bring us to the shop. He arrived within 30 minutes and brought us to Brookings. They got us in a rental SUV at a very great rate ($30 a day) and got us back on our way very quickly. Our road trip to the redwoods was saved! The customer service was outstanding, but that is not all. They knew were kind of in a jam and that we needed the Durango fairly quickly. They could have over-charged us and there is not much we could have done about it, but they did not. The repair was done within 48 hours and the price was extremely good. We highly recommend Coast Auto Center, every person we interacted with was helpful and nice and our overall experience was great. Thanks Coast!
