My credit union loan officer said to be me that he was a pleasure to work with. Efficient and very nice. Lastly, love the car I got. Paul does not negotiate, but the service I got and the car he sold were stellar. Man is a gem. Not only would I recommend, I will be buying cars from him as long as he is in business.

Thankfully after looking at some reviews I decided to check out ELDORADO and I met the wonderful Mark. Mark is like a kind uncle . He was patient, he was informative, and he was invested in me making the right choice for my lifestyle and my budget . He was never pushy like the typical sleazy used car salesman so I felt comfortable working with him. We found a car that worked for me and his team even handled all the dmv requirements so I didn't have to do that myself . I am so happy with my purchase . My family got a chance to meet mark as well and said if they ever are in the market for a car they would work with him in the future! I also want to note that after I bought the car I had a problem with my heat . I called mark and he was so apologetic and instantly called a mechanic who took care of it right away at no cost to me. Mark has called to follow up with me and ask about my family even though I already bought the car. He is a genuine person as well as the rest of his staff. My gripe however is that I'm not even in my second month from owning one of their cars and I've had an exhaust repair (if they inspected the pipes they would have seen the damage right?) luckily it was within the 30 days so the did cover that! But I didn't have to skip work so probably evens out the cost in reality. And now I'm staring down the barrel of a complete transmission replacement putting me $5000 out of pocket. By the way that's half of what the car cost! Fist time taking it into an interstate going above 65mph and the cars transmission fails. When a car You just bought, and after being assured it was running great! Has it's transmission fail, is a large kick in the teeth! I would advise anyone considering buying used, to seek a proper inspection at the car dealership before buying used. Do not take the people selling it on their word, as it can cost you big time. We were dumb enough to think we won't need the extended warranty. Maybe you should chip in for it. Better than being stuck with a $5000 bill I somehow have to find in the back of my couch. I really wanted to like this place but now I am just waiting for more things to fail with the car I'm now stuck with until it's paid up.

On my first call, I was connected with Ahsan Kalam, who took me over all the options and the other vehicles which were in my budget. He was very calm and we had been going back and forth for 2-3 days during which he kept me updated and presented me with the best pricing options availaible. He was a pleasure to work with. Security guards patrol like they're running the street. Trucks idle loudly and beep incessantly, especially at night. Workers shout across lanes, and their illegally modified mufflers create excessive noise -- violating NYC regulations. This isn't just poor customer service -- it's a failure to consider how their operations impact the public.

I called Abe at Xclusive Auto Leasing around 11am and within 6 minutes he had already given me a price on the exact car I wanted. No "I'll call you back later" -- straight to the point and transparent from the start. I told him I had a trade-in and the highest offer I got anywhere else was $19,000. He asked me to send him a video of the car, and shortly after he texted me back saying he could do $19,500. We worked out a deal on a $98,000 car for $1,128/month for 24 months with only the first month due at signing. I asked if he could roll my negative equity into the lease and he said absolutely. Payment went to about $1,250/month with just the first month out of pocket. I told him we had a deal and to get me the car. Then around 3pm he calls me and says, "Listen, I can get you the $106,000 car for only $10 more a month." I literally told him, "Why are you even asking? Just do it." By 3:15pm he sent me the credit app. By 3:30pm I was approved and already had the VIN to put insurance on the car. The next day the car was delivered right to my house. He told me it would arrive between 3-5pm and it showed up at 2:55pm. We signed everything in under 10 minutes, they took my trade, transferred my plates, and my old car was paid off within a couple of days. This guy is the real deal. No games, no wasting time, no nonsense. I dealt with Abe years ago and he was always on point.
