    Brooklyn Auto Sales and our salesman Giorgi, were unbelievable to work with. We are located in Oregon, about as far away as you could get, and they made the transaction as easy and reassuring as if we were local long time customers. Any concerns that we had were immediately addressed and handled in a very professional matter. Trust was the most important aspect of the purchase and they went above and beyond to earn it. Our Mclaren is absolutely stunning, better than described, and we could not be happier. If I could give more stars I would and will not hesitate to purchase from this company in the future.

    Thank you Adam and Mike for a great experience. They sold a car for me on consignment, and it must have been one of the smoothest car related transactions I have experienced. This "dealership" is unique - They curate specific inventory - Rare, exotic, niche automobiles for a specific clientele. You wont find any Camrys or minivans here. They know their cars and they know their audience. I brought my car in, had it washed (they well connected with local detailers) they took pictures and I drove back home. We agreed on price and specifics and two weeks later the car sold. Brooklyn Auto casts a wide net - their social media, business connections and stand up service is what makes this business special. They are well connected and do business the right way. Adam "straight up" and does not disappoint. I look forward to doing business with them again soon.

I called Abe at Xclusive Auto Leasing around 11am and within 6 minutes he had already given me a price on the exact car I wanted. No "I'll call you back later" -- straight to the point and transparent from the start. I told him I had a trade-in and the highest offer I got anywhere else was $19,000. He asked me to send him a video of the car, and shortly after he texted me back saying he could do $19,500. We worked out a deal on a $98,000 car for $1,128/month for 24 months with only the first month due at signing. I asked if he could roll my negative equity into the lease and he said absolutely. Payment went to about $1,250/month with just the first month out of pocket. I told him we had a deal and to get me the car. Then around 3pm he calls me and says, "Listen, I can get you the $106,000 car for only $10 more a month." I literally told him, "Why are you even asking? Just do it." By 3:15pm he sent me the credit app. By 3:30pm I was approved and already had the VIN to put insurance on the car. The next day the car was delivered right to my house. He told me it would arrive between 3-5pm and it showed up at 2:55pm. We signed everything in under 10 minutes, they took my trade, transferred my plates, and my old car was paid off within a couple of days. This guy is the real deal. No games, no wasting time, no nonsense. I dealt with Abe years ago and he was always on point. I stopped because I started buying cars instead of leasing, but now that I'm back to leasing, I went right back to him. I would recommend Abe at Xclusive Auto Leasing 100% with my eyes closed.

Customer service reps Shari and Joe took good care of me, despite not communicating very well with each other. For some reason Joe, who you meet behind the counter when you get there, didn't know why I had an appointment with them, and so I had to explain my business there that day. Having to do that gave me an unpleasant, deja vu feeling. Despite the annoying initial confusion, it all worked out well. Joe found a valuable benefit on my warranty I didn't even know I had (because I don't?), saving me several $ thousands! Joe kindly organized a free Lyft to get me back and forth from their shop, and the crew even washed my car when they were done! The car rides like new now! In 20+ years I haven't been to a better Hyundai service center--which tells you everything you need to know about Hyundai. Sadly, I doubt there is a better one in the NY Metro area.

The dealers aren't rushed or trying to hustle you into overspending on a car that you don't like or can't afford. There are several makes and models of Ford and Lincoln cars available to inspect and test drive. Within my lease, I get service a few times a year for a super low price. On my most recent appointment I got an oil change, my tires rotated, windshield washer fluid etc. They also give your vehicle a thorough wash and vacuum as apart of their service. My car received a thorough checkup and they alerted me about a recall. The waiting area is really comfortable and kid friendly if you have little ones. There's a really fancy coffee machine availablethat offers coffee of several types and flavors- free of charge. I would recommend Dana Ford to anyone who has worries that buying a car in NYC isn't very smart or that it's gonna be a negative experience. Dana Ford Lincoln and their entire staff are always good to me.

He said they were busy and it may be a few days before anyone can look at it. (I had an appointment). My car was "Limping" and that was the reason I brought it in. Huge mistake!! No calls for 6 more days. I called them on friday May 8th and spoke with a rep. who told me nothing has been done and maybe they should get to it next week. I told her its been there for 6 days. I also told her Ford is sending me texts that the problem is my EGR sensor. Youtubed it and an easy fix. I had my wife drive me to pick up the car because 6 days is long enough to keep a car and not even giving it a 10 minute diagnosis. Im 63, retired Law Enforcement and a veteran and I am aware how it works. When I arrived to pick up my car right after they opened, I told the rep I wanted my car and I had waited long enough for a Diagnosis. All of a sudden he tells me they just finished the diagnosis and guess what??? Its was the EGR sensor I told them about the day before. I asked him when they did the diagnosis and he said earlier. They just opened up! I dont appreciate being lied to. He then charged me 227.00 for the "diagnosis" and told me I needed to pay for the diagnosis to get my car back. What a rip off! I was stuck! The receipt said nothing about a diagnosis being completed and NO diagnostic results. (Im sure by now they can make one for me. How would I know?) Do NOT go to this dealership! They will smile and rip you off! Its nothing personal, just about making money and scamming the poor customer who trusted them.
