TSA allows up to 5 lbs of dry ice but he advised me that by the time i got to the airport, some of the dry ice would start dissolving already.

We brought cooked/frozen Samoan food for our PA family (IYKYK), and I was worried because our NY hotel did not have a restaurant/freezer space for us to use. Checked Yelp and Armato Ice & Firewood Co. popped up. I messages the number at 8pm, and Tony responded within 15min. I explained the situation, and he apologized because he said my order was too small for a delivery (I only needed 5lbs), so I would have to pick up dry ice from their shop on E 88th Street. Cool, no problem. Next morning, 8:30 am, i went to business address to pick up 5lbs, and called Tony but he was stuck in rush hour traffic for another hour. He graciously offered to drop off dry ice to my hotel before noon, during their normal deliveries. Even though it was a small order, he understood my situation and cared enough to help me keep my food frozen for the next few days, so my PA family can enjoy authentic Samoan food. Thank you for your help, Tony! Your kindness and efficiency shows that the Aloha spirit exists in New York! Mahalo

Places like Rite Aid in my building started stocking up on ice. This company is on notice 24 hours and will deliver it to your home or business. This morning the very friendly employees were loading the freezer in my neighborhood. These are well stocked for the delivery men to pick up the ice for delivery when you need ice. I'm telling you that if you have a picnic or big celebration you will have plenty of ice and it's delivered to your door. I'm recommending!

The drink had the perfect balance of flavor--not too sweet, very refreshing, and the green tea taste came through nicely. The tapioca pearls were soft and chewy, just the right texture. On top of that, the BOGO deal made it an amazing value. Definitely one of the best bubble tea spots I've tried, and I'll be ordering again!

Covid Delivery Review…read more I started to fiend for some bubble tea after the crazy deprivation we've all had to endure and Mars Tea was the only shop on Grubhub/Seamless to not charge a delivery fee, so it was time to try Mars Tea. And I'm glad I did! I ordered the Fresh Strawberry Slush Tea, Mars Dirty Tea and Thai Fresh Milk Tea With Bubble. Fresh Strawberry Slush Tea The strawberry slush was certainly made with real strawberries, though probably frozen instead of fresh. It had the signature seed grit and chunks here and there. Just know that the bitter tea will cut through the strawberry. Thai Fresh Milk Tea With Bubble This is Mars Tea's take on Thai Ice Tea. It tasted pretty good! Mars Dirty Tea Unfortunately it didn't travel well, but that's not a surprise. Dirty Tea is only visually appearing right when they serve it! Of course, it'll taste just as great no matter when you get around to it. Just stir up the sugar and get that sweet sweet high.

"Wednesday is Sundae" is one of my favorite times to go, and I go quite often! A very nice girl with glasses and nice smile is usually there, she always takes good care of me, but not this time - This time I had a girl give me the cheapest sundae I ever got in that store, I even took a picture. She filled the middle, not the cup. I'm paying for the cup. IF YOU FEED YOUR CUSTOMERS, YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL FEED YOU - This upset me. Having a nice big sundae cup on a hot day is fun, and makes me happy, but not this time, I was upset, because I know, this was deliberate cheapness. HOW DO YOU DO THAT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS? Whoever that girl was, thank you, you ruined my day. I'm going to go back next Wednesday, if I get the same treatment, I'm going to just buy some Ben and Jerry's, AT LEAST THE CUP IS FULL!!!

We've never been to the actual store but I have called over there a few times with some questions on flavors and ingredients and they have always answered the phone politely, professionally and have been wonderfully courteous so I don't get where the prior bad service reviews are coming from. Our order yesterday arrived as it always does; on time, perfectly hand packed and placed expertly in paper bags with each container clearly marked as to the flavor. The driver was super cool as well. Here's the best part; their ice creams and sherbets are out of this world delicious and have become a favorite of ours. The Cherry Vanilla is superb as is the Vanilla Fudge which we tried for the first time. Just the right amount of fudge mixed in so it does not overpower the yummy vanilla ice cream. I'm a fan of the sherbets too because they have a lighter texture and a nice bright flavor. Do yourself a big favor and give them a try whether in person or via delivery.
