The dining area was clean and well maintained, with spotless tables and restrooms, which always makes a great first impression. We ordered two chicken shawarma plates: one with fries and hummus, and the other with salad and rice. Everything was seasoned perfectly. The chicken was tender, juicy, and full of flavor, the fries were crisp and well-spiced, and the hummus was smooth and delicious. We also tried the C1 combo Arabic style, which came with half chicken, half beef, and two sides. Both proteins were excellent, and the garlic sauce was a standout--we absolutely loved it. We couldn't help but notice many other customers enjoying salads, all of which looked fresh and generously topped with crisp vegetables. Portion sizes across the board were very good, leaving us satisfied with some to go. Overall, the food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Most baba ganoush I've tasted in my hometown also had a smokey flavor to it from the eggplant so it really couldn't compare.

My wife got the sweet potato base with lettuce/greens base. We also got a side of pita chips. The drink fountain has Maine Root sodas!
