They participate with the app to sell their food they haven't sold by the end of the night at a discount. Well, I haven't a try and the order cancelled without notice until I was out front ready to pick up my surprise bag. I've worked at an Italian restaurant in my youth and there was never a night we didn't have leftover pasta and salad or soup. Even turning a pizza dough into breadsticks. I'm not sure about the food because I didn't get to try it but as far as using the app to take advantage of the deal. Why bother. Our server was great. My family orders pizza frequently from here and I have been in a few times. Tuesday was trivia night and 9.99 lasagna. A great deal. They give you a nice big piece. I just thought it was a little too runny for my liking and the house salad needed to be cut up more. I will stick with the pizza. read more

It's close, it's fast and it's very good! Every so often, my wife craves the 3 meat Stromboli (FYI, so much better than a calzone), and when she does, I always throw in a V's 3 meat 14" pizza. The Stromboli is plenty for 2 people, but their V's 3 meat pizza is the best - one of the best local pizzas that I've had. If you're down around Alma School & Chandler Heights, drop on and give them a try. Hire more staff. I've been a regular for several years now. I had to pick up my dog's ashes. I wanted to get some comfort food. So I ordered ahead (unfortunately to the wrong store, and I couldn't call them due to needing to be on a zoom call for work). I order two slices of cheese pizza. There's a child's birthday party going on. It is loud. There are only two FOH people and they're clearly overwhelmed. There's only three BOH people and nearly every table is full. I witness multiple people who came in after me coming to get refunds for $70+ orders. I'm still waiting for my two slices of cheese pizza. I get it after 40 minutes and a man looked at me like I was crazy for waiting that long. It would've taken less time to go to the location I accidentally ordered it at and then went home. Whoever managed this place today did not schedule adequately. Did not manage adequately. I love this restaurant. Do better. This is not on the workers, it's on the manager. Hire. More. This is my family's go-to place for Friday night pizza. When it's good, the pizza is cooked well, has generous toppings, and the crust is perfectly chewy with East Coast flavor. The problem we've had is that it's totally inconsistent and have to cross our fingers the chef gets it right every time we order. For instance, two Fridays ago we ordered the new veggie pizza and it was awesome--roasted red peppers were a delicious addition. Last Friday we ordered the same pizza again--no roasted red peppers, 3 mushrooms total (on a large/18 inch pie), crust was burnt black and the bottom was caked in flour. To top things off, they forgot our order of garlic knots and very unapologetically told me after I paid "well you can wait if you want, but we're kinda backed up now so it will be awhile." We've tried some entrees and salads as well, but would not recommend ordering anything other than pizza. read more

The gal who waited on us was top-notch and working her fanny off, because the place was packed and, aside from a young man who was hosting, clearing tables, and occasionally delivering food, she was the only one waiting on the tables. She did it all with a smile on her face and a cheerful attitude! The ambiance is a bit café-ish, so if you're looking for fancy, this might not be the place for you. So we have given this place two chances. why can one Brooklyn V's be so much better than the other? And it's not this one that's good, So we ordered our pizza extra crispy with pepperoni on it we received it had no pepperoni. They brought it back with pepperoni just on top pepperoni cold pepperoni on it. (Really?) and was not cooked extra crispy like we asked I asked. I ordered a does Seki's beer with lime. He brought me one and then told me they have no limes when he brought the pizza he could clearly see our glasses were empty. Did not get us another beer nor even ask never came back to check on us Pizza is not very good flavor along with being chewy. The margherita pizza was a little heavy on the cheese for something that is traditionally on the lighter side. Service was very good and the prices were reasonable. There are not many options for slices as opposed to an entire pie in South Chandler so there is definitely a need for a place like this. We love Brooklyn vs pizza! Perfect NY style pizza! The cheese is our favorite but we like ham too. The eggplant and eggplant rolitini are both delicious. I honestly did not like their chicken Alfredo, the sauce was too sweet and not enough flavor other than sweet. The wings are our favorite! So juicy and the medium or hot sauce is perfect. I love the cannolis too and sometimes the cheesecake. Only thing is there is never enough flavors of cheesecake, they run out of those fast. We ordered a simple pepperoni pizza for delivery. It took an hour for delivery so not terribly long. The issue was the pizza was so over cooked that it was un edible. The crust was so tough that we had a terrible time trying to bite through it. The pepperoni tasted burnt and the cheese seemed to have disappeared. As you can imagine the majority of the pizza ended up in the trash. This was especially frustrating because we had ordered from Brooklyn V's before and it was pretty good. Thinking back I'm realizing that their food has gotten progressively worse each time we have placed an order. Rude customer service. I recently when in for a pick-up order on an early weekday evening. The female behind the counter saw me and immediately walked away without greeting me. 3 minutes later, she said someone would be with me soon without a hello. Later, she greeted some customers without seating them. After a total of being there for 10 minutes, she checked me out. Pizza here is usually above average but on this occasion it was salty and one slice was a little burnt. This location is a disappointment in comparison to the Brooklyn V's locations on Gilbert Rd and the location in Gilbert.
