Bad Service!!! Horrible atmosphere. Nobody helps you they all just run around like crazy. They have a place to pickup your food at the front entrance which makes it clogged always. They put the spot where you are supposed to order all the way in the back as if they are trying to hide it from you. After I ordered I went to the spot at the front where you pick your food up and the lady says they never got my order. I go back to the front and tell the lady I ordered from and she says show them your receipt after I already waited 10 minutes at the front like a dummy. I show the lady where you pick it up my receipt and she then proceeded to tell them to make my food and I had to wait another 10 minutes and by the time I left my coffee was cold. The food was also pretty bad. They make a horrible egg salad. Definitely would not recommend, never coming back here. read more

This was my experience: On my way to work yesterday morning, I decided I wanted a bagel, but wasnt sure where from... asked siri to find me a bagel shop and landed up at this AMAZING place. I was greeted with an energized good morning from Ethan who took my order and had my bagel ready in SECONDS. I was in and out, and as a native New yorker, I was especially not used to that. The bagel was exceptionally good! Never going to have the same fluffiness as a NY bagel, however, probably the best bagel I have had yet since moving down here for 5 years. Excellent on every count. The bagel and lox sandwich was exceptional (and I'm from NJ!). The Israeli salad was fresh and crispy. As the dressing came in the side, there was no time for the veggies to get soggy. It was crowded, but we were seated quickly and the service was efficient and well executed. I rarely leave reviews, but this place deserves the warning. Walked in to find dirty floors and an overall grimy atmosphere--not a great first impression. Things only went downhill from there. The silverware was filthy, like it hadn't been properly washed in days. I had to ask for replacements, and even those were questionable. Service? Practically non-existent. The staff was rude and seemed annoyed that I was even there. No greeting, no smile, just attitude. Not only that but I've never seen such an expensive and overpriced bagel store. The price doesn't match the service at all. Plenty of better bagel spots around. Save your money and your stomach. I won't be coming back. I had posted a review before but the owners had deleted it. My grandma and I stopped by this bagel shop as we have been driving 6 hours and needed some food. Immediately I noticed the smell. I have worked in the food industry before and know that food goes bad and it can cause slight smells. But this was absolutely DISGUSTING. I'm not joking when I tell you it smelt like rotten meat that's been sitting in the open for the past week. I assumed that a new worker left something out or it was an accident so I ignored it. The reviews were good so we trusted it would be fine. The second thing I noticed is how incredibly rude the employees were not just to each other but also the people ordering food. I whiteness a young female getting fired on the spot for asking a simple question to the manager I'm assuming. It was very unprofessional as she fired her in front of so many customers. It doesn't seem like they treat their employees with respect, and I don't think that they even train their employees which is very irresponsible as a store owner who has a younger generation working there. I ordered the breakfast burrito and my grandma ordered the steak and egg burrito. We also both got a side of tuna salad and coffee. We had another 4 hours of driving and when I tell you I had to RUN to the nearest bathroom a few hours after eating. I stayed in that bathroom for 30 MINUTES. I didn't think it was the food however the next day my grandma had food poisoning and is stuck in the bathroom for the rest of the trip. I hate leaving bad reviews on any place, but I feel I need to speak up about this. Because the worker was so rude, it got me thinking if she gave me rancid food. Hopefully, with the minimum training that they get, they are taught to not do that. Also May I mention, This coffee tastes like dirt, and I can't help but think the dirt would taste better. I liked this place where we stopped for lunch-- ironically because I was craving a lox and bagel "sandwich". They are a kosher restaurant and closed on Saturdays. And they are also a dairy restaurant -- so lots of fish and cheese, but no meat. And vegetarian dishes, as well. We seated ourselves and were greeted by the waitress. She was in training, so it took a bit for her to figure out the system to enter our order into her iPad (or whatever it's called). Luckily another gentleman came by to help her. Service from the kitchen isn't the fastest either -- but they were working in a number of takeout orders and it was still lunch time, albeit late. It got busier after we'd been seated. Everyone was wearing a mask (most men had their heads covered too), but it didn't seem like much social distancing with the tables. Anyhow, I got my sandwich on a lightly toasted rye bagel (the last one) and my husband got his sandwich on an everything bagel. It comes with cream cheese, capers, tomatoes, and lox. I opted for my onions to be "on the side"... and gave the sliced red onions to my husband so he had extra. It was a very filling tasty sandwich. I was, however expecting it to be lox -- the salty one -- but it tasted more like nova which is a much milder cured salmon. They were nearing the end of the week for them (before closing) so bagel choices at that time were limited. We did order a couple marble bagels to take home for tomorrow's breakfast. I'd come here again for just what I had or if craving some whitefish or a tuna sandwich. Just remember, don't come here expecting pastrami or corned beef or other typical deli stuff... no meat! read more

Alexis is the best waitress I have ever had and i eat out a lot! So sweet and friendly, totally on the ball, had my coffee, water and food in 5 minutes. The food is great but Alexis made my dining experience awesome. I would definitely request her to serve you. I would give 1,000 stars if I could. Great bagels and other breakfast dishes. Whitefish salad is among the best I've had. The eggs are perfectly cooked every time that I order something with eggs. Service has been very friendly, but Sunday mornings seem to be their busiest times so the staff then is occasionally harried. Yes, expensive as all kosher places are for the extra cost of certified kosher ingredients and extra supervision to certify the food preparation as kosher, and being closed on Saturday and Jewish holidays. If you want less expensive than then buy a dozen and toast them at home. Otherwise I love this place. read more

We waited 45 min to get 2 lox bagels! 20 min prior we waited to dine in a dirty table because no one came to clean it up or ask us we needed anything. We didn't even get a menu. We did waited patiently and we notice there was only ONE SERVER!!! We where never acknowledged!! Another family came in and where taken care of right away! Total BS.. Was it because we where not the right ethnicity? We are def foodies and we like to try new places, and we read so many good reviews about this place. But we are so disappointed about the service.
