Good guys that you can trust. Been going there for years and I always have the part in a few days on the off chance that they don't have it.

I chose Laura to help me redesign my space after a big life change. From our first emails, Laura…read morewas knowledgable, generous and fast. Laura approached my space from all the areas of her expertise: interior design, feng shui and a deep respect for the individual within her space. Our time spent together was inspired, as we walked through my home she brought clarity to issues I didn't even know were there and even before I received her report, began making changes. The report I received from her was detailed, thoughtful and incredibly generous. Her follow up policy has been invaluable. I love being in my home now and having people over. I have gotten endless compliments on my home now, people tell me the energy has completely changed. I really just wanted my apartment to look cohesive and make sure I was harnessing as much positive energy as possible. I couldn't have anticipated how much of a personal shift I have made since working with Laura Cerrano. I recommend her highly.

None of it planned, all of it natural conversations that came out of her gentle probing and asking about my intentions for my environment. I've called on her for help a few times during different relocations and each time she gives me so much insight and clarity about my own needs and wants. In fact, I was in tears at the end of our last session. I'm excited to "claim" my new home and know with Laura's recommended changes it will be just as successful a transition as it has been in previous apartments. I highly recommend Laura.

I wish I had the option to give zero stars…read more During a blizzard this past winter I rolled my jeep off the highway and the police had my car towed to this default repair shop. While I was in the ambulance talking to my injured wife my father arrived on scene. I arrived to view the damage later that day and to my surprise the roof rack was missing. My father noted no roof rack was left behind at the scene of the accident. Since I purchased the car from the insurance company off salvage title, I wanted to salvage parts and attempt to recoup my losses. My expensive roof rack was high on my list. The day of the accident I was told by Anthony it might be in the tow truck or the driver might have it. I returned and nobody knew what I was talking about. These scum bags stole the roof rack off my jeep while I was caring for my wife in the hospital. I asked for it back and met the owner twice. I called several times only to be put off and dismissed. They said my driver Mike had been "recently" let go. I don't have time for games and I have no respect for people who steal from others in their moment of need. It's been months, so I've written off the rack, but I feel like people should know what kind of business this is.

Called 911 and the NY STATE POLICE dispatched this place. They came in a very short time which was appreciated. The driver was JUSTIN. He immediately said nothing was a problem, would even save me a mile or two and towed him to the Montvale rest area...2-3 miles? He was very polite and efficient. (In CT, there's no charge but here it was $96) But what disturbed me the most was that when I asked Justin over the phone to tow him to a gas station so my insurance can do the tow home, (because Geico does not tow from the highway) he said no problem, they WILL tow you from the gas station rest area to your service station. Well, they don't! The gas station was on the HIGHWAY and they don't tow from the highway. So, I had to call another tow service later and they towed me to a CVS parking lot OFF the hwy. and then was able to get him towed from my insurance carrier. Justin doesn't know what he's talking about, nice guy but be aware if in a jam like this. Could cost you a few extra buck$. (Two Months later....received a reply from the owner of Ramapo Collision, appreciate it!! I DID get reimbursed for the $96 tow from my insurance company. I feel better. Now we all know more than we did before. That includes Justin and me. Appreciate the response Anthony!! (BTW, added a 4th star)

It took them THREE WEEKS to complete rather simple maintenance on my bike and even still it wasn't completed. Cory had a TERRIBLE attitude and was a complete A hole through the entire process. They refused to give me a quote and charged me 1700$ for basic maintenance. The bike doesn't even run anymore and I have to take it to another shop. I have NEVER written a review for any establishment before until I came to this sorry excuse for a buisness. do NOT come here. You will lose THOUSANDS of dollars and time while dealing with people who have no idea what they are doing. When asked about my bike failing to turn over, he suggested I get new grips. There are not enough words to describe how terrible this shop is and I advise with the utmost urgency to avoid the place at all costs. In the time it takes for your bike to get back you could have fixed it yourself and could easily surpass the very limited knowledge this joke Cory has. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!

It's a nice sense of freedom during vacations and even in our hometown. We've rented boats from many places but usually private owners. Renting at Greenwood Lake was a pleasantly different experience. We originally planned a full Saturday outing with a large group of friends but due to some unfortunate circumstances, many of them could not make it for that day and because the weather initially forecasted unfavorably, we decided to cancel the boat. Luckily, we were able to receive a 100% refund earlier around Wednesday/Thursday. The weather forecast ended up changing and looking way more favorable, so we decided to book a 3 hour rental with just hubby, our little kiddo and myself. I was concerned because there were only very early or late afternoon bookings but we settled on a 4-7p rental. They're located a little over an hour from us and they have lots of parking. You might have to wait a bit for customers to leave and for spits to open up in their main parking area but there is additional parking located within walking distance. We lucked out with some parking right in front. The upside with booking here is that they have a convenience store located at the rental office. You can add additional incidentals to your booking, including coolers, ice, waters, tubes, floating islands, kayaks, etc. You can even book a captain if you're not comfortable with or have no experience driving boats. They prefer you to arrive 45 minutes prior to your booking if it's your first time driving, or 30 minutes prior if you've driven before. We arrived 30 minutes prior, parked and hubby completed the booking transaction at the office before we headed down to the dock to retrieve our boat. There was a bit of a wait as the boat had been taken out and we were awaiting it's return. The pontoon boat we had, Cast Away, is on the older side. It has carpet which is super weird when wet (kinda gross but you get used to it). They must take very good care of it because, despite being carpeted, it showed no signs of mildew or smells or anything. It was just weird but I know many homes in the 70s had carpeted bathrooms so, go fig? Our original boat was the double-decker with slide and it looked to be newer. They have CLEAN portable bathrooms on the premises and many, "hands on deck", to assist with docking and un-docking. Kevin, one of the guys working here, helped us to take the boat out of the slip. He showed us where we should go and we set off. Because we only had a few hours, we drove south a bit, anchored in the sun and enjoyed a day of swimming before heading back to the bock. Kevin met us once again, and docked the boat for us. All that was left was to pack up our car and head home. We had an awesome time and will most definitely be back. We'll definitely plan better and get a newer boat. Pro Tip: take the less than 15 minute drive over to Bellvale Farms Creamery for some deliciously creamy ice cream (homemade with their own cows milk!) and sunset views...a wonderful end to an amazing day.
