I took my son to Brookstone in 2015, My son was nervous about getting a tooth pulled and Dr. Goldring was absolutely amazing with him, letting him know what was going to happen and kept him calm and reassured the whole time. All in all, it was a great experience! Fast forward to nearly a year later and now I've got a broken tooth, and the night before my son's birthday party! The amazing office staff squeezed me in the first thing in the morning! And when I had to return to finish the dental work, the experience was just as great as the previous visits! The waiting area is nice, has a tv, snacks, and a mini fridge with beverages. (They even had a special toy chest for the kids to pick out a treat after their appointments!) The exam rooms were very spacious, enough room for both my husband and I to be with our son. The staff, they are the nicest medical office staff I've ever dealt with!! From the front desk to billing (Sonny) to the dental assistant (Chuy) and Dr. Goldring, everybody always had a smile on their face and were incredibly nice and accommodating! It seems apparent that everyone working there truly enjoys working there. I had a complicated dental issue that had me going into the office multiple times, and EVERY time I was there I was greeted with a smile. Dr. Goldring was very patient with me and took such great care of me. I never felt rushed (even though my initial appointment was squeezed in around other patients!). He explained every step of the process and all of my options so that I could make an educated decision for my treatment. I am so very thankful that Dr. Goldring was able to fix my dental issues and in a timely manner that fit my schedule. I am actually looking forward to going back for regular cleanings! Wow is all I can say! I am that bad dental patient that hadn't been to the dentist since high school and was deathly afraid of going back! Brookstone dental care completely took that fear away... Being there didn't even feel like I was at the dentist. The office is so warm and comforting like you are in a home and the moment you walk in they make you feel like family. The cleaning with Judy was perfection, like catching up with your best friend. Her calm demeanor and attention to detail eased all my fears. She taught me so much about how to care for my teeth and I do believe she may be the FASTEST flosser I have ever met! It was pretty darn impressive! Dr.Goldring is just the coolest!. Brookstone Dental care is welcoming, friendly and professional; the experience from start to finish is everything you would hope a trip to the dentist could be. Right when you walk in the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. Favorable music plays in the waiting room where comfortable seating and refreshments help make the short wait pleasant. The front desk staff is attentive and friendly and within a minute or two you are in the chair ready to go. I got my teeth cleaned by Judy, who was gentle, kind and well knowledgable during her cleaning. I was explained to why things hurt or felt sensitive in great detail, which is really refreshing as I have not had that helpful information from previous cleanings. Doctor Goldring is the best. He is super friendly, skilled and caring in his examination. You can tell he, along with the rest of the staff know what they're doing and you're in good hands. Doctor Goldring let me know what I was doing right with my dental care and what to look for in the future with a few no pressure recommendations. The office is very clean with the top of the line equipment. Brookstone Dental worked easily with my dental insurance and I was in and out during the time they approximated. I met the wonderful Brookstone Dental staff at an expo back in October, and I kept their contact information until my schedule cleared up to go visit. I have one bad tooth that needs taken care of, as well as I was interested in a cleaning and possible whitening! I have not been a regular dentist goer due to really bad phobias, but I took the leap and went in to visit these guys. For this first visit, I did a new patient orientation (to get a quote on that bad tooth), and to get the cleaning and whitening done. WOW, did they take care of me! I told them all about my phobias and my (lack of) dental background, and they made sure to keep me smiling/laughing, informed on what was going to happen every step of the way, meanwhile being careful with their work, friendly, and making sure I was not in any pain. AWESOME STAFF! Additionally, I was impressed with all of the new technology they have available. The dentists and techs were very informative on all the equipment they were using on me, which I found interesting. I have an appointment to revisit them in January to finally take care of that bad tooth, and I will definitely be visiting them for my REGULAR cleanings now! I should preface this review by saying I only use yelp when I feel the need to brag about an establishment or a service. It's not always often that one stumbles upon a professional that is as deserving of a 5 star review as Dr. Goldring. My parents live in Scottsdale the majority of the year. I am located in Chicago. They were highly recommended to Dr. Goldring. Upon their first visit, of many to follow, they were instantly raving. Not only was he very personable and honest, he actually made dental work fun. He is very carismatic and treats a first time customer the same as if they'd been going to him for years. Beyond cleanings, between the two, they have had crowns and an implant. Going to the dentist for that type of work is never enjoyable, however, they both stated that Dr. Goldring was very gentle, understanding, talked them through the process and, best part, it was completely pain free!! They would love it to be known that he is not only extremely intelligent, knowledgable and meticulous in his work, but a caring professional. Our family has been going to Brookstone Dental for 12 years. We have had the whole range of dentistry done: cleanings, fillings, wisdom teeth extractions, crowns, and four in braces. Overall it has been a great experience! Having experienced several dentists and many different staff personnel over the years, I would say that they are stronger than ever right now. They strive to be personal yet professional. I am always greeted by name when I come in and they take care to explain procedures and patiently answer any questions I have. I haven't had any problems with billing and they always give an accurate estimate before any work is done. As other reviews have stated, they are good about getting me in quickly when any kind of dental problem arises. Dr. Goldring has established a great team and they work together well. Getting my chipped tooth fixed. I've not been to a dentist for years. I was recommended here by a Minute Clinic patient. Let me tell you....the best care. Seira (front desk) who called me within 5 minutes when I booked online. (which was so easy) greeted me upon arrival for my appointment . She was welcoming and friendly. Felix was my dental assistant and was so awesome. I'm an anxious person when it comes to the dentist and Felix really made me comfortable during the entire time I was there. Dr. Goldring was so nice and explained everything to me. He also made me so at ease that I felt safe and in "great hands". Tania (office manager and financial advisor) was great great explaining cost (which was really less than I was expecting). They took my HSA card which covered it all. Mt temporary crowns look almost real and I can't wait for the permanent ones. This was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. Been coming here for 2-3 years. Dr. Goldring and his staff are very welcoming and attentive. I'm a curious patient and Judy is always willing to explain the jargon. You know you're in a good place when your hygienist can call you out on your flossing but you can still be buddies after. The administrative work is kept to a minimum. Their communication is excellent. Anytime I expressed interest in learning more about a service (braces, whitening, etc), their staff would have a quote and information sheet prepared after my cleaning. Sure they have an incentive, but I've been to other places where it hasn't been presented to me in such an organized and professional fashion. There's a good vibe about the office. Some humor and fun is commonplace. When you see that pretty consistently across all staff, I think that speaks to a good culture. read more

Sometimes life has a way of working things out! :) I've been seeing Dr. Goldring as a patient for close to 2 decades, back when he had a practice in the NY/NJ area. Since then, he moved to AZ about 10 years ago, and it just so happens I have close friends in Scottsdale that I visit regularly. So when I need dental work done, I'm able to still utilize Dr. G. as my provider. How bout that! I can't say enough about how good my experience has been as a patient. I recently was dealing with an extremely painful dental issue. I had to wait a week to be seen by my dentist office and they were unable to help. They sent me out the door with a list of oral surgeons on a Friday evening. I was devastated and knew I wasn't going to find relief or help until Monday if I was lucky. Dr. Goldring was recommended through a friend and after hearing my situation he offered his help. He opened up his office on his day off to help out a perfect stranger. I hadn't been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time, but the staff made me feel super comfortable and were super accommodating. They were friendly and helpful from start to finish, even with the appointment setting and talking costs for necessary procedures (never fun) but they laid out the plan and the costs and I was able to schedule my visits accordingly. I found them at random online and had seen all the awards they had received for their services so I took a chance as it looked like they were a closeknit group. The first time I came to Brookstone was an emergency visit. I had some extreme pain in one of my teeth. They were extremely accommodating and were able to get me a last minute appointment the same day. I have always hated coming to the dentist but that first visit really earned my trust.
