The worst dental office I've experienced. Why didn't they know and tell me their policy on the phone instead of wasting an hour of my time???!!!! I called ahead and asked that I don't want to take X-rays and only want cleaning. They put me on hold for a long time to ensure I could do that. I show up for my appointment and spend 20 minutes filling out forms again. Then they take me to take X-ray and tell me their policy is to take X-ray every year. I had a scheduled appointment with this office. I confirmed the appointment a week prior. I received a confirmation appointment alert two hours before the appointment. I showed up to the appointment on time and was told that they didn't have space to see me! They had overbooked! not one of the three ladies I talked to seem to care that they had dropped my appointment and I had to travel 45 minutes to get to them and leave work earl! very unprofessional. I am not a new client with them so I can't believe they treated me this way! no one there will take ownership of their mistake, but they ask us to take ownership appointments with them. read more

NOPE! Unless you want to be in pain and have the dentist say " it doesn't look that bad to me " I have a tooth that cracked. It wasn't hurting but I knew I needed to address it. My first visit everything went well. The staff was friendly and helpful, I got a cleaning and X-rays. I was scheduled to come back a week later so they can look at the tooth further. I was told I may possibly need a root canal but I definitely need a crown. Second appt also went ok. I was told I didn't need the root canal.The dental hygienist was actually great . She took her time explaining what was going on with my tooth and after the dentist drilled she put the crown on. She went above and beyond working on the temp crown making sure it was perfectly placed. I was told use Advil rinse with salt water. I knew I would have some soreness and in a day or two i i felt better. So as I'm waiting for my permanent crown to come in yesterday , my tooth starts throbbing , Advil, orajel nothing is helping. Especially at night. So I called today , great they can get me in the same day ! All for the dentist to come in with a smirk on his face and say " what's wrong " I tell him I'm in pain , he tells me " the xray doesn't look that bad ". You sure ? Really? Why am I here Man? You couldn't give me a shot ? something topical to numb it ? A couple of pain meds ? Asks me if I ever heard of some medication... I tell him no , he tells me it's a steroid . Ok great but how do I sleep until that starts working ?? Tells me if the pain continues I MAY actually need to the root canal??? What do I do until then ??? Hopefully I can have my insurance call the company who is building my crown and allow me to have another dentist take it from there. I will be calling my insurance provider tomorrow! Be careful with this place. I started going there in the around September 2023. At first I was impressed with them because they were all very nice. I have terrible anxiety about going to any dentist and for the first time I was at ease. I needed to get a lot of work done . The day I went in for the treatment before I even went back to get the work done I was required to pay over 1500.00 for my treatment plan. Along with my primary insurance was billed another 1500.00. , and secondary insurance 1000.00 I had a root canal/ crown, tooth extraction and bridge put in. I have no problem paying for treatment but the way they went about it was so rude and made me feel like I was some kind of person who doesn't pay their bills. Anyway, I got the work done but it didn't feel right. About 5 months later I received a bill from them saying I owed another 892.00. Which was because their billing department messed up the claims and now I was being held accountable for their error. Anyway I started to experience a lot of pain in my mouth from the bridge and was told until I pay the balance off that they would not treat me. So I went to another dentist and it turns out the bridge was put on incorrectly and now I have severe decay underneath it as well as I have to replace all of it and put new crowns on the teeth under it. The dentist that had done the work at Dental Depot is no longer working there and neither is the business manager with billing. Staff is never the same and constantly changing. read more

If I could give a zero I would. I scheduled my husband for a teeth cleaning. We were told that he would have to have X-rays then a cleaning. She gave pricing on X-rays, simple cleaning, and if a deep cleaning is recommended. At his appointment they did the X-ray, then the " dentist" proded his gums, and gave a recommendation of a deep clean. For context he has a clean mouth, and has always taken good care of his teeth. That was it. No cleaning was done when I scheduled for it. When I went there for tooth pain, and wanting an extraction. The same "dentist" proded around my mouth, and gave "recommendations" of what he would do to my mouth. Never addressing why I was there. He was about to leave when I said um can I get my tooth pulled please. He is very quick on wanting to leave, and not do the work, just over charge. read more

It doesn't take a genius to work as a receptionist but the idiots at the front desk could have told me once calling to schedule my appointment it would not be covered. Absolutely do not use Dental Depot for any of your dental services. I went in to get my cleaning and I was told I had a cavity in my front tooth. They recommended that I recap all four of my front teeth. They did a horrible job. I can't even look at my smile. I'm heart sick, my front four front teeth are too small and they're brown. They do not match my other teeth and they look ridiculous. I have a year warranty with them, but they would not honor the warranty and replace them. My dental insurance has spent over $18,000 for their services since I started with them, and they wouldn't even replace my four front teeth that they destroyed. They did not need to replace fbfour teeth when I only had one cavity, it was an insurance scam. I am forewarning anybody that goes to the Dental Depot on Greenway to think twice about it. They should not even be in practice, because they are the worst dentists that I ever gone to in my life. Your front four front teeth are very important, they ruined my smile that I got many compliments on in my life time. The doctor didn't do any of the work, he just left it up to his assistant that is not trained to do dental work. She was rude and insensitive to the way I felt. I called my dental insurance and they told me that they should definitely work with me but they wouldn't. Again, I will warn you, do not use dental depot on Greenway. You will be very sorry. I had a very serious concern about a spot of recession and possible infection on my gums. The doctor came in and was only relying on the x-rays taken to tell me that I was "overreacting" and there was nothing to be concerned about. He kept telling me that recession is normal because of my age and "not winning the genetic lottery when it comes to my gums." Which I understand. However. There was no way that he could've seen this spot that I was concerned about on the x-ray, I was looking at them myself with him, and you couldn't see anything related to the potential infection/spot that I was concerned about. 15 whole minutes went by and he wouldn't even look at my mouth or the spot I was concerned about, despite asking him multiple times to look at it. He tried to blame it on my permanent retainer/bar (which is behind my teeth, the spot of concern is in the front!) but then advised me to keep it in and not take it out. I asked him at least five times to just look at my mouth, and he stared me straight in the face and told me that he didn't need to, and he already knew what I was talking about, and I didn't need to worry. Finally, before he left the room, he did decide to look at the rest of my teeth just to make sure everything else looks good, and low and behold, he saw the spot that I was concerned about, suddenly expressed worry, and gave me a referral to a periodontist. I don't feel that I should have to advocate for myself to have a dentist look at my mouth after expressing genuine concern and worry. That's literally part of his job, to look at peoples mouths. I've had great experiences at Dental Depot for the years and years that I've been going there, but this one really made me nervous to ever go back. I felt unheard and dismissed as a patient. A few weeks back, dental depot called me the day before my appointment and cancelled it. i rescheduled my appointment for this morning at 8am. i arrived on time for my dental cleaning. my hygienist came to get me at 8:10am. knowing these appointments are scheduled every 60 minutes i told her to skip the x-rays and clean my teeth, as i wanted her to have sufficient time to do a good job on my teeth. she told me she could not do a cleaning without doing x-rays. i asked to speak with the dentist. i was told he was too busy to speak with me. avoid this place with a passion. high turnover in employees tells the story. ron zur march 20, 2024 read more

Wow! Just shocked at the Terrible Customer service. I started going to Dental depot a couple years ago because my insurance referred me to them as a preferred provider. Last year I had a crown done. It was difficult and they blamed it on my tooth, I was not happy and it was uncomfortable. I have had 5 other crowns over my lifetime. Normally they are a crown, meaning a top with some sides. I was shocked to see this crown. It covered the top and on 1/10 of the tooth there was a tiny triangle as the only side. I found out when it came off. Of course I went in the have it re-applied. This has happened before at least once with a different dentist. No insurance with that dentist and when I went back to have it fixed, there was no charge. Dental Depot Charged me when the "terrible" excuse for a crown came off a 2nd time. No biggie... But I went back for a scheduled cleaning soon after and because they said there was an exam when the crown was fixed it took 1 of my allowed exams. Very frustrating... never paid before, no exam is needed... just remove the cement and re-install the crown. This was just the straw that broke the camels back. The people there are always friendly, I give them that. But I don't believe I ever saw the same dentist in my 8-10 visits. I felt like I was going to a training center for dentists. I called the insurance and they would have covered the cleaning, but with the submitted exams, they would not cover an exam. I went in for a cleaning, the exam could have been skipped this time as at my age I rarely have an issue. Yes, the crown... I have known that was needed for a while. I have not heard anything new from dentists at exams in 10 years. Why didn't they offer the cleaning without an exam???? Because there is no one in charge. This review is for a service I received few months ago for my mother who has dementia and her upper tooth is all implants. We were going on a trip with my husband and small daughter and on a day before leaving we went to see my mom to say goodbye, and that's when I realized her upper half right implants/bridges came off. She had her implants done out of country and we were desperately looking for a dentist that could fix this issue in a last minute before we left for our vacation. We came across dental depot and received the care and service that we are beyond thankful till today. The staff were very helpful and had lots of patience with my mom that couldn't follow directions due to her dementia. Later Dr. Lilly Poor came to see my mom and she was beyond amazing, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. After taking a look at the x-ray and examining my mom's gum and implants, she had it fixed on the same day even it was almost close to closing hour and till today we never had any issues with her implants coming off or anything. I wanted to write this review while ago but with a baby and providing care for my mom, I never found the time. Dr. poor is truly an angel and an expert at what she does, and dental depot is beyond lucky to have such a talented and caring team. read more

Well, this was the first time that I went to the Dental Depot on Bell Road and my experience was GREAT! The staff is extremely friendly! Dr. Wentz and his hygienist (Ughhhhhh, I forgot her name, sorry about that, but she & her friends just moved to Arizona from New Mexico) who are very professional & friendly! WARNINGGGG LONG POST This has got to be the worseeeeeeeeeee dentist I have ever went to in my entire life. Well firstly I went in for major tooth pains and the dr referred me over to a Endo specialist to do the root canal. I was told that the crown is included with my root canal at the time of them doing my estimates for the root canal. I go and get the root canal done PERFECT! When it's time for me to go get my X-rays down for my crown. I was told to stop at the front desk first to pay my remaining balance of my root canal, I was confused because my insurance covered the procedure so what am I paying for. Well these ppl added on 2 root canals and I only got one! So I was furious they get that taken care of. I call to see why haven't they confirmed my appointment for my crown they tell me I don't have an appointment and they waiting on insurance to go through. I get really frustrated and ask for the Manager Maria she tells me that I don't like how they do things and everything they done was right. But how and y'all trying to charge me right then and there for something that wasn't done. So I thought me and her got an understanding on the situation that I just wanted to know what I would be paying out of pocket. Do y'all know this lady sent me a certified letter stating me and my family not allowed to come back that the trust was broken! Watttttt? Lol all because I came to you as a patient asking about financial situation that took place. The trust was broken? Well that surely is strange that this manager would be upset because her employees are trying to charge me for something I did not get done. And all she saying is "I'm upset because they gave me a treatment plan." I have to back up a lot of the reviews and say that we were charged for x-rays over and above the free preventative care we get with our insurance. My husband should have asked more questions when they charged him, but he was already there and had taken time off work to go, so he figured he'd look into it later. Insurance confirmed it all should have been free, but when I called Dental Depot, they said they charged for "a certain type" of x-ray that had a copay. We won't be going back, and I should have listened to the poor reviews. read more

The dentists and staff can be friendly but don't let it fool you! I had much work done over the course of a year. The first dentist did a root canal and cap and the cap came off within 2 days wouldn't stay on. I was told "it happens" Well what I learned when it the cap came off right after the year warranty and I mean right after, that the first dentist filed the tooth to nothing and that's why the cap and temporary wouldn't stay. Nothing to hold to. It gets better though because that tooth is loose now because when he did the root canal he filed away too much and there is no stability now and I have been advised the tooth will fall out at some point. That tooth is next to a partial infection n the bottom and I was told for the partial to hold I HAD to do a root canal and cap on the other side although that tooth was perfect. This dentist also told me my front bottoms were riddled with cavities and schedule 4 fillings. When I returned for the fillings the new dentist Couldn't find any cavities and also seemed shocked I was suppose to be doing a root canal on the tooth opposite the one I'd just done. We didn't fill any imaginary cavities as he explained anything you do to the tooth will weaken it so you don't want to weaken a tooth that has no issues. We then discussed the cap and at first he was a no go. I know nothing about partial plates so if a told him the first dentist said it must be don't to anchor the tooth and asked if that was right. He seemed to weigh all options and said we should go forward with the cap but not a root canal because that tooth had zero problems. So we did a cap at 800 that now I know I should not have done. It is staying on as it appeared Dr Dawson was the only dentist that had that did good work. His shots were painless, he didn't break all my teeth up to remove them quickly like the others and was overall I believe great but as usual, I went back in and he was gone and then no one else wanted to finish the work. I wanted months with no molars while they told me Dawson put in the wrong cap and it wouldn't work with the partial. This is why I was sent to greenway and had the miserable experience of dealing with the owner and that turned into a s nightmare. The original cap came off and when I went back I was quoted almost 900 to replace. The 5th dentist I saw said he would build it up but never said anything about why it fell off. I kept being told they just fall off. It wasn't until I explained I had called the dental board and no they don't just fall off without cause that they would say well not normally. I saw several dentists getting their opinion, most said the tooth could not be saved but over at Atlantic dental on greenway the dentist built it up, made a new cap and replaced. He did a great job but I have been warned it might not stay because the first dentist took the tooth to nothing and also the tooth was those because again he took too much during the root canal and it's now loose. We shall see but this is just part of what I went thru. They were going to charge me 900 to fix their mistake and Atlantic did it for nothing as they got my insurance to pay for it. This place is awful. I thought because the dentists were friendly and sounded like they knew what they were doing they were good but almost every single thing they did to my mouth outside of pulling teeth was wrong! The thousands paid to h e such awful work done is insane. They may seem competent but give it a year when the faults of their work start to show! Go do Dr Ashitiani at Atlantic dental! He saved a tooth for my mom every other dentist said could not be saved 15 years ago and it's still good! Hoping mine will hang in there also but being loose that means loosing the tooth and having to make another power partial and that's gonna be a couple thousand to repair their mistakes right there read more

I've been going to this place for a few times now and have been treated with kindness and urgency. I've had couple other dentist look at my teeth but nothing comes close to Dr.Poor/Pour. Sorry for the miss spelling but she's the best and I hope to continue to be her patient because I feel like I'm in good hands when she's helping me with my teeth. I used to have perfect front teeth but recently I was brutally attacked and got my teeth knocked out which was devastating and my primary doctor set me up with oral surgeon but they couldn't see me until March which wouldn't work so I had to weigh out my options. Ether the ER or Dental Depot because I couldn't eat anything nor sleep and Dr. Poor took great care of me and hopefully I can get my teeth back to normal because I'm self conscious and can't even bare to look in the mirror but at least for now they acted quick and helped try and keep my teeth straight. She's a hard working lady and deserves the credit for being an amazing dentist. I will always go to dental depot because at least I don't have to wait a month before seeing a oral surgeon even though I still believe I'll have to because the damage is already done but I trust Dr. Pour will help me the best she can. There is no doubt that the dentist establishment in Arizona is the worst. It was recommended to me by a friend. 201 E Bell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 8503 has an extremely high turnover of dentists and hygienists. They seem to hire people right off the street. The front desk staff is rude and the patient services department dealing with financial services is incompetent. You are charged for services you have already paid for. I'm glad I asked for a receipt. In addition, temporary hygienists are hired to do work which isn't done correctly, and they don't care if they do terrible work because they will cover it up and pretend that the problem never existed. The thing is the person who referred me told me they don't go to any of their locations anymore and now I understand why. There are way better dental services in Arizona that give you better quality service along with great customer service. Don't waste your time going here there are Dentist are horrible and hygienist can't do a simple cleaning. I would never recommend this place to anyone as a pre-med student. read more

First, I want to say that Dr. Gwilt is great. He's kind and he cares about his patients. This review is about the office. My tooth cracked a few months ago. I didn't see a dentist right away - that's my fault. It started hurting a few days ago and today I called Dental Depot and made an appointment. I called back to verify that they took my insurance. They said they did. I went to my appointment. They took xrays and said I needed a root canal. Then a woman came in to tell me that they do NOT take my insurance. I was confused and asked them what changed. The woman said that when she called to verify my benefits, the insurance company didn't specify whether my policy was a PPO or an HMO, they just said my insurance was "active." (Is that a real thing? And if my insurance IS "active," don't they still need to verify my specific benefits??) I specifically told the first woman (on the phone) that my insurance was an HMO. The woman I was speaking to said that it's not their responsibility to verify that. I'm sorry, if it's not their responsibility to verify that, then whose job is it? It's not mine - I gave them all of my information from the ID card. My part is done. If they want to get paid for the work they do, then it certainly *is* their responsibility to verify the information correctly. Then she asked who I spoke to that morning (in a tone that implied she didn't believe me). I don't know who I spoke with, I was in pain and just wanted my tooth fixed. Again, she blamed the "confusion" on the insurance company. She said I could pay cash or go elsewhere. (Those were her exact words.) I'd already missed an hour and a half of work for this appointment and was frustrated that I'd have to miss more work and continue to be in pain while I found a dentist who accepted my insurance. The woman kept "apologizing" (again, in a tone that implied she really didn't care) and kept repeating that there was nothing she could do and it wasn't her fault. I told her this whole thing had been a huge waste of my time, and she said "I know." She KNOWS? Great, that helped the situation. As I was taking off the bib, the woman said she would "speak to everyone in the office." I asked what this would accomplish, exactly. Besides, what was she going to tell them - to pay attention to details when calling insurance companies, which is something they do all day, every day? Too little, too late. Seriously. I walked out. I get it - mistakes happen, but the way Dental Depot handled this mistake was terrible. The woman was indifferent at best, she was condescending and not helpful and just inflamed the situation. Just own your mistake, don't make excuses and then insinuate that it's somehow my fault. Even if this office still accepted my insurance, I wouldn't return. This is no way to treat people, especially someone who's in pain. If she'd owned up to the mistake, I wouldn't have been happy but I would have understood. But she didn't choose to do that, so I'm unhappy AND writing this Yelp review. read more

This dental facility is extraordinarily patient oriented. It's well organized and accommodating, you don't get the feeling you are in an "assembly line" process but a guest in a friend's house. From the dental technician who x-rays and cleans your teeth, to the dentist who examines and provides any needed care, you are treated as a friend not just a job to finish as quickly as possible. I am 74yo and I saw a girl about 8 yo there ergo I can say with experience that " from 8 to 80 blind, crippled, lame or crazy" your visit will be a good experience here. This is sad for me to write. I have been going to Dental Depot since they opened their Glendale location. Today I had the worst clean, and experience. Instead of making sure my teeth were cleaned when I said they weren't they stated I could come back and get a second cleaning when my normal hygienist as back in the office. In place of completing the service that I took time away from work to complete they would like me to pay out of pocket to get my teeth cleaned appropriately as it was not completed the first time. When I went up to the front no one asked how anything was they just sent me on my way. I will be looking for another dental office. read more

I had two great experiences here. First I went for a cleaning. I was overdue so I was a little nervous. The assistant, the hygienist, and the dentist were all very nice and put me at ease. They were thorough but also efficient so I wasn't there forever. I already knew my wisdom teeth needed to come out so after my cleaning I made an appointment for that. I was very nervous about that because I've never even had a cavity. So the numbing was a new thing for me. The assistant, Dee (sp), was amazing. She explained everything that was going to happen and coached me through. I called her my security blanket. They gave me nitrous oxide to help my nerves. I could've opted for their oral surgeon but I just didn't want general anesthesia for personal health reasons. I am so happy that I have found Dental Depot. I've lived a lot of different places and had a LOT of dentists over the years. Dental Depot is the best dentist I've ever been to. read more

I had a few cleanings done at the Dental Depot over a year or so with no issues. My new dental insurance was going to be kicking in and my old dental insurance was much better than the new insurance I was getting. So, I went in and told them that I wanted to get as much work done as possible before my new dental benefits kicked in. The plan: 3 crowns in a month. Although they did all 3 at once, I had no problem with it. Just do it all in one sitting and get it over with. No problem. The next day 2 of the teeth were fine, but one was quite sore. I thought that it was just going to take a little longer than the other two to heal. After a few days I realized that the tooth was not getting any better. So, on my way home from work I stopped and told them one of my teeth was still hurting. They took me back and the same dentist who prepped the teeth, very quickly, and without really asking many questions, said it was most likely my bite. The temporary crown was probably pushing against my other teeth wrong. So, I went along with his explanation and he smoothed off the temporary crown, and then sent me on my way. The tooth continued to hurt. I couldn't bite down at all without it sending jolts of pain through my upper jaw. I went in to get the new crowns (another different dentist) and when I told her that one of the teeth (now two weeks after the temporaries were put on) was still sore, she right away pulled up the x-ray and told me that when the first dentist was prepping my tooth he drilled all the way down to the root to where it was partially exposed...thus why it never stopped hurting. She said she couldn't put the new crown on that tooth, but went ahead and put the other two crowns on. She prescribed me steroids said I may now need a root canal. However, the new insurance had already kicked in and instead of costing me zero, the root canal was going to cost me $700 bucks. I wasn't very pleased. I set up the appointment to come back yet again a few days later. This would be the 4th visit to the dentist in a month. If only the first dentist had listened to me when I told him one of the teeth didn't feel right I would have had the root canal done right away...but it was too late and I was going to have to pay the $700. So I go in to get the root canal and here was yet another dentist. I was up to 3 dentists in a month. I have had a root canal done before years earlier, and they are not fun, but this dentist clearly had a grudge against me. I'm guessing he had heard that I was not very happy with the fact that the first dentist blew the call and instead of giving me the root canal up front I was getting it at the end, and it was costing me big bucks. He put the Novocain in, and started drilling, and right away I felt that sharp jolt of pain rip through my mouth. Then proceeded about an hour of pure hell as he scraped, and drilled, and poked and prodded. And NOT ONCE did he even acknowledge how I was doing. He didn't ask me how I was feeling, didn't ask me if I needed a break...nothing. He never even once said my name. He talked to his assistant only, and I was just a piece of meat in the chair for him to prod. About half way through I realized he probably wasn't very happy that I had complained about the other dentist, but by that time it was too late. I literally felt trapped as he scraped and drilled into my mouth. Again..NEVER even acknowledging the discomfort I was in even as I was practically jumping out of the chair and moaning. Finally, when it was all done, he just walked out. Not a single word to me. He just walked out. He didn't ask how I was feeling, or give me advice on what to expect when the Novocain wore off. Even the assistant just left me sitting here, and I got up and walked all by my self back up to the front desk. The ladies at the desk smiled and asked me, "So how did things go?" I just went along with it, still literally in shock at what that dentist had just done to me. They said they wanted to see me back in January and I walked out with the appt reminder card. I tossed it as soon as I got to my car. I will never,ever, go back into that dentist office and I would recommend people stay way clear of this place. Update 4/25/18: The root canal Dr. Frankenstein gave me was done wrong. He didn't get all the roots and missed one entirely. I just had a retreatment (basically Dentist cleaned up the prior dentist's shoddy work). So more $$$, but at least the new dentist fixed it up relatively pain free. For the love of god, if you (or god help your kids) need a root canal do NOT let this place do it. The dentist who just did the retreatment on the root canal was nice, but clearly he was shocked at just how bad Dental Depot did the original root canal. read more

I got a dame day appointment here for my son who fell and took a big chip out of his front tooth. They saw me quickly and got his tooth looking back to normal again. They did not accept my dental insurance so they wrote down the cost for .e and it was a very reasonable out of pocket price. I would highly reccomend. read more

didn't understand what was going on and was refused service. When I asked the front why, I was approached abruptly and told to leave before they call the police. I don't understand. I wasn't even acting out, just crying. I had a specific appointment to get a review and help but was denied further treatment on a crown I paid in full for. They also wouldn't check my bite to see if that could be the problem. Referred me to a surgeon and wrote "per pt request for root Canal or extraction." I also was discriminated against because of medication and was told by the ASSISTANT that those medication were not prescribed for my illness. I never found out what was even wrong.... very unprofessional. If you disagree at ALL, they will throw you out and take your money. Just a typical rip off dentist read more

This is very bad place to go for teeth cleaning or other dental service. They will poke you with 6,7 needle to jus make their money for cleaning only, if you are going for other service such as root canal or cavity treatments then go over on your own risk. WORST PLACE and WORST TREATMENT read more

I have really bad anxietyy and they were super helpful with trying to keep me calm/distracted during my fillings . And it means a lot as Iv been too other places whO weren't as accommodating. read more

My whole family has been a patient of Dental Depot Bell Road and Dental Depot Greenway since it opened. Today I got a phone call that they do not do hand scaling anymore on Saturdays and that I have to have it done on weekdays. Also that gel numbing is no longer an option. Dr. Arthur what happened? Our family love the Saturday hours because we work Mon to Fri in healthcare ourselves. We have never miss any of our appointments. Both my boys go to Greenway office for orthodontist. Went there for years and have quite a bit of experience with their cheap dentistry. I really liked their prices for people without insurance, that they are open on Saturdays, and a friendly staff. HOWEVER... I have been referred to get my root canals by a specialist now because I've had to have the root canal they did "redone."(they DID cover the cost for the redo) I've had another root canal misdiagnosed and it was infact a different tooth that needed the work. I've had fillings they've done fall out and be left with giant holes underneath the fillings. Gone back to have them fix it only for the same problem to happen again. (They DID NOT cover the cost of that) I may not know much about teeth or dentistry but I'm feeling like you get what you pay for. I would recommend them to people who just want a place to bring kids in for checkups and cleanings. But not much beyond that. read more

Compared to some other dental offices I have taken my mom to who is on Mercycare, this place is really nice! Comfortable seating, big waiting room, and nice staff. They have a play area for kids on one side of the waiting area which is far enough away if you don't want to sit by them. Lots of interesting things to look at throughout the place. read more
