They were all unresponsive, insanely expensive, some were outright rude. These guys were like a breath of fresh air. Karen and Karina were great to work with on the phone, very understanding and looking for solutions. Hector came over the week before and took great notes. The day of the move they showed up with 8 people, and every single one of them was careful, and dedicated, but more than anything, they were ON IT!. They didn't screw in any of the parts of the bedframe and just out a mattress on top of it to make it look like it was fully assembled. The manager at the storage unit where they took my things called me and told me they were drunk and broke his main gate because they were so drunk they couldn't find the code. Called how money for each step. Called for packing take, called for boxing items, called constantly instead of reviewing my items and giving me a quote for the job it was a daily harassment for money.
