Matt at Mr. Sandless Staten Island was extremely generous with his time explaining everything to me and his price was far more reasonable than the other franchise. The crew that came was professional and it really only took a few hours. What I love most is that the process did not remove the character which has developed in the century old wood; rather it cleaned them up and left them shiny and protected. My sister has beautiful rugs that I was going to put over the floors, but I love the floors so much, I think I'll skip the rugs!

Unfortunately never had any discussion about options and what coating would work best for what i want as well as pros/cons of different polyurethanes. A crew showed up, got right to work and left. After a couple days i noticed imperfections in a couple of the rooms so i reached back out to them. They were very quick to respond and sent the crew out the same day, they inspected the floors and ended up doing another coat at no cost. Floors came out great.
