I personally did not hire this company for an issue under my sink that needed drying. Frank sounded trustworthy about the situation then Frank gives me his word that he would be here Monday to make sure the machine dried everything up. Monday rolls around and I have to text Frank to ask when he was going to stop by and now Frank tells me Tuesday and doesn't even apologize for not showing up all day Monday. I wouldn't want to have this company work on anything else in my apartment just to have to sit around waiting again. This is a fair review of what occurred. My husband and I had recently purchased a chair for the nursery we are building for our first child. We contacted Frank and got a quote over the phone. I quickly learned that Frank has one of the lowest minimums around San Diego and did not try to upsell me over the phone (which was great because the chair was definitely a little job, but Frank was very willing to come out and help). We scheduled the cleaning appointment and on the day of the cleaning Frank called before he arrived and arrived on time. Frank Trujillo with Brothers Carpet Cleaning is hands down the best carpet and upholstery cleaning company/guy I've ever had! Today was the 3rd time I've used his services and the quality of his work and his business practice is so outstanding that I'm now a customer for life. I've tried a couple big name companies that I saw advertised on tv and had nothing but headaches and high prices from them. They'd quote me a really high estimate, then I'd wait for a 50% off special, then they'd have to charge extra for scrubbing a stubborn high traffic area or something, followed by a few years of monthly solicitation calls and e-mails. I've never had to wait for specials or try to negotiate with Frank because he's always given me his best price up front and has never tried to nickel and dime me if he has to break out the scrubber. I don't even price check him anymore (which is crazy because I'm always looking or the best deal!) Frank's work is absolutely top notch and it's very clear that he takes pride in his work and strives to do the best possible job on everything he does. He cleaned my carpets a week or so ago in preparation for the sale of my condo and when I got rid of my massive 180 gallon African Cichlid aquarium last Saturday, I discovered red dye stains from dropped fish food pellets behind the tank. I immediately called him to see if he could do anything about the stains and he told me he'd be here at 8am Tuesday to see what he could do. He arrived on time and worked on it for an hour and gave me such a good deal on the service call that I don't want to post it. It really showed me once again though just how much he strives to care of his customers. That's just a level of service I'm not used to seeing with contractors now.
