I sent pictures of washed bedding with bed bugs and other pictures of bugs I had scooped up with a sticky lint roller brush. Chuck the owner told me the only bed bugs in my home was between my ears and he would not honor the 90 day warranty. I told him I would stop payment at my bank and he laughed at me telling me he has been down this road before and the bank will not refund my money. I have checked their license on the Verify my License Florida website and the license is not a valid license. Also, the website is not valid, neither is their company number which is listed on the bill. Beware of these scam artists
