Took my moms car today fast service and reasonable prices!(: moms car is running good so far!

I'm sure their service is great but their customer service is bad as well as tech who answered phone has minimal knowledge in cars, or at least Mercedes. I called in to get a quote for an oil change. I normally go to a specific Mercedes service shop nearby but they were closed for the time being so saw the great reviews and wanted to give this place a shot, it's just an oil change right? What could go wrong...? Told guy on phone I have a 2012 C63....he came back and said what size motor is it? I said 8 cylinder....he comes back few seconds later says there has to be a "A" or "AMG" after....I said what do you mean? He said is it a C63A or c63 AMG...that moment I knew he had no idea what kind of car I had so I just let him finish, He proceeds to tell me it's a Twin Turbo motor etc etc and oil change would cost approximately $135...dealership is only $110 smh... Incorrect my car is naturally aspirated and has no turbo or supercharger so I could only imagine what could have gone wrong if I actually brought it in. Again I'm sure they may have figured it out but I rather not chance it, maybe great place for basic oil changes for your Toyota, Nissan Honda's but for German cars I'd go elsewhere maybe they could have a person who actually knows a little more make people who call feel better about trusting them with their cars read more

They advertise that an oil change takes about 20 minutes and they stayed true to their word! I only counted the time when my car was actually in service to payment. I check my car often and can tell when someone is trying to upsell me, but it wasn't the case here! I expressed my need for a basic oil change and cabin air filter replacement. What I needed to get done was done and also recommendations of what might be needed for my car next. A wonderful experience compared to my experience at a nearby auto shop which recommended nearly 7+ unnecessary services. Just wanted to update my review from 5 years ago!!! I own a 2014 Ram 1500 and 2000 Nissan Altima. These guys have been taking care of both vehicles since I bought them from the dealership brand new!!! I never had problems with both vehicles "oil issues". You can definitely trust these guys. Both vehicles engines are still running good! Amazing!!! I always keep up with my recommended oil changes for my vehicles. At least do that to make your vehicles last a long time!!! read more

I will not come back to this place again..I had an oil change done in my car.I drove home thinking everything was ok..parked my car and I started noticing oil droppings..car had never dropped oil before so I drove again came back home again and notice more oil dropping so I checked under the car only to find out they had not tighten the oil pan screw so the car literally dropped all the oil it had..I lost about 50 dollars just because these people didn't do their job right...lesson learned never again read more

I recently visited this facility and the manager left footprints on my cream colored carpet. I brought it to his attention but he told me that the footprints, which match the workboots that he's wearing, didn't come from him. I did notice that he didn't have that paper when he got in my car but I was distracted and did not tell him to put some paper down before he got in. My bad. So for any of you who are going I was just suggest you ensure they put that paper down because I'm going to have to get the carpet cleaned to get the footprints out of my cream colored carpet. I if I had been a man I believe he would have accepted responsibility for the issue. But that's OK, I like to write letters to owners and the owner will get a nice letter from me and a copy of the picture I took of my soiled carpet, oh and he will be mentioned by name. read more

They told me everything I needed to know, explained everything patiently to me and took the time to help me understand why each service or item was being recommended. This is the first place in five years to actually do what I asked. They showed me my filthy air filter and cabin filter which had never been changed before, and changed them both. The guy here was so nice and polite took me in 15 Before closing time. He didn't try to take advantage that it a girl and charged a fair price for an oil change. Also check all fluids and tires and he even cleaned my windows which were ashy because of the current OC fires. read more

I usually get my oil change/car services done at Jiffy lube in Downey across the street from Bobs big boy. But since I wasn't in the area, and had to run an errand for my grandma I decided to check this place out since I've seen it before when I would go to Starbucks across the street. Really nice guys, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I got my oil change done for $19.95 + my air filter replaced since I already had the part with me.
