I called at first to see if the deliver our house is 3 miles away, but they told me that it was outside of their delivery zone (first red flag). I said no problem I'll come pick it up. I ordered 20 wings and a pizza. I asked for them to give me all flats, he said he was not sure he could do it(second red flag). I came to pick it up, I had 17 (not 20) wings with 2 flats and rest drumies. The wings were overcooked, so that you can break your teeth eating them (third red flag). Garbage! I expected more from brothers and that they claim to be New York. The pizza was decent. So I give it a few stars. I won't be going back. read more

This is the best pizza in the Spring, TX area! It's NY style and always our go-to when family from New York are visiting. They don't deliver where we are, so we almost always pick it up to go. I have been coming to Brothers Pizza for years. There pizzas are 98% of the time are great (times they can be chintzy with the toppings). After my visit this past Saturday after what they did I will never go back to them again! The following Wednesday I was looking at me credit card statement I saw brothers charged me $48 when the bill was only $40. Someone there decided to add money to my bill. This is not expectable! BEST PIZZA PLACE EVER. I used to go to the Brothers off of i10 and hwy 6 a few times a week. To my delight, the same family has this location as well. Frequent diner here but as of lately I've noticed that this particular location isn't "color" friendly. At the time I was not sure if I spoke with the manager (who tried to argue with me) BUT today I ordered prior to walking in and was on a BUSINESS call when I was asked how may I be helped I gave her my name she looked at me crazy and proceeded to help the people after me. When I got off the phone the "manager" helped me when I told him I thought I was helped he attempted to argue that I was on the phone. No complaints food wise but I'd like to be treated like the next person here! I could've been on the phone for anything and couldn't get off you don't know anyone's obligations. Side note: I found out later after going back in and asking that it was the Assistant Manager who "helped" me. When I went back inside the young lady who overlooked me went directly to him to assist me which I thought was a coward move. The pizza here is great but it seems as if a few people here need to work on customer service no matter the circumstance and that is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars could have been 5. If I find a different location near me I'll be sure to dine there instead of this location. read more

Brother's Pizza is not a good go-to place when it comes to eating pizza. First off, every time I enter the establishment, they never have the pizza I want. Chicken Alfredo Pizza. They would always say that they don't have the ingredients for it and would make an excuse on why they don't have it. I understand if you don't have the ingredients, but if it's an occasional thing where you don't have ingredients for it, you might as well take it of of your menu. Secondly, the lady that runs the register is rude. Ordering pizza for my girlfriend's little brother, we asked for two slices. The lady asked if we wanted anything and we politely said no. When saying that, the lady had the nerve to mutter, "Two slices for three people." and had a smug look on her face. When getting the pizza, she squeezed in-between my girlfriend and I, evading our personal space, and dropped/slammed the pizza on our table and walked off. I would always forget about Brother's Pizza, even though I pass right by it several times a week. My kids on the other hand, they don't let me forget......especially last Friday night when we were in GameStop. I usually have them deliver, but this is one of the 3 times that I went in & picked it up myself. The prices are good, food is excellent, & customer service is so-so. Not like they yell "Welcome to Brothers Pizza!!!" or anything. Don't really have much to say at all, as a matter of fact. Brothers Pizza is a great change from your cardboard chains.....won't name any names, but the 3-4 usuals we probably have all had. Pizza is always hot, just as I order, & 2 large can feed my household of six. Something I cannot say when it comes to others. I love their crust!!!! i am a huge fan of pretty much any pizza,i ll even eat MAMA ROSA pizza from your local SAV-A-LOT or equivalent grocer. if you know MAMA ROSA pizza you know it is almost like cardboard with pizza sauce and 3 pepperoni slices. Well on May 1st the stay at home was lifted so I decided to go In for a pizza. I approached the counter and noticed many employees in cooking area standing close together and no one were wearing gloves, I thought that was odd so I asked cashier if they would be wearing gloves while they cook and prepared food. His response was No! I was shocked because they had their bare hands all over the food ! I left and will never go back. Simply delicious! The crust is thin, the cheese perfectly melted with just the right amount of sauce that is neither too sweet or "tin can" tasting. I have dined in and ordered out and every time it's ready in the time allotted. If you like NY style pizza that is fresh and hot regardless if your order by the slice or a whole pie you will not be disappointed! We've been to this place numerous times and have never been let down. As some of the other reviews have stated, the workers are not "go out of their way" nice, but are definitely not rude. They do their job and do it well. The pizza is fantastic, my family and I love it. The crust is amazing as is the sauce. Brother's is tucked away in back of Jiffy Lube on Cypresswood, you could easily miss it...but don't. This place is the real deal. Mortified! The older gentleman who i assume is the owner was apparently in a bad mood had a very brash attitude while I was trying to place my order with him so I fired back at him then his wife intervened and said she apologized for him but he just found out he's insurance wouldn't cover his $100k worth of damage that was done during the snow storm so that why he was upset. so I told her that was not my problem and went on with my order and something told me to stay there nearby while they made my order and low and behold I seen the younger cook with glasses spit on my kids pizza as he placed it in the oven! still in shock , I just told them immediately to cancel my order. The older gentleman said " too late it was just placed in the oven". I'll start out with the main stuff. The pizza is magnificent. As good as it gets. If you've ever been to NYC, this is the closest you're going to get in the Greater Houston Area. Just enough grease, the crust is crunchy but not crumbly and the way it all comes together, you want to hurry up and eat it even though you know it will burn your mouth.
