    Brown lettuce

Never again. Fries were dumped in the bag and cold. The lettuce was so nasty looking I literally didn't eat the sub because of it. This place has changed so much over the years, like a lot of other places in this area.

The wait was long, but the pizza was delish. This hidden gem is tucked away in a shopping center off route 1. Its nice to have places like this when you are tired of Papa Johns, Dominios, and the other places. I like the fact that its across the street from my house. On the other hand, it seemed like it took forever for the pizza to come out during our time there. My husband said that when he got up, he seen the lady hurry back to get the pizza, which led me to think that it was just sitting back there. In retrospect, the pizza was hot, the sauce was good and the cheese was perfect. We will be back, you can't beat a 5 dollar carry out deal. See you guys soon.

Not sure why they thought this was acceptable to give to a customer. Even though I seen this I should have sent it back but as late as it was and as hungry as I was I just went ahead and took it. Wish I didn't because the quality of the pizza was flavorless. Can't even tell that it was pizza beside I knew what I had ordered and it's shaped as a pizza. I should have went with lil Caesar's at least their pizza taste like pizza and never had any problems with flavor lacking. Not sure how you can make pizza taste like cardboard with all those veggies and cheese... This "chocolate cake" is actually some type of mousse style cake that you can get in the freezer section of any grocery store. Tastes good but I was hoping it was actually a chocolate cake so I can eat with some ice cream. Now to the best and only good part of the meal was the chicken wings. Tasty, spicy, and hot glad I got these because the rest of the meal will most likely go in the trash. So wish I would have ordered a small because this isn't worth even freezing for when I have a taste for some pizza! I'll probably just make myself eat maybe another 2-pieces then the rest goes in the trash.. As always go with your first mind...I should have gotten up and went to the other spot instead of being lazy and ordering delivery...I guess I learned today!

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE - EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL…read more After spending more than 20 years in the restaurant industry and owning and operating a business for over 10 years, I don't take leaving a negative review lightly. As a business owner, I understand how hard it is to operate a business, manage employees, deal with customers, control costs, and keep things running when you're busy. I also understand that mistakes happen. That is why I generally give businesses the benefit of the doubt and don't immediately take to the internet when something goes wrong. **But this experience was different** It wasn't simply bad food. It wasn't simply a pricing discrepancy. It was the complete lack of transparency, accountability, and professionalism that I found absolutely unacceptable. We recently moved to the area and were looking for a new local place to order pizza or subs. We came across this restaurant and decided to give it a chance. I attempted to place a delivery order through their website, where the listed prices were $11.99 for a medium sub and $13.99 for a large, with a $2 delivery fee. The website initially said our address could not be located or was outside their delivery area, even though the restaurant is approximately 14 minutes away. I called the restaurant directly, explained the situation, and was told they could deliver to us. So we placed the order. We ordered two large subs, mozzarella sticks, and two cans of iced tea. Based on the prices displayed on the restaurant's website, I expected the total to be approximately: $13.99 -- Large Sub $13.99 -- Large Sub $9.95 -- Mozzarella Sticks $4.00 -- Two cans of iced tea $2.00 -- Delivery fee Plus tax Instead, the total came to $56 and change. Naturally, I called to ask why. I wasn't calling to argue. I wasn't demanding anything. I simply wanted an explanation for why I was charged substantially more than the prices advertised on their own website. The employee told me that the large subs were actually $15.99 each before tax, bringing each one to approximately $17.99 after tax. The problem? **Nobody told me that.** Not when I called. Not when they agreed to deliver the order. Not at any point during the transaction. And the prices displayed on their website were different from the prices I was ultimately charged. As someone with extensive restaurant and business experience, I find this particularly troubling. If your online pricing is different from your actual pricing, that needs to be clearly communicated to the customer before the order is completed. It's basic customer service and basic business practice. I then asked to speak with a manager. **What happened next honestly left me disgusted.** The employee apparently didn't realize I could hear his conversation with the manager. I heard the manager say: **"I don't want to talk to him."** The employee then came back on the phone and told me there was no manager there. **ARE YOU SERIOUS?** I've been in this industry for more than two decades and have owned a business for more than ten years. I have dealt with customers on both sides of the counter. I understand how stressful running a restaurant can be. I understand having employees who are overwhelmed. I understand being busy. But I have NEVER considered telling a customer, directly or indirectly, that management simply doesn't want to speak with them to be acceptable customer service. If a customer has a legitimate concern, YOU ADDRESS IT! You listen. You explain. You take responsibility if you made a mistake. And if you didn't make a mistake, you professionally explain why. What you don't do is hide behind an employee, claim a manager isn't available when one clearly is, and essentially tell the customer that you're "too busy to deal with them." That is what I find most disturbing about this entire experience. And unfortunately, the food itself didn't exactly redeem the situation. The subs were soggy and underwhelming, making the experience even more disappointing considering what we were charged. I want to be very clear: I'm not expecting perfection. I've been around restaurants far too long to expect that. But I absolutely expect honesty, transparency, accountability, and basic respect for the customer. Mistakes happen. Pricing mistakes happen. Websites can have outdated information. Restaurants get busy. **None of those things excuse the way this situation was handled.** In fact, the situation could have been resolved very easily with a simple conversation. Instead, what should have been a straightforward question about an unexpected charge turned into an experience that demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism. We were genuinely hoping to find local businesses we could support regularly. Unfortunately, after this experience, this is one business that will never receive another dollar from me.

Stopped by &Pizza this evening for a Pizza and my favorite garlic knots in the entire world…read more The items that I wound up getting are: 1) White Pizza - The pizza is sliced into 8 squares - it's about enough to feed two people, or one really hungry person. It has a White Sox is my preference and overall it was tasty. It didn't stay hot for a 15 min car ride. 2) Garlic Knots - either soft buttery and reheat really well. They're not tough, more on chewy side and seasoned to the GODS! These are actually my FAVORITE. 3) Cinnamon knots - These were sweet and simple, the kids demolished them. Food came out quick--maybe 10 minutes tops, even though there were only 3 people working. Something that good be seen as a negative, depending on the person is that the experience felt very impersonal. The setup doesn't leave room for much interaction, so if you're someone who enjoys friendly service or chatting with staff, this isn't that kind of place. It's more order and go. There are 6 kiosks where you can order your food and a counter, but I didn't notice anyone waiting to assist customers there. The space itself is clean and wheelchair accessible. Another note is that there was no signage for the bathroom until you're already walking to the back, but once you're there, the restrooms are a good size and have changing tables. One big NEGATIVE is in the restroom that I used, the soap dispenser was not working at all. There wasn't any hand sanitizer or soap option in the restroom. Thankfully I keep mine in my purse.
