They were pretty good. Enjoyed the ribs and chicken. They are not cheap with the meat servings and reasonably priced. Menu is simple and to the point and the guys were friendly and courteous. The slaw and beans were good too. The place is what takes away from it. There's a funny smell and we at the picnic table and these little bugs wouldn't leave us alone. So get it to go. After a good day fishing, I was looking for some seriously good food. I did not see an address for Brothers Q, so had settled on another place. But as luck would have it, I happened on this food truck next to the Valero gas station on SE St Lucie Blvd. I need to tell you -- this is SERIOUS barbecue. I tried the three rib sampler: three large pork ribs which were so tender half on the meat would come off on my fingers as I would take the first bite. They have a great rub, lots of flavor, with a subtle sweetness on the end. These are so good, you can eat them with sauce or dry. I also had the brisket sandwich, which was chock full of probably the best brisket I have ever had. Nice thick slices, with an incredible smoke ring. The bark had a nice pepper note, which was perfect with the beef. They have three sauces: mild, tangy, and spicy. The spicy is nicely balanced, I would recommend that. I just finished a meal from them. I saw them on chowcab and looked on here to see what it was all about. I love food trucks, but typically, food truck bbq sucks. This was a huge exception to that!! The brisket had a beautiful smoke ring the and fell apart if you looked at it the wrong way, chicken had a very tasty light bbq sauce on it and the pulled pork was just melt in your mouth. Tried this for the first time today after being disappointed in the other local BBQ offerings, and wow, these guys knock it out of the park. Had the ribs,brisket, pulled pork, and glazed chicken. They were all extremely tender, perfect smoke ring and bark on the pork and brisket. For sides the coleslaw is just the right amount of sweet and crunchy, and the mac & cheese is rich the way it should be. Sauce wise there was a sweet sauce, and a tangy (vinegar based?) sauce. I enjoyed the tangy sauce more but that's all personal preference. Keep up the great work! This place deserves a visit read more

My husband and I were looking for some good barbecue and boy did we find it at brothers. The pork sandwich you need two hands to eat and it is flavorful and put some sweet sauce on it and you will be a happy camper. I work in the staffing business in Stuart and after hearing employee after employee sing the praises of Brothers' BBQ I decided to give it a try for the first time today. I went in around 11:30am and there was a group of fire fighters in front of me that had obviously been there before. So after they finished ordering I ordered the brisket and some chicken (do not look the chicken over it is amazing) and then people started pulling in. As I waited the group started up a conversation and everyone told me I was in for a treat. Man were they right! The brisket has this amazing bark and is sliced much thicker than any of the other local joints. You can see the smoke ring around the edges this is the real deal. I forgot to mention that I ordered a side of the baked beans and needless to say they shouldn't even be considered a side they are awesome. I hear the mac and cheese is even better so maybe next time. The coolest thing about today is that I know if these guys play their cards right I will be able to say I was at there place when it was just a food truck and not the many resteraunts they will end up opening. If you like bbq and are in the Salerno area check this place out. I suggest you go around 12:30 or 1pm so I can beat you there and miss the line! P.S.
