This is probably one of the best places to get subs around here. The service is ok. I prefer to pick my food up because delivery can take some time. But the food is good. I've also had their buffalo pizza, which is also really good. The place is always clean and never really crowded .

If you're looking for a protein-packed meal with no frills, Brothers Roast Beef in Quincy is a good option. We ordered takeout using the restaurant's online system, which was extremely user-friendly. It was easy to pick out what we wanted and customize our choices using the online forms. I was a bit nervous that all those customizations would get lost in translation, but I was pleasantly surprised--our rather large and complex order was 100 percent correct, and it arrive about 15 minutes faster than expected. Good points so far. The food was good, but definitely nothing to write home about. We ordered a bunch of different appetizers--wings, steak and cheese egg rolls, and mozzarella sticks--and the mozzarella sticks were by far the favorite. The cheese wasn't overcooked and they weren't too salty. The wings were decent, but I wish I'd known that the sauce would come on the side, rather than on the wings. We only got one container of the honey BBQ sauce, too, so that was a bit annoying. The steak and cheese eggrolls were surprisingly tasty. They weren't greasy to the touch, and the filling was very flavorful with the right balance of steak and cheese. For my entrée, I opted for a roast beef sub. I mean, roast beef is in the name, so I figured I had to try it. My eyes about bugged out of my head when I saw the sandwich (pictured). The portion was absolutely enormous. There must have been half a cow worth of beef on this sandwich! The bread was lightly toasted, but it wasn't still warm when it arrived. I really, really wanted to love it, but I couldn't. The roast beef was OK. It was dry and seemed a bit on the bland side. I had some barbecue sauce that I ordered on the side, and that helped the sandwich out a bit, but I was let down by the lack of flavor. To be honest, I thought the appetizers were tastier than the roast beef, which was a bit of a surprise, but good to know for next time. So, Brothers is worth a visit if you're looking for decent bar food, but I'd try another one of their subs over the roast beef.

Rumor had it that Brother's Roast Beef was a good place for a roast beef sandwich. What I hadn't known was that it was located all the way on the other side of Quincy, past City Hall! Brother's resembles your traditional pizza take out shop, with a counter you order at and a few tables that you might elect to dine in at. I ended up getting the Super Beef $7.35 because it came with on an onion roll. It was a rather large sandwich. I ended up eating just over half. I couldn't resist an order of their onion rings as well and having talked my DCs into sharing it, we opted for the large at $5.75 over the $4.45 medium. But now we know better. The large was HUGE. The rings themselves were light and crisp, with real onion flavor pleasantly apparent. It was good, but we probably would still have had left over if we had gotten the medium instead.

Best Greek salad! Grilled chicken is cooked to perfection. Best salad in the area highly recommend!

My friends and I got an early start with sightseeing and touring in the Quincy area, and we found this restaurant on Yelp. It's a very old and beautiful building, quaint. A self-serve coffee bar gave numerous flavor options as as well as sweetener and milks. We had lots of refills and enjoyed every cup. My two friends and I each got something different to eat and everyone raved about the taste and quality. This restaurant is a home run, and I would definitely go back .

I couldn't even alert our waitress of the mistake because she was busy with another customer who had walked in. When she came by our table about 15-20 minutes later to check on how we were doing with our meals I informed her of the uncooked homefries and the wrong pancake and while she did apologize I'm shocked that she didn't even offer to have the kitchen remake my food the correct way! She did take the price of my plate off the bill but didn't take the price of the incorrect pancake off even though I barely touched it lol. I'm just annoyed that I ended up leaving this place hungry.

I haven't tried anything from the salad or hot bar yet, but it always looks really good. It gets pretty busy, so I'm guessing it's popular for a reason. The only reason it's only four stars is because they sell a bunch of seedless grapes, which I hate. I want my grapes with seeds in them. I really hate that almost NONE of the local grocery stores or national chains sell grapes with seeds anymore. And when they do, it's usually only one variety. But that doesn't seem to bother most people. You're gonna love this place! I do!

They were out of eggs, so I got a pork bun which was fluffy and delicious as well. They had a medium sized-menu with a good selection of your run of the mill American cafe staples as well as options that are harder to find in this area -- Saipao buns, ube lattes, lumpia... I was getting pissed off on the highway on my way to the school in Boston so I pulled off and was looking for a cafe somewhere in Milton or Quincy to work in until the traffic died off a little and found this on Apple Maps. So glad I stopped in! The cafe is bright and home-y, and they also are clearly trying to be a place to build community in the area. They have a whole library and check out system it seems for people to borrow books, and based on the signs welcome in anyone that needs to use the restroom or respite from whatever weather is going on! I used one of their tables and worked on some schoolwork, but they also had a variety of soft seating available. They had a really good playlist that had a great beat but was still kinda chill. It wasn't super busy, probably since it was midday on a Thursday, but damn it should be busier in there! Great spot... will most likely be stopping here the next time I find myself screaming at other cars and needing to calm my road rage. Another note: I saw a sign and it looks like they have a way for people to hold events here. If you had a community group that needed a spot to have meet ups I think this would be a great spot
