I have frequented this restaurant for about five years, and they have NEVER let me down. Fast delivery times, competent staff, HUGE portions, and prices that actually make it affordable to leave them the tip they deserve. Their roast beef really is their specialty, but that's just one small part of their amazing menu. Their cheeseburger sub is one of the largest meals you can get for under seven dollars in this city--made out of multiple patties sliced into halves. I've tried just about everything on the menu, and was genuinely impressed with every aspect of every item. Their delivery time is unbeatable, and I've never had to wait longer than ten minutes in-store, even when there's a line out the door during a lunchtime rush. This place was one of the deciding factors on whether or not I would move out of Quincy. Suffice to say, I'm still here. I picked up an order of the chicken kabob salad. The few bites I had of the salad was very good but then I discovered a bug (specifically a beetle) in it. I called back to complain and the employee on the phone was extremely rude. They told me I needed to drive back to give them back the salad to receive a refund. Because I was on my lunch break at work and couldn't leave again they finally agreed to deliver me something different to eat BUT said that I needed to give the delivery man the salad with the bug in it and they would charge me $2. The roast beef sandwiches are great and very well portioned but they just can't get out of their own way in terms of service. Generally takes about a half hour longer than estimated to deliver, food arrives cold and I don't think they've ever got an order right but did make up for it on every occasion. Skip the fries on the side. They're refried and all grease. Next time I'll just get my roast beef fix if I happen to be driving by. I order from here all the time. They have ridiculously big calzones. The buffalo chicken calzone is my favorite. Most people eat 1-2 slices maximum if its a large calzone. Its like two pizzas on top of each other, stuffed with calzone fillings. They also make a really good pastrami sandwich...but for some reason they are only good when you order them one at a time. When my roommate and I both order the same pastrami sandwich, they just don't come out as good. Weird, but either way its delicious. I don't order a wide variety of food either so my rating is somewhat limited...but if you are ordering a calzone, pastrami, or steak and cheese than you can probably expect a good experience. read more

I ordered lunch from here for delivery this afternoon and I really enjoyed it. I got the chicken wings dinner which comes with a choice of two sides: onion rings, cole slaw, fries or salad. I opted for the onion rings and salad. Everything was delicious. The portions were generous and my lunch arrived here hot and fresh like it had just been made. The only problem I had with the meal is that my salad was served right in the same container as the hot food which is a no-no in my book and since the salad is a cold entree it should be served in a separate container on the side in my opinion but that's just me. I was very happily surprised though because the food got here in about 20 minutes which was well before the 50 minute wait time that I was told when I placed the order. I would definitely order again from here but next time will request that any cold food be separated from hot food. Definitely give this place a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

(great sauce, chicken freshly breaded, melted cheese and toasted sub roll) but the real star here is the roast beef sandwich - nice and rare like it should be, sliced thin as it should be, and on a chunky onion roll that really puts it over the top into the territory of seriously effing awesome. now maybe I just havent had a good roast beef in awhile, this really did hit the spot!
