The entire place gave off a low-class, low-end dealership vibe where it felt like the only thing that mattered was their own bottom line, not actually listening to or taking care of the customer. I brought my friend Marcos in as a NEW potential client because I thought I was bringing him somewhere that would actually take care of him. I was willing to co-sign for him if necessary and was prepared to put $15,000-$20,000 down myself to help make the deal happen. We were serious buyers and absolutely prepared to spend money. Instead, the salesperson assigned to us seemed distracted and more interested in pushing one specific truck than figuring out what Marcos actually wanted. The guy didn't even take us outside to properly show us a truck! Imagine walking into a car dealership ready to buy and they can't even be bothered to walk the lot with you. The experience was disorganized from the beginning. I had already spoken with Chuck about coming in, yet when I arrived it seemed like our previous conversation had been forgotten. That same morning, another representative called asking if I was interested in a vehicle. I told her I was literally coming in to see Chuck that day and she responded, "Oh, that's right, that's why I'm calling." That pretty much summed up the level of attention and organization we experienced. What bothered me most was the feeling that assumptions were being made about us and what we could or couldn't afford before anyone even took the time to understand the situation. What a shame. I brought them a brand-new potential customer, was willing to co-sign, and was prepared to put $15K-$20K down to make a deal happen. Instead, the way both Marcos and I were treated made us get up and leave. We'll take our business elsewhere and cultivate better relationships with dealerships that actually value their customers and understand the importance of building long-term professional relationships. You had serious buyers sitting in your dealership ready to make a deal and somehow managed to make them walk out. That says everything about the experience.

Oil change is done so quickly, you'll have old oil residue that hasn't been completely drained. Good thing is they'll remove a nail from your tire and plug it in without charging an arm and leg probably like $15 for labor & material. But my most recent experience has dominated all the other worst experiences. I needed to get my FIRST smog check for a new car I bought in 2019. it didn't pass and was advised to drive at least 100 miles, gassing on the fwy at a high speed to trigger the sensor so the smog will pass. I had my dad use my car for a whole month since I had no need to leave the house, and once the 100+ miles was added to my odometer the car was taken back to see if it will pass smog. Wilson said to leave the car Saturday through the weekend and it'll be worked on, it'll be done by Sunday/Monday to make the car pass smog. It's my first smog check and I actually need my car on the weekends for work. I had my partner help take my car to another smog shop to check it out and they advised something that made more sense which is to take my car to the dealer for a recall clearance. Dealer helped and took the car for one short drive going 0-60mph to help "clear" the sensor. Finally passed smog check. Moral of the story, this place will take an upfront non refundable payment of $60 for smog check, it failed , and $20 to pass next time adding on 2 visits in between to recheck and still fail. They take advantage of stupid people that don't know better. I even called to speak to Wilson and was handed off to someone else to try and explain to me what's up. Keep your family and yourself away from this place unless you have money to toss away for no reason and with those 100+ miles, I had to splurge on new tires. No bueno aquí.

Found out the hard way that they lied about a lot of the work, they hadn't replaced my gas tank like they claimed so rust worked it way to my carb and damaged it. They routed plug wires in a way that caused them to melt, and could not provide proof that my "crate engine" was actually new. They scrapped a lot of my good parts off my original engine and put stuff that looks like it came out of a junkyard. When I called them on it they claimed I was lying. Truth be told I should have filed a lawsuit.
