2/20/2026 9am Came in today my daughter's Corolla SE had a air leak in one of her tires Jacob said it has to be replaced. She had Kumho PS31 which I bought from Company C in 2020 6 years is a long time the Kumho's were done!!! I asked Nefti that I have a budget of $400-450 he showed me a Celimo Salient CS580 it has a really nice tread pattern that sipped water away for great wet performance. I did some research on them it's a Tire that's made in the USA it's a high performance all season tire, I love the way they sound I made an appointment to come in at 3pm Nice that gave me time to go to lunch with some friends. Worst service, bunch of dickhead, worst people ever to work with. AVOID THIS PLACE! The people are the worst, they were rude. To add more for context, when I came to this tire shop, I was looking to get a tire for my blown up tire and they suggested that they don't have the tire for my size and instead put on a bigger tire because ''' it's better than a flat tire '''' as a business owner I would not give my customers shit for a more shittier outcome. They know for sure that it's not right to put one bigger tire compared to the other three. They want to make quick bucks so then I can get my tire replaced somewhere else while I use it only for a short period of time to drive off and get it replaced. On top of that when I was getting towed, they were harassing the tow person and also putting cones where I would get my car towed claiming a public street their driveway. Even the Person towing me said that they are doing something illegal because public Street cannot be placed cones on since they don't own the street. Like I said, avoid this people at all cause they after your money they don't care about you. All they want is for them to benefit off of you. -Update on this: Just got a comment from the business owner saying that they suggested new tires and this is completely false because at that time when they said they didn't have it they said it's "better than a flat tire" the point I was getting at that time is that will give you this because you don't really have any choice. In addition, he is saying that they were blocking the cones simply for the customers when they weren't any customers at that time and we overheard you and your team talking in Spanish talking shit putting the cones in on purpose so that the towing company would have a harder time to pick my car up. This just come to show that since I didn't comply with buying the used tire that doesn't even fit. My car to begin with. You guys were being an asshole to make my life much harder. Technically, I am a customer and as a business owner just cause we couldn't come into agreement with me buying your bigger size tire doesn't mean you have to kick me out of the door. If you want to get ripped off and treated like you're a little kid and told after the fact that you have purchase balancing for the companies used tires, Jacob told me that my tires were from 2015 then he proceeds to sell me three used tires, but he hides the date on the inside and when the water clears off of the wet tires a while later, you can see all the cracks in them Then he you call him to ask him if the guys balanced the tires and he says oh that's $15 extra per tire, but he never mentioned any of that at the time of purchase everything in that store he makes it seem like it's cool and easy and no hassle but he says they've been doing business that way for 30 years that doesn't make it right to treating people like someone you could come up on and scam them , I would not expect that from a local mom and Pop shop, you're better off going to Virgil and normal st where the environment isn't so pretty but the service and honor for the people is 100% better than Jacob cerda horrible shop, my first experience there is a horrible experience.190 bucks down the drain because Jacob likes serving food with no knife and fork metaphorically. In response to his response, had you been upfront you would not have got my money and had you been upfront you would not have put the date on the inside of the rim. I was recommended by a friend of this location. They are located on a corner just before Graves on San Gabriel Blvd (facing/heading south bound). There really isn't much parking for their small business, but street parking is mainly where you should park. Nefti assisted me when I arrived. I provided him with the details of what happened to my tire and he suggested that I get 4 new tires versus one. He gave me 3 different price ranges for different tires (good, great, best). Each range provided a cash value and a credit card value along with the mileage the tires can be good for. I also provided him with my driving routine and he suggested the "best" option for me. The price was $$$ for the tires he suggested for me which I agreed, and I needed it done right away so I didn't really have a choice. I was driving with my spare and I needed it changed out right away. Now, he couldn't service my vehicle right on the spot because they are appointment based. He was able to squeeze me in at a later time the day, so I left and returned later. When I returned, I parked right in front of their garage opening. They took my vehicle and I waited on the other side. They have a couple of chairs for guests to wait for their vehicle and a TV that had the football game playing. Their restroom has a small step to get in and out of, I'm not sure if it's truly ADA accessible, but it can be done with a little more force to get passed 2 inches from a flat surface. They changed all 4 of my tires under 1 hour (about 45 minutes from start to finish). Also, once my tires hit the 5k mileage mark, they said for me to come back for free tire rotations. My friend also told me that they repair tires with nails in them too. When my vehicle was finished, I was told they refilled the air in my spare and placed it back into my trunk (that was going to be my question upon paying). That's great service! They now offer alignment services! They do not hold your vehicle on file, so they give you an envelope that contains all the services that were performed and suggest to keep it in the glove compartment. read more

I've driven by this place so many times and never even noticed it. It's small, but very well maintained and for a tire shop, kept VERy clean. I took my sisters car in for what I thought was a nail and they fixed it on the spot. All she needed was a bit more air. The price for the air was $10 which may for some be a little steep, but in all honesty I had already gone elsewhere where I was told she needed a new tire and didn't buy it one bit. So $10 was better when it comes with honesty. The service was great! The place clean and I WHSE definitely refer anyone else there needing some help. I started going to Company C Tire 4-1/2 years ago by recommendation of a friend. At first I was happy with their service. However, a few months ago I had to go in because my tire pressure light wouldn't turn off after putting air in the tires. I was told that the TMS system would need to be reset. I got a bit of a scolding from the owner. I'm a single woman who doesn't know much about cars, but I took it in stride. I went back today because the TMS light went on again. I asked if they could check the pressure to rule anything else out. I was told that I'd have to come back because there was only one guy working. I was prepared to wait, but he said I'd need to come back another day. I asked him what his hours are and he rudely pointed to it on the front of my maintenance record. I thought maybe he's treating me this way since I'm an "ignorant" woman, but from reading the other negative reviews on here, I don't think that's the only case. If he would have spoken to me with more respect and patience, I would have appreciated the advice. Unfortunately for them, they've lost my business. read more

Owner came off as rude/condescending. "If you were a business owner you would know how things go". Like okay? I came to get my wheels balanced not get a lesson in business school. How about you tell your team to arrive early so that you can open up the shop on time. He then proceeded to tell me how they work by schedule. So I said, "Perfect, schedule me for when I'm off work at 4pm." I guess they don't actually work by schedule because he then said "Instead, lemme just get your number and call you when it slows down". What happened to the schedule man?? Now I have to keep my phone next to me all day, waiting for you to let me know that a slot opened up? Here's a business tip: stick to the schedule. So rather than waiting by the phone all day for his call, I drove down a few minutes to a different tire shop on Montebello Blvd and Whittier Blvd. Easy peasy. Wheels balanced without a fuss and no lecture from a business school professor. I had a nail in my tire and by the time I found out my tire was completely flat. this was the closest place for me to get a repair. The shop was full with two cars in their garage getting their tires replaced or repaired. If they're full you have to park in the street til a spot in the garage opens up. I'm glad I was able to get my tired repaired instead of having to get a new one. But I'd say the service was kinda mediocre. I had called ahead to see if their open and when I go there I approached the garage and the service guy told me to park until. Spot opened up. Sure no problem. After parking j I approached the front desk and the guy behind the counter was busy talking to another customer about baseball or life or whatever. We made eye contact but he just kept yammering on for like another 10 minutes before acknowledging me. It's not the end of the world but it was annoying. Anyway once it was my turn the process was quick. They repaired my tire and I was on my way. For a tire patch it is $20 for credit card or $18 cash. Which was a little high in my opinion. But like I said it was cheaper than a new tire. This place was ok.. not my first choice but if it's the closest place I'd go again. But if I had a choice id go elsewhere. read more

This place is 3 blocks from my childhood home & my parents still Live there & I never in a million years paid no mind. Till I needed them.. So right off the bat, their signage is in English. This is mid Rosemead ok & most auto repair shops have Asian language lettering. Honestly I came here out of convenience cuz of the location. I was planning on America's Tire cuz it's by my gym but I planned on fixing the nail in my tire later then I remembered this place & the rest is history. I arrived weekday late morning & they're busy AF:( One labor worker & 1 lobby worker. Turns out labor was the son & lobby his dad. (I'm assuming dads the owner). He says they're busy. I say no prob, can I drop it off & y'all call me when it's done? & dads face lights up & Agrees. So I walk 3 blocks to my parents, shower & start getting ready for work & Nefty (dad) calls that it's ready. Three words: speedy, professional, quality. I went to them a few days ago because I was quickly losing air on one of my tires. I gave them a call about the problem, they told me to come by the shop because they were only working on one car. Luckily my place was only five minutes away, so when I arrived they were already finishing up on the car before me. I just drove up to where they wanted me to be, pointed to the tire, and two mechanics got to work on it. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I saw them checking the pressure of my other tires to make sure there were no other leaks. A small detail that I really appreciated was that they reset my low tire pressure sensor warning (my car has a physical button on the side where you press and hold to make the low pressure symbol disappear) without even needing to be told to do so. The price for the service was not bad at all: $25 with cash, or $30 with card. As I was backing out of their small shop there were already several cars waiting outside to be let in; that tells me that these folks have been helping the community for a good while. I'd definitely go back to them if I had any more tire issues. Best bet is to call ahead of time to make sure they are not busy when you arrive because I'm pretty sure I got lucky with my timing. Bait and switch tactics at this location. I drove my care there and they informed me they would have to check the tire first before giving me a repair price. I postioned the the tire so he could see it I pointed out a screw that was imbedded in the tire and showed him a nail that was next to the screw. He looked at it and stated it would be thirty dollars for using a credit card or twenty dollars paying cash. I had twentyfive dollars and agreed for him to repair the tire upon taking the tire off The repair employee called the mgr over and told him about the screw and the nail the manager then told me it would require a larger patch to repair the tire and it would be five dollars more I informed the manager that I showed him the screw and nail and again he told me it would be five dollars more. You would think that the manager would be more honest instead of using bait and switch tactics by making you pay more. I needed to replace my old tires because they were going bald. So I called the shop for a quote on four brand new Toyo tires and it was a quote too good to pass up. They had placed an order in the morning for me and I was told that the tires would arrive same day and by the afternoon, the tires arrived. Unprofessional Staff, Fair Prices at Company C. I came to Company C on a Tuesday when it was moderately empty. I came for a tire patch ($25) for my Acura. The owner with the grey hair was extremely rude and condescending by giving me attitude, brushing me off, and also, speaking to me as if he did not need my business. He also completely ignored a couple of questions I had which was very unprofessional. The other worker was glued to their personal phone, and ignored me when I went to the front desk waiting for service. He definitely knew I was there but refused to acknowledge me. Despite the staffs behavior, my tire was patched relatively quickly. I think I waited for 15-20 minutes. But because we drove on the flat, the tire was no longer viable and we had to get a new one :( it could've only cost us 30 bucks but we ended up paying 150 for the new tire. Sux. They checked pretty quickly but they didn't have the tire in house so we had to come back the next day. They didn't ask for our information but gave us a time to come back. The next day, we came back but they didn't have the tire yet...so they asked for our number and called us a few hours later. We got our tire, but we had to come 3x to this place. Wished they had asked for our number the first time, so it would've been done on our second visit. Lucky we lived very nearby and we were working from home, so it wasn't so bad.
