They really listen and try to work with you on what you need and are looking for. Morgan has been treating me and is awesome. She is so thorough and really gives great coverage. She makes sure you get your money's worth. She's a coverage queen! I even have a modified area and they're understanding and great about it. I find it kind of addicting to be honest and can't wait to do more! Also if you add on more later and a certain area is already paid for, that would've been part of the new area they will deduct what you have already paid. Like I did a certain place that would've been part of a Brazilian. If I choose to go ahead and do the full Brazilian they will deduct what I paid for that smaller area that would've been included anyway. They also have times of the year where they do specials and you can get 50-60% off, even if you're already a client. The best part is it's unlimited treatments until you get the results you need. It's not just 8-10 like some other places. And if you ever begin to regrow anything like when you're older and getting pesky hormone changes you can come back for touch ups! Karisa is such a delight. She took before pictures and asked a few questions before nurse Lindsey came in. Lindsey blew me away. First of all, she has incredible eye contact, says funny things, and is very educated on anatomy (she speaks intelligently it makes me feel secure, and develops great trust quickly). Lindsey took the time to listen to my concerns and educated me on the process, and when performing the procedure she had such a calm presence and demeanor and made for a more relaxing situation. Lindey helped with lip filler, cheek filler, and Botox. You could tell that patience and comfort are one of Lindsey's top priorities along with precision. I'm so happy my lips didn't bruise! My results thus far are amazing but still healing. The front office staff Dawn and Nick were a pleasure to interact with too.
