It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

BEST part was I had a huge dent in the front fender that I figured I'd pay to fix later this year yet upon pick up the dent was gone!? (Matt?) worked on my car and went completely out of his way to fix the dent. Total cloud 9 jaw drop! Sarah, Forrest, the gentlemen with fun colored hair... everyone is helpful and the biz is so well structured and efficient. No one likes spending on a broken down car but somehow I always walk out of here feeling like my car should break down again just so I can come back lol

The delivery guy was courteous and professional. All done in a matter of minutes. Carvana, company-wise, seems well run. Website design, online navigation, purchase process, loan processing, and home delivery went off without a hitch. I was skeptical of making a vehicle purchase solely online. That is a big financial commitment. Plus, being a used vehicle, I typically want to see first-hand that everything is as expected. Lastly, I enjoy grinding down car salesmen for every dollar and add-on :) That said, Carvana has the best quality (and quantity) photos I've seen, and an abundance of vehicle information. Their 3D interior/exterior photos put you in the driver's seat. So, I was not lacking for vehicle details. They called out some flaws (using that word lightly), such as driver's seat decolorization, that I do not see at all. That gives me the impression that they are very conservative with their assessments, which is good. As for price, although I was not happy about a nearly $2000 shipping charge, overall, the final bill was comparable to dealerships countrywide, and better than Kelley Blue Book (or similar). Anyhow, the shipping fee was typical for out-of-state dealerships too (assuming they were willing to ship, many do not because they can sell locally and/or do not want to deal with liability). Overall, I recommend and would buy from them again.

Bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue. They do not go over the cars. It had a starburst crack in the…read morewindshield when I picked it up. That was covered, but I still had to waste my time scheduling and meeting the repair person. A few days after pickup, I discover the driver's side back seat inside door latch doesn't work. If you are in the backseat, you can't get out. Under warranty, but still another waste of time for me. Today the electrical system is belly up and it won't start and I'm waiting on a tow truck. I've literally had this vehicle about two weeks. They did not check ANYTHING other than 'oh this 2023 still looks new stick it on the website'. Everything is on you and their return policy for you to play whack a mole and find all the things they didn't look for is only 7 days. STAY AWAY. UPDATE 8/11/2026 Carvana's contracted tow truck service told me he had all my info to give the Nissan service center. Instead he dumped my car at the dealership and told them I was on my way to fill out everything. I found out by calling this morning for a status check -- the tow truck guy didn't even give them my name or number. Carvana's response to getting a bad review is to have a bot tell me to call them and do more leg work and explaining - the definition of a policy of exhausting people by stonewalling and putting all the work on them. AGAIN STAY AWAY.
