    Dirty floors

I will have a hard time coming back to this restaurant for a while. If it is this dirty where customers can see it how dirty is I'm in the kitchen area where they are making food??? You guys can do better. Have some pride in your restaurant. Popeyes is opening soon and I am sure they are going take whatever business you have left if you do not do something fast!! Also the tv has burn out lines every where. It would cost $400 at Costco to improve that look for sure. Good luck!!

I have driven past here many times and finally decided to try it. We came to dine-in on Wednesday…read morenight around 7:30pm. The service was a bit slow, but there were only two people working. It took about half an hour to get our food. We enjoyed watching Deal or No Deal on the TV while we waited lol. The guys working were really friendly, brought our food to us and even asked us how we liked the food. I would probably only order takeout from here in the future because they had those orders ready on time. I ordered the 6 piece boneless wing combo, which comes with fries and (possibly?) a drink. I did not realize that I could only choose one or the other for the combo: a drink or side of sauce. While ordering on the kiosk, I selected cheese sauce and it replaced my drink because they were under the same category of options, which I didn't even notice. Although I felt like it was my fault for not double-checking, I still don't think a tiny container of sauce is a fair drink substitute... oh well. Another thing to note is that online when placing an order/viewing the menu, it says the combo comes with a 20oz bottle of soda even though they only had 12oz cans in stock. I think these discrepancies could easily be fixed, and might prevent some confusion/disappointment among future customers. I appreciate that they gave me two extra wings because the boneless are somewhat tiny. For my sauce on the wings, I chose to try the Buldak-Gochujang and it was a little sweet with a hint of spice. The plain fries were just okay. They offer a bunch of different topping options for the fries, which I might be interested in trying next time.

Brought some of our friends to this bar in St. Charles. Crazy Fox has a lot of unexpected…read moreofferings. It has a few menus including one all for vegans. Hard to believe there's too many items to choose from. There's mostly Mexican themed cuisine such as nachos, quesadillas, and tacos. A lot to go through on this menu to be honest. It's quite literally a lot. The bar has a few menus. Drink menu may actually be an afterthought. It's about $9 for the cheapest cocktails. The main reason to come is the plant based menu though. It's about $16 for entrees. We had a hard time choosing because many things seemed to be worthy of the kind of high prices. A few things are more affordable. The Spinach Quesadilla has pico and vegan cheese, along with sides of salsa and vegan sour cream. Plenty of things with Beyond. The burger of course among these. A lot of other non plant based items. There's always someone who must have meats. For those wanting plant based versions of popular Mexican items they have a lot. It's closed Mondays. There's an entire menu approved for vegans.

This is a review for FOX SOCIAL - the new name of the bar in this location…read more * Name: Tbh the new name is quite a misnomer, as it calls to mind places like Hampton Social downtown or other instagram-forward establishments. This place is just a cleaner version of Crazy Fox. I would have gone with, like, Fox Local. * Menu: really like their beer list! The food is not great, but at least it's there. Edible :) * Staff: friendly!!! seem like cool people. quick service * Vibe: cozy for sure. and it is always easy to get a seat, which is getting rarer and rarer in the Tri-Cities. I just think they haven't figured out what they're going for - is it a dive? sports bar? upscale gals night out spot? it's kinda all those and kinda none. * Suggestion: to customers - go here for a quick drink at the top or end of your night, there will be a seat, warm and friendly. to owners - you have so many TV's, try mixing it up and don't ever put multiple of the same game on the tightly packed screens behind the bar. keep the sports but instead of doubling up, try familiar movies and popular older shows - with subtitles. simplify the cocktail and food menus to only things you do really well, and expand your (great taste) in beer! I will keep coming back here, I like the spot a lot and hope to see it grow.

Then they had to come back again to let us know they were also out of potato salad. We also noticed that many of the drink options were out of order. At checkout, I noticed an extra charge on the bill that wasn't explained upfront. When I asked about it, I was told it was an added fee to account for inflation instead of raising menu prices. I understand businesses needing to adjust pricing, but extra charges should be communicated ahead of time rather than being a surprise at checkout. While waiting for our food, I used the restroom and noticed there was no soap in either dispenser, and one dispenser was sitting broken on the counter. The back area you through was cluttered with boxes and open cleaning supplies. I was really hoping the food would turn things around. The price for the food was reasonable. My boyfriend enjoyed his meal, but my smoked chicken was a dry and overall I didn't find the food particularly memorable.

Let's start with that we got here during happy hour and our Pretzel bites were on special, Score! Friday Fish Fry is on special as were old fashions, Double Score! You can choose from I think cod or walleye, we both got walleye and they come with fries (really really good fresh cut fries) and coleslaw plus soup or salad for under $20. They have a few versions of old fashions, we got the classic wisconsin with korbel brandy and sweet. They were a bit booze forward and not real sweet but still good. One was enough and we switched to beer from their impressive beer list. The Fish was 2 large pieces perfectly cooked with great fries and good slaw, huge portions and very very good. My wife got a grilled chicken sandwich with a side of broccoli. She said her sandwich was made with two chicken tenders rather than a full breast. The sandwich was just meh. She liked the broccoli. My wings came without anything. I told our sever they forgot to put the salt n vinegar on. He went and got me a side of salt to pour on. The fries were Luke warm at best. They charge $2 for 3 carrot strips and 4 celery pieces. I also got a Michelob ultra which was $3. It was nice and cold. Our server was new and did not know the menu too well, but he was trying. We were seated in the gaming room, which okay but a little weird. A musician showed up halfway through our meal and played his guitar but no one could see him play because he was right by the back door. Overall, it was okay but somewhat forgettable.
