Her salon is adorable, and she goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, even offering a blanket if it gets cold. She took the time to ask about the lash style I wanted (volume with an open-eye look), and although my appointment took a bit longer, it only showed how meticulous and dedicated she is with her work. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and didn't mind at all because she made sure I was completely happy with the results. Also her touch is so gentle that I couldn't help but fall asleep--probably even snored a little! But wow, the results! She absolutely exceeded my expectations. My lashes came out Full and Fluffy! Not only did I leave completely satisfied, but I'm also amazed that not a single lash has fallen in the last 24 hours--a huge deal compared to other salons I've tried in the area. The first year I did microblading (very first time, ever). Then I saw the pictures of his clients and realized how much I'd want the shading on for this time (my second time). Microblading is not permanent but does last a year to a couple/few. I was not sure I'd want to have permanent eyebrows as I got older so this option was my preferred. Arriving and setting up the appointment was quick and simple. Hien is explains all of the steps along the way. Be prepared to explain what kind of eyebrows (arch/no arch/ "korean eyebrows"). I've been so happy with mine! :) I'd highly recommend Hien! They are many others who do microblading / shading but the two biggest winning points for me are 1) his work of making eyebrows look very natural (no zebra looking lines, no row of straight lines) and 2) he has also gotten certified in tattoo removal (imagine if you went elsewhere and they screwed up...)

Although the process isn't painless, she allows you to take a breather if it's needed. Her prices are very reasonable, my cost was $40 for 45 min and if you think about how much you pay for a wax then multiply that twice a month for many years this is way more cost effective & permanent! I was told kindly by Megan, the sweet owner of this aesthetic place, that it's because my lashes on one eye are longer than the other. Roxanne, who did my lashes, should take that into consideration, it says they're the professionals, so i'm unsure what happened. I'm not the expert with lashes, but I hoped she would've been. Roxanne is super friendly though and Megan is very customer service oriented. I got i ntouch with her hoping to get it redone, but was offered a lash tint when my lashes are already black.... I feel like a lash lift is just a lash lift though. Just sucks having paid what I did for a 'professional' lash lift that wasn't accomadating to my lashes. Beauty is a science, and I dont think it was measured in my appointment with Roxanne. I wish I could give 5 stars for how friendly they all are and how beautiful her business is, but i'm just still not happy with the outcome. This lash lift adds to the crookedness of my face. Life is Bliss at Perfect Nails: We had a party of 4 today for a family member's birthday & we all loved our manicures & pedicures! Whether it was jasmine, lavender & other scents for each of us, the refreshing scents relaxed us!
