The office staff is friendly, and I really liked the hygienist. The office is small and you don't normally wait long. My family and I had cleanings done, and had no complaints at all. If our interactions ended there I'm sure I would say five stars. I needed some sort of crown/cap for a cavity. The appointment to prep and get a temporary was fine. When I came in for the permanent cap/crown, I had a horrible experience. I was given no pain medicine at all for removing the temporary and putting on the new one. It hurt horribly. I was in clear pain. It was then that they mentioned that they sometimes give pain meds for this. They continued without. When I say I was white knuckled holding onto the chair it is no exaggeration. Dr. Rogers had to take off the permanent and try to get it on repeatedly to get it to fit. It was horribly painful. Not sure if it's the case or not, but I got the impression that they wanted to rush. I was the last appointment before a long weekend. The pain continued after the appointment. I came back because it was unbearable. They ground it down and said it's normal. I went back in again and they said it was normal. I took aleve every day, twice a day for a month or so. Time went by and I got a text to schedule my next cleaning. I simply texted back that we're switching dentists. They didn't question why. Months later I still have bad, painful tooth sensitivity. My feeling is this dentist is probably just fine if you don't need anything beyond cleanings. Hygienist is super friendly and awesome. read more

Very friendly staff! This is the only reason I'm not giving them one star. We've been going to Dr Rogers for quite a few years and I was content with the hygienist but she left. The new one is not as good. My husband has caps and they were always falling off. We've spent so much money on caps and replacement caps. I've always had healthy teeth so we didn't know this wasn't normal. We sent him to a new dentist only to find out he needed a deep cleaning, despite the fact that we both go every 6 months for cleaning. After I found out about the condition of his teeth I decided to go to the new dentist only to find out I have 6 cavities! The first question the new dentist asked was had Dr Rogers mentioned anything about my cavities. No, nothing! I've always had good teeth. I had sealants put in my teeth by another dentist before Dr Rogers. Rogers never mentioned my sealants needed replacing, which probably would've prevented the cavities. I trust this new dentist, I know several people that go to her and I have a friend that works there. I'm so disappointed and discouraged. read more

Do not come here. My whole family has been coming here for years and quality of care has gone down drastically. I'm not sure if the Doctor/Hygienists no longer care or if they are no longer able to give the same quality of care (age,vision,other circumstances) . After being told for YEARS my teeth were perfect, I got a second option from two, yes two, other dentists (because I wanted to be sure there was consistency in the diagnosis). They both told me I had multiple overlooked cavities, two of which might result in a root canal and/or crown. For a doctor to see your teeth more than two times a year and overlook major (visible with the naked eye) decay, there is something terribly wrong. I was shown x-rays, pictures from a prob camera, and sat with my new doctor for over 1 hr doing a thorough screening of my gums and teeth. I would hate to think these things were overlooked by Dr Rogers with the plan to charge a patient for major dental work down the road. But this level of neglect is appalling and frankly concerning for any patient no matter the level of oral care needed. Look elsewhere to save your teeth. read more

I was recently referred to Dr. Rogers by my wife. My wife had been referred to Dr. Rogers by our daughter-in-law. All three of us like him! I hadn't gone to any dentist for several years because of a painful experience about five years ago of having a broken tooth removed. The oral surgeon was not able to fully numb that tooth. I like the fact that Dr. Rogers explains what he's doing and why he makes certain recommendations. read more

I took my 18 year old son there for the first time to get a filling for a cavity . He had sensitivity after and so the. He had to go back and then the dentist decided shaved down his tooth because he thought it was hitting the bite wrong way. Then he still had sensitivity even after that so he went back again and same thing the dentist decided to grind more of his tooth down. Now my son still has sensitivity over 1.5 months ago and can't eat on the side he worked on because it's painful. My son said mom get me another dentist this guy doesn't know what he is doing. So today for a second opinion from another dentist and he told me the dentist took off all his enamel and his filling is touching the nerve now. So my son is still in pain and we are not happy about this . I will no longer be going here . This guy is horrible . Don't go here my son got very bad results and is in continuous pain. read more

The office is very clean and the staff are always friendly. I'm always seen on time and the hygienist does a great job cleaning my teeth. I am a senior on Medicare. I no longer have dental insurance. I called ahead to find out the cost of a teeth cleaning. The receptionist quoted $109 with the stipulation that "it could be more." I laughed and asked if my teeth were extra dirty it may be more? She simply said it depends what we find. I thought that sounded fair and made an appointment. The technician was warm and friendly and began taking X-rays. She did not ask me when was the last time I had X-rays done. The cleaning was thorough . Upon leaving the office, the charge for cleaning was $241. When I asked how it jumped from $109 to $241 she said X-rays, pictures, and an oral evaluation. I asked her why these extra charges were not part of our phone conversation? I would caution any patients of Dr. Rogers to be clear on what you will pay for your services. When I told the receptionist that I had sticker shock from our conversation on the phone, she had no empathy for her miscommunication. read more

I am very disappointed with this office. I recently called with a question regarding my new night guard as I was noticing small divots on the surface after wearing it a few nights and was not sure if it was normal or not. I was told over the phone I had to make an appointment and come in in person as they might have to make new impressions and a new night guard. My question could not be addressed over the phone and I could not have the night guard dropped off to be looked at. Although it is inconvenient and difficult for me to take off work I made an appointment and came in today to be told in 5 seconds it was normal wearing down of the night guard. I wish someone who knew what they were talking about would have taken the time to address my question over a simple phone call. read more

Absolutely loved this dentist and his office staff. Haven't been to the dentist in a while, so I was a little nervous as to what the "damage" might be. Dr. Rogers was very patient and kind. He suggested a very moderate treatment plan for the work I did need. He didn't lecture me as some dentists do either. My family has been going to Dr. Roger's for over 10 years now. He is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is always honest and never tries to add any more work than is absolutely necessary. He also completes dental work in a efficient and pain free manner which is great for those of us that really don't enjoy dental visits! BEWARE, I went to him for a tooth pain I was having. He used a tool to adjust my bit and made a crack on the one next to it. That night I was in so much pain, not from the tooth that hurt, but from the one he fractured. I went in the next day to let him know what happen and referred me to one of his friends who does root canals for the tooth that was perfect and never hurt! I have travelled from the UK three times now because Dr Rogers is the only Dentist I trust with my teeth!
