I have given this place many tries and I don't usually write 1 star reviews but from the service to the quality of food and even the way they put your sandwich or should I say throw your sandwich together is less than a 1 star but Yelp doesn't give you the option to put a business in the negative. Bruchi's should seriously consider hiring people that actually want to work and don't throw your food in your car and say ITS DONE! While ordering they rush you when they aren't even busy. Giving you a total before you're even finished and snobbishly asking "what else, what else". Soggy sandwiches, twice they forgot the actual meat....it's just all around BAD on every level. I tossed my sandwich because it was that soggy and had everything on it that I asked be removed. What a waste of leaving work and a waste of money. I'll stick to Jimmy Johns with their freakishly fast deliver...which is faster than the drive through of Brucci's. read more

Subpar subs. Lacks quality control. My sandwich had absolutely nothing special or fresh about it. The ingredients were soggy, and the roast turkey order my friend got looked like throw up. The sandwiches appear to have been haphazardly put together to top it off. Save your time and money. Even a Subway is better. read more

This Bruchi's is just a short way from where I live. I've been a customer for many years. On occasion there may be a piece of grizzle or two in the sandwich, but other than that the sandwich itself is outstanding. I usually order it with an ounce or two extra meat...but that is not really necessary. These sandwiches are really unique. l haven't ever had an Eat Coast Cheese and Steak sandwich...so I can't really do a comparison. In the end though, Bruchi's is the place to go for a great Cheese Steak sandwich. Oh, their also have $1.00 draft beer. Can't beat that. read more

I have come to this bruchis for years, was a loyal customer. Went today and halfway through my sandwich I noticed that the meat in the center was cold, went in and complained and the woman in line before me complained of the same thing. They would not reimburse me for the sandwich and would not replace it, my wife sandwich was not made how we asked. I would highly recommend checking the meat before consuming. Horrible horrible horrible customer service and really nasty attitudes. The customer is always right was not at all respected. I will not be returning ever and I highly suggest checking your meat or not going to this location at all. read more

tried this place for first time at the columbia center mall location in tri cities washington...i ordered 2 of the italian foot long subs, which was big enough to feed 3 people....and i must say, it was delicious....fresh deli meats, cheese and vegetables....definitely a lot better than subway...next time, i will try the cheesesteak.....sounds yummy..... read more

Service was friendly. Food was...okay. Bread was dry and crusty...and actually falling apart when it arrived. Meat was a pretty dried out too. Otherwise, the veggies were good. Overall, I prefer the Bruchi's on Burden Blvd. in Pasco. read more

Nice decor and fresh ingredients. That's the plus side. The down side is the value proposition. $10.50 for steak salad that consists of 4oz of meat and a half cup of veggies is just not a good consumer value but does provide one heck of a profit margin. At this price point I would expect to be asked how I wanted my steak cooked. I wasn't. They force you to choose to tip or not when paying by a credit card so with a leap of faith I did. My steak salad showed up 15 minutes later with the only words from my "server" being "steak salad" as she slammed it down and walked away without waiting for me to comment. Wished I hadn't bothered to tip. Next time I will wait until AFTER I am served to decide if a tip is warranted. It certainly wasn't today. I never saw a "server" after this BTW. The staff seems to prefer to congregate together behind the counter and chit chat on Sunday afternoons. Only minimal work happening and they appear to be over staffed with two cooks and 4-5 front of the house staff who were all doing not much. I will come back another time only to try another dish to see if the consumer value improves any. I will try their signature cheesesteak and on a different day to see if the staff is better in another time slot than on a Sunday afternoon. read more

Went to this location tonight to pick up a couple sandwiches. Decided to use the drive thru. There were two cars in front of me. When I reached the speaker I was asked for my order. I gave to her immediately. About 2 minutes later the young woman came back on the speaker and said "I'm sorry, we are completely out of bread" I laughed and asked if she was serious. She said she was. I said it was ok to put the sandwiches on hamburger buns. She responded they were out of sandwich buns, whole wheat, white and all types of hamburger buns. There was no bread available in the store. I was a bit shocked since this is a SANDWICH SHOP. So, I asked about the soup of the day. I was informed they were out. I looked in my rearview mirror and there were three cars behind me and I could see about six people in line in the store. I told her I guessed I would not be ordering anything and she said "ok, bye". This is my second visit to this location. There will not be a third. I can certainly understand running out of one type of bread but, every kind. Something not right here. read more
