First time here stood in line for 8 minutes no one acknowledged me. A older white couple join the line they get acknowledged and order taken before me. When I go to say something to the manager the person that did not acknowledge me her response was I did not see you by the way I'm black I guess that's why. But yeah I won't be back. Update: my order was incorrect and called for a refund the manager Lori or Laura however it's pronounced she stated "are you the lady that got overlooked? I stated yes she said "I'll give you the refund and don't ever come to the store anymore" great customer service for a manger. Some how the customer clearly don't matter. This business needs to be re-evaluated. Ask for strawberry cream and got plan cream A1 listening skills.

This branch, unlike other Bruegger's Bagels locations, has closed the mobile order/order ahead option. This forced me to go into the store and order, which wasted my time. There was a panel right at the entrance asking me to download the Bruegger's Bagels app, but order ahead was not available at this location, which was misinformation to future customers. The employee had no idea how the Bruegger's Bagels rewards program worked, which again wasted my time ordering. When I got home and opened the two bagels, the bread was burnt on all the toasted parts. The staff at this location are unprofessional in every aspect, from service, cooking, to the app.

So came here for a bagel for breakfast and had high hopes for this place due to the reciews... but unfortunately it fell short ... I orderd their smoked salmon sandwich in a everything bagel ... Let's just say NYC bagels are this thing for a snack and was still hungry .... Yeah doesnt even compare to NYC bagels ... the bagel was smaller and the smoked salmon to creme cheese to onions and capers was way off .. I gave it 3 stars since it's not bad ... but definitely not close to NYC bagels

We are all entitled to our own opinions, right? Well here's mine: Parking: 5 Location: 4 Decor/ambiance: 3 Customer Service: 4 I'm in love with Brueggers! I'm a new patron who is going nutz over their bagels and sandwiches! I stumbled into this location as I was looking for a quick breakfast bite. OMG am I glad I did. The egg and cheese on Asiago was soooo good. It was chill in temperature but I saw the lady remove it from an oven. It just wasn't hot or even warm at all. It was chill... i mean... straight up chill. I didn't sweat the temp as I was hungry and the sandwich was the answer to my prayers. Overall the sandwich was good. This location is in Morrisville outside of a busy Walmart. They have free parking and the big dinning room is attractive. They even have outdoor seating as well.

Bruegger's started out next to my hometown in Upstate New York, so I hold this place near and dear to my stomach! I grew up at this what used to be a local chain in NY, but is now all over the US of A. When you move far away from home, you miss the foods the most! So I was beyond thrill to see that my new city has multiple Bruegger's locations. The bagels are not exactly NYC style, but they are very good and probably very high quality for the south. I popped into this location on a Sunday morning around 7:45 am and it was pretty quiet. The people working at the counter were very friendly and efficient. A slow Bruegger's can be awful, I've experienced plenty. There are so many great flavors to choose from, but if you can get a hot bagel that is the best treat ever. I can eat one of those without anything on it, it's that good. There are numerous cream cheeses to pick from as well and also breakfast sandwiches. I didn't notice if this spot sells the lunch sandwiches, but if they do, that's a great fast food alternative. This location offers seating inside and out. I'll be back!

This is the closest Bruegger's to my office and I've popped in on occasion for a breakfast bagel. Too bad they don't have the Sriracha bagel sandwich anymore, that was my favorite. Bruegger's is usually dependable for their food and coffee, so you'll get the same menu items here you see in most other Bruegger's. They had the everything bagel before the everything spice blend became cool. Service is decent and you can get discounts if you sign up for their loyalty program.

Good service and a nice selection of bagels and bagel sandwiches, even if the bagels are only middling decent. I had a sundried tomato with salmon cream cheese. The bagel was a little too chewy and not very large. The cream cheese definitely had salmon in it and was tasty. Coffee is very good and very hot.

Man, WHAT A SANDWICH! I got the chicken cutlet sandwich with prosciutto (Uncle Primo's Chicken…read moreCutlet), and it absolutely did not disappoint. Easily one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time!!! The chicken cutlet was delicious, the prosciutto added a great salty flavor, and the whole thing just worked. I would absolutely go back just for this sandwich. The only downside was the wait. We stood in line for about 45 minutes in the heat, and since it's a pretty small spot with no real waiting area, it can be a rough experience during the summer. There also wasn't any shade or any umbrellas, so standing outside for that long was definitely brutal (highly recommend they add a couple umbrellas or covering to help). That said... what a sandwich. The food was good enough that I'd happily come back and wait again. I'd just recommend going on a cooler day or being prepared to stand outside for a while.

But if the line were shorter in the future I'd come back and try other yummies from the menu.

This was my first time but my friend's hundredth (her words!) There was plenty of parking. We were greeted upon entry and informed that we could choose where we sat and just to scan the table QR code when we were ready to order. We chose a high top and a server brought us water. The vibrant colors and decor gave off excellent vibes. I ordered the Karaage Bowl (on greens instead of rice AND all the sauces on the side) and a side order of seaweed salad. A server brought them to our table. It was not necessary for us to get up once we were seated. Everything was SO GOOD. Like, "I'm mad at myself for not coming here before" good. All of the sauces were amazing too. I ordered them on the side since I wasn't sure how I would like them all, but I think I'll leave them on next time. The "greens" were a mix of lettuce and cabbage. The side of seaweed salad for $2.50 seemed a little small when they brought it out but it was packed in there and was plenty. The server came around a couple of times to check on us and top off our water. We bussed our own trash. There was only one unisex bathroom that I saw. There seemed like a lot of takeout orders going out (it was a little separate from the dining area which was nice). There was also a lovely outdoor area that would be nice if it wasn't 100 degrees. I will definitely be back to try more menu items!

This place is REALLY hard to find... it's behind the State Farm building, but there's barely any signage from the street. (Note: some photos here in Yelp seem to be from an older location.) We actually came one Saturday, but it was unexpectedly closed, but we caught them the following one, so good to call and confirm before driving over. You walk up to a door on the back, and scan a QR code to see the menu. Then knock on/ open the door and someone will come to take your order. Then you wait outside and they bring you your sandwiches. The lady who took our order was very friendly. The kitchen was rather large, so I suspect it's used for more than just this business. We ordered two turkey subs-- the East New York (which was slightly spicy) and the Dumbo. Wait time was maybe 7-10 minutes or so. Both sandwiches came nicely wrapped, and I think total cost was a little over $20. And conveniently, they take Apple Pay. These were not your Subway or Quiznos sandwiches-- these were DELICIOUS pressed sandwiches (we got them on focaccia. I personally liked the Dumbo the best-- it had a nice mix of flavors that meshed well. The East New York was solid and had a nice spiciness, but not quite as exciting overall. Would I come back? Probably, but since there's no seating, and it's a bit awkward, maybe not the first place I'd think to try, but again, the sandwiches were REALLY good. I do think it may be excellent for catering or for getting picnic sandwiches though.
