I placed an online order for delivery to my hotel through the JJ app. The food tracker in the app is very helpful. I was notified once my order was received and when it was out for delivery. The delivery person brought exactly what I ordered to my hotel room. I ordered the Ham & Three Cheese Melt. This was the first time that I've tried this sandwich but it was very good. I can't talk about the Jimmy John's store but I can say I was able to order my food for delivery to my hotel room without any issues. Highly recommend! read more

Took a full half hour to get us our food. It was 3pm so there was no rush, there were maybe six customers in there. There were four employees, doing god knows what because the rate of sandwich making was incredibly slow. Plus our sandwiches were kind of skimpy. I would recommend avoiding this location. read more

I eat at this location a lot and haven't had any issues so far. My orders are always accurate with plenty of toppings. They're very generous with their cheese, which is appreciated. My friend and I were waiting for an Amtrak train that came 2 hours late. We called this store to see if we could quickly get two sandwiches, delivered to the train station. The delivery man was out on a delivery and they didn't feel they could. Walked up to the door at 12:50PM. Line out the door, people struggling to get in and out. One cashier. Two people were at the prep table, just standing there busy visiting, laughing, and talking, for a long time. The girl talking, later stood over near wall using her iPhone. I asked 'Anthony', the manager, who was busy standing making sandwiches, why he only had one cashier. i told him it was disconcerting to see employees standing around while we had to wait. I was told: "I have them doing something else. That's how I'm managing it right now." (Doing what?? Gaffing off, shooting the breeze? During lunchtime crush, people should not be standing around, doing NOTHING! Grab a broom, wipe tables, trays!) So I guess its take it or leave it with him. This one of the most efficient places that I have ever seen! I am impressed with their execution. Everyone has a specific task that they concentrate on. Once you order, the process begins. By the time you fix your drink, your food is wrapped and ready to go! I often eat inside so I can get refills on their ice tea.You are always greeted when you walk through the door. Great people with positive morale.The atmosphere is upbeat; they always play great music. I can't eat bread due to gluten allergy so I get the lettuce wrap/ unwich. Today, I ordered the Perfect Itallian with extra tomatoes and extra meat. Their Totally Tuna with extra pickles is great also. I usually don't care for tuna because it taste too fishy. Jimmy John's is a sub place with incredibly fast sandwiches. However, this location misses the mark with quality controls. I ordered two sandwiches that let's say were "skimmed" on ingredients when I opened them at home. A tuna sandwich should have a bit of tuna rather than a sample and lots of veggies? This location isn't the friendliest staff I've encountered. I would suggest another Jimmy Johns location. read more

Might want to think twice before visiting this location. Watched the cashier take my order touching the computer then go right back to touching the raw dough. I was the only person in there and ordered two subs. They put wrong ingredients on both subs, some ingredients that were suppose to be on one sub on the other. To the young man wearing sun glasses inside at 7 p.m. maybe take the sunnies off it's unprofessional and you might be able to read my order correctly. Slow. Rude. Incorrect orders. If you tip during online order they take their sweet time showing up (tonight was 45 minutes). Tonight the kid calls 45 min after my order was placed to tell me he can't find my address and when I start to give him directions he interupts me saying he knows where the address is when obviously he didn't. Then he gets here, no apology for the long wait, and stands literally on my threshold like he's about to come in. This location gets my order right about 50% of the time. The last time I went, I got my sandwich in less than 2 min from the time I ordered at the register (granted, I did come in at 2pm...) Great service. These folks are fast. They make just about any sub shop look slow. But that's not really why I like to go here. For me and my wife, it's all about the bread. Their french bread is very addictive. My favorite subs are the vito (italian) and veggie subs, both with hot peppers. The subs are big, you could easily get one and make 2 meals out of it, although I usually am not very successful at stopping after the first half. They have unsweet tea, but do not have any artifical sweetener. Be sure to bring your own if you're going to eat there. They only have one style of chips, so if you want Sun Chips or Pretzels, again - bring your own. They also cater - we've ordered subs for the Super Bowl and they went over very well - and deliver! read more

First of all, they have good staff who are friendly. We stopped by here once for their #6s. Unfortunately, they were out of breads. They apologized and smilingly told us "you could wait and have fresh bread". Jimmy John's is literally the first name that comes to mind when trying to decide upon a good lunch or quick dinner food. If I'm not mistaken, if you aren't a fan of the delightful french bread, then you CAN order the wheat bread substitute. That, and have the sandwich cut in half for you. Literally all you have to do is ask. My favorite is the veggie sandwich (#6, most excellent). I haven't deviated from my sandwich choice since my very first visit. Not even in any other eponymous establishment. The service is moderately fast on a busier day, but when it's you alone, the staff gets your sandwich done often times within the minute (or two). If I could ask for any other amenity to this place, it would be more seating. The Jimmy John's on Hillsborough Street has two levels! Two! That needs to happen in Cary. (Then again, their outdoor seating is pretty awesome.) The proximity is excellent, it's not way out where no one wants to travel. And hey, they deliver, AND you can order online! A plus for sure. I have yet to be dissatisfied with any visit to this Jimmy John's. I really do recommend going. read more

Like the they say "freaky fast delivery" every single time! I have ordered subs from here many times. They have a few different choices when it comes to subs. But that's about it when it comes to their menu besides cookies (2 different kinds), pickles, and chips. I like that they offer bean sprouts and not many delis offer that. I enjoy the French bread that the subs come on. They have online ordering which is convenient especially if your at work stuck on the phone. In my opinion the subs are good, nothing special. Jimmy John's is aiight. Freshly baked (ahem) "french" rolls with standard fixins. The toppings are all fresh and they offer a nice selection of combinations. The veggie sandwich is a little heavy on the avocado and kind of mushy, be advised if you plan on not wearing half of it down your shirt. They have a nice, efficient assembly line operation ala Quiznos, but the sandwiches are slightly better. read more

I often grab lunch here at work--they deliver to my office, you can order online, and the delivery minimum is one sub! Jimmy John's is a chain and it doesn't win any special points for its seating or atmosphere, but it's one of my favorite chains. Service is super fast and no-frills, which I like rather than finding problematic. You get a simple, tasty sub for a very good price. You can get a lettuce wrap instead of the tasty bread if you're watching your carbs, too. While I don't have any particular desire to sit in the restaurant and eat, I certainly do retain the desire to eat there. And they do have indoor and outdoor seating at this location, as well as being located next to a Starbucks with drive-thru, if you are so inclined to stay there. read more

Very bland......no salt and pepper. No artificial sweeteners, but yet they serve Coke products loaded with artificial sweeteners. I couldn't find a napkin in the place and the guy at the register acted insulted when I asked for Splenda for my tea. I eat here pretty regularly. The veggie sub is pretty sweet if you add the applewood smoked ham to it. Although I've read the other reviews about it and they don't seem happy with the veggie it is good they just skimp you on the avacado spread for some reason. They literally use a tablespoon pressed between two layers of provalone. The trick is adding extra sprouts and ham. All the subs are good. If you get delivery expect about twenty minutes to get it. Their online site also allows you to save all your info including cc information and you can save your favorite orders and make ten on the fly. read more
