One of my favorite fast food breakfast spots. The interior is small, and there is often a line, so I order ahead through the app and pick up my food at the to-go counter. If you don't order ahead, it's one of those assembly line type places where you pick your ingredients while they make it in front of you. I don't eat there, but if you do the coffee is bottomless. I love the Sriracha Honey Sunrise (eggs with bacon, cheddar cheese and Sriracha Honey Cream Cheese on an everything bagel) and the new Double Stack sandwich (egg, bacon, American cheese and chipotle mayo on a Cheesy Hash Brown bagel). I used to get the Twice-Baked Hash Brown as a side, but they've changed how they make it and it's not as good now. Not a bad place to stop for Tallahassee bagels. Although have had some of the best bagels from Miami to New Jersey, this local bagel shop could definitely hold their own . Bruegger's had sesame bagels and hash brown bagels that were soft hot and easy to munch on with some flavored cream cheese with salmon . The service was good and they were able to complete order without any issues. Your standard bagel shop. They offer a bunch of bagel options, as well as coffee. Stopped by this past Saturday for breakfast. Missed the parking lot as this isn't exactly clearly marked. Parked and went inside only to see a pretty big line. Fortunately for us, it moved quickly. You order your bagel first, then move towards the cashier where you order your drinks and pay. Place isn't pricey, but it isn't cheap either. Ordered a fancy bagel with lots of things (not mine, so I don't remember the details), a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese (or schmear as they call it around these parts), a large mocha, and a Coke. They messed up my coffee, so my companion wound up finishing his meal before I even got my mocha. Any other day I wouldn't have cared and wouldn't have said anything, but sigh, I needed me a hot mocha, not an iced one. They were nice though and corrected their mistake. The staff amazing can not say it enough! The bagel sandwiches were good the menu had a lot of choices and each one we tried we liked. I was only able to get a quick picture of mine before I ate it all. My sandwich had way to much cream cheese so know to ask for lite cream cheese if you don't like it to be so messy. Absolutely terrible service. My food was inedible as it was so sloppy there was egg and cream cheese between the bagel and wrapper causing the bagel to be so soggy it fell apart-returned it for refund. Used to be a GREAT establishment but has gone totally down hill. This is the second time in two months, as I was giving it another try after the last bad service-will not go back until something changes. Others walked out shaking their heads and I promise they will not return. Savante (sp?) is rude continually rude to other employees and customers and was responsible for the awful service today. We've been Bruegger's customers for many years. We usually go to one on the other side of town, but began stopping at this location on Sundays around 11. Even at that time of day, they are usually out of several flavors. Today we stopped by at 12:40. Closing time is 2pm. All the tables had been cleaned and chairs turned upside down on them, in other words "don't sit here" leaving only 3 booths open. The trash can openings were covered telling us not to use them. There were very few bagels available even though it was 80 mins until closing. There usually seems to be confusion over who's preparing which orders and a few times they are not prepared correctly. The quality of the food is still very good. We love the bagels. The staff is friendly and always corrects an incorrect order and apologizes. The restaurant is clean. We will continue to stop for a bagel on Sundays, although at an earlier time. read more

This location is a place I've come since I was a child as a adult I frequent this place before Starting my work day. I have noticed the employees change here recently and the woman I seen for a long time managing has not been seen anymore. My hubby and I really loved this place since we lived in levy park, even after we moved to another neighborhood we still drive to this bagel store almost every weekend(sometime both Saturday and Sunday). Recently the quality is really down to the bottom...I ordered farm house every time, sometimes they only put one egg in while I asked for 2 and paid for 2 eggs...sometimes they forgot to put cream cheese in, and today the worst happened...I ordered farm house with two eggs, when I up-wrapped my sandwich, it was super poor prepared, the bottom bagel had tons of black charcoals on it...and there were no eggs in at all! read more

I enjoy the bagels, the service at this location has always been sketchy though. The posted hours online is 5am to 2pm on Saturdays. I arrived at 5:45 on (July 8) and was meet by locked doors. Bottom line: Bruegger's on N. Monroe survived the chopping block. The one in the TJ Maxx plaza was replaced by a Chipotle (see my reviews of Chipotle in TLH to learn how I REALLY feel), and the one at the intersection of High Road and Tharpe got the axe as well. The only other local survivor (I believe) is by Academy Sports on Mahan. Timothy is the manager here - and he's on top of his game. He's personable himself and hires well to boot. The bagels are quite good. I'm neither from New York nor Montreal (little known fact - Montreal is the OTHER North American co-epicenter of Bagelhood) so I can't attest to the veracity of the bagels - all I know is that I like 'em. What is consistently not good, in my opinion, are the espresso concoctions. If this were a local joint, I would simply tell Timothy personally - but this is a chain, and I suspect they are all simply following corporate guidelines. To me, Hershey's chocolate syrup NEVER is an option for a mocha. It just doesn't taste right. I'm a quad-16 oz. mocha guy. I can consistently expect it to be not good here. So - the bottom line is - come here for the bagels - and everything else, 'cept for an espresso concoction. (it's not just the mochas. my quad latte this morning was weak too...). read more
