Never had an issue ordering in store, but I tried ordering online for pickup this time. Ordered a Western sandwich, indicated no cheese and everything else can stay the same (peppered bacon, chipotle sauce, everything bagel, etc. just no cheese was the only modification). When I got home, I realized my bagel sandwich had cheese and regular bacon. Kinda missed the mark here Bruggers... I've been here many times but this was the first time I've done take out instead of ordering in. Guess I have to verbally place my order for them to get it right next time. Also, my order was ready when I arrived but online it said it wasn't going to be ready for another 10 min so good thing I showed up early or it would have been cold. read more

While the bagels are always good, customer service at this location is horrendous!!! Stopped by November 6. 3 people working plus whoever was in the back. 2 customers in front of me. More than 20 min for 6 un-cut bagels and 2 tubs of cream cheese. The woman on the register acknowledged that she was new but...she could not hear or understand orders and did not know menu. She messed up input on every order, had to ask the customer what was in a standard herby turkey sandwich, then had to walk to the guys making sandwiches to correct it orally. When i finally placed my order i waited and waited. Asked the 2 guys behind the counter if someone was going to get my bagels. One said he was working an on-line order and it would be a while. I said "there are two of you...". The other was just talking to him and then laughing at my question. The seating area was not clean. Overall bad experience. I'll drive to the West End location next time! read more

This location was filthy as the floor behind the counter was a mess with food on the floor, papers, etc. We commented when we left that we were unhappy with how dirty and unkept the place was and were laughed at! It was a terrible experience although the food was good. read more

Some of the best bagels available in Minneapolis. Always fresh, however if you are not there early enough, they do run out of several varieties by lunchtime. Personal preference would be for the bagels to be boiled just a little bit longer so they toast up light and airy. read more

Slow service. I found two hairs in my bagel AND salad. Customer service was seriously lacking because the girls had too much to gossip about. They also are storing empty food shelf carts right by the toilet in the women's bathroom. My food was ok. Will not be back to this location. read more

Looking forward to a Brueggers bagel after moving here from Long Island and while the finished product didn't disappoint in flavor, if you're looking for the real NY bagel experience, this is not it. First, the bagels are about 1/3 smaller than NY bagels and second, while my order was being prepared in front of me, I was SHOCKED at the 'hint' of cream cheese that was used! The young man sparingly spread it on so thin it was almost transparent and could barely be tasted. Truth be told, NY bagels tend to have excess spread but this was so thin that you could see the toasted bagel through the micro layer of cream cheese. Would probably try it again and ask for just a tad more next time. I wonder if they get a bonus for saving cream cheese? read more

This is by far my favorite Brueggers location in the area. The food is the best of any Brueggers and also the staff is the greatest. I used to come to this location a couple of times a week. Now I hardly ever get by there and I really miss it. But I want to give a shout out to Ilka, who is the most cheerful and awesome employee at this location. She always greets me with a big smile and positive attitude, which is exactly what I need in the morning before my first cup of coffee is down the hatch. read more

I went this morning around 9am and it was awesome! In and out quickly (always a plus), with some stellar employees/customer service. I'm bummed I didn't catch names, but the lady making the food had awesome green hair and was SO friendly & sweet! She offered to add sriracha to my plain bagel with jalapeño cream cheese since I like spicy things, and it was AMAZING. You rule, my friend, never change. And the lady working the register was also SUPER sweet and joked around with me about caffeine intakes in the morning. Wonderful staff, delicious bagels, and exceptional service. This is a great, quick breakfast spot! We love coming here early on the weekends to indulge in their common, yet tasty breakfast selections! The staff is so friendly & efficient, we never have bad service! Although, sometimes were early enough there's not even a wait! read more

Fairly standard bagel fare and definitely doesn't deviate from the standard Bruegger's formula. The seating area is larger and more comfortable that other locations and the people are friendlier. Loses a star because unless you are lucky enough to get fresh bagels out of the oven, you'll likely have a very cold bagel. read more

We stopped by this particular Brueggers because it was on our way to Noerenberg Gardens. We figured it would be a quick breakfast stop because it was a bagel shop, but were we ever wrong! When we arrived, we were behind 2 other families. Normally, not a big deal, but for some reason this was absolute chaos. There was 1 cashier & 2 bagel assemblers & I think we waited at least 15 minutes before being able to place our order. It wouldn't have been bad if someone had apologized for the wait or if it seemed like the employees even gave a d*mn, but that wasn't the case. The employees were either completely apathetic or clueless as to the wait. Needless to say, I won't be stopping by this branch of Brueggers ever again! read more

The bagels and customer service has improved so much since Bob and Stephanie have taken over. The bagels have also improved especially on Thursdays and fridays. Love the the people who work here. read more

This has to be the best bagel place around these parts if not the best in Mn. We loved the manager who extended a very welcoming welcome to my family who wasn't from Mn. One of the employees helped my elderly nana out of the bathroom/held the door for her, and nana says "they need to come to her house and clean her bathroom" lol because the bathroom was so clean. They made my bagel with a knife from another sandwich and were snotty and rudely, unapologetic when called about the bad taste. Not the first bad-tasting bagel, but it will be the last. Guess they have plenty of customers there. read more

I occasionally call in to this Bruegger's on my way to work if I haven't taken time to eat breakfast (or fear I won't have time to leave the office for lunch). I can be only a few minutes away, and when I walk in my order is ready to go (and I get something that not only requires assembly, but needs to be cooked as well). The staff has always been incredibly friendly--I often ask for something a little different than how it's listed on the menu, and they are always great about accommodating my requests. read more

I have been to this Bruegger's multiple times but this was the first time I ever encountered Terri, the General Manager. I gave her specific instructions on how I wanted our bagels, one cut and cream cheese on both sides. She was not listening and decided to make two cuts. I would not have minded, but the way she responded was appalling. First, she blamed me, the customer, and then she gave me more attitude than a teenager about how inconvenient it would be to make another bagel the way I had already told her. Next, she told me that "for future reference, you should say one slice". I own a business and if this was my employee, she would be fired. Bruegger's exists because of convenience and customer service. If they cannot provide customer service while other branches can, I could see this store closing down in the future. I will not be going to this branch anymore, no matter how convenient it is. read more
