We've been regulars at Brunello's for decades. There are at least 3 pizza places on Little East Neck Road within walking distance of our house. Brunello's is the furthest by about a quarter mile but it's the one we always go to and the only one our daughter likes. Excellent garlic knots. Huge variety of specialty pizza. Deals on Tuesdays and Wednesdays that are great for feeding a crowd. The service is always spot on, friendly, and really fast -- even on days like Halloween and Christmas Eve when pick up orders are crazy! They have a small dining area where you can sit to have a slice or order entrees. Every time we visit for lunch I say we should put Brunello's in our dinner rotation. I usually go for a specialty slice although the regular pizza is also great. The Mac and cheese slice is not something you find everywhere and it's amazing!! This time I had chicken cutlet parm ala vodka and it was yummy! And when I'm eating healthy / low carb, this salad is enough for two days! (I sometimes get grilled chicken on top.) We've been there 4 times now, not for the pizza but for the Saturday evening chicken dinner special. A choice of about 20 different chicken dinners. Comes with a lovely salad (including olives, onions, mixed greens, cukes, etc.). Each time the chicken (we've tried 6 different dinners between us) is delicious & plentiful. Also dessert & coffee/tea. We have never seen more than a couple of other people in the restaurant, mostly ordering pizza to-go, rarely eating in the dining room. I do not understand it. Sat. night should be packed, especially for such a great meal. Why 4 stars rather than 5? The sign outside the restaurant reads $15.99; the price on the menu states $15.99. I agree; it's quite low for what we got. But my date (who obviously could afford it & didn't want to make a fuss) paid $42.80, including tax. We ordered nothing extra, drank water. Have they raised the price to $20? That would still make it worth it, but they should change the sign outside & on the menu or at least said something about it when we ordered. read more

I had had the regular pizza a couple of times from someone who had ordered a pie, and the regular slice was good, nothing out of the ordinary and spectacular. We noticed that they had a Mac and Cheese pizza, and my kids live mac and cheese, so we gave it a try. Placed the order over the phone, and when I got there, the time they said it would take, they were a little behind, they didn't look that busy, but whatever. I didn't know how it was gonna be, but it was surprisingly good. It was a heavy pie/slice, and I could barely finish the slice. It was good though, and we saw a couple more pies we might try. This isn't my normal pizza spot, but it was good enough where I would go back from time to time. read more

When I was talking with Robert ( Dino) at Gino's pizza in Bayside he told me he just opened another pizza place in West Babylon...Well I'm very fond of Gino's and his staff..Carmen has the best attitude and made my visit at Gino's very welcoming..But I'm here to comment about Brunellos' Pizza and Pasta.... I very happy I ventured out to the new place... Nice decor and better still loved the pizza there and why not they had perfected the art of making pizza at their Gino's Bayside place for many many years.. I had to try the pasta as well and OMG so Delicious....Like I was in the old Little Italy on Mulberry street when it was booming... The flavor and taste has me wanting to make the drive back many more times and try different dishes..... While visiting a relative nearby I always check out the little places on this back block of Little East Neck Road.. It's like a small little Italy vibe here lol. Why the review for a small Pizza place... the Sicilian slice was my idea of worth coming back for. Super light extra crispy crust, tangy fresh tomatoes, really good - mozzarella not really browned but perfect flavor. When passing through Sunrise Hwy... go north onto Little East Neck Rd and on the right... I can vouch for the Sicilian ... would detour again. read more

You call in (Sunday Feb 17th at 5pm)... asking kindly "What kind of vegetable pizza slices you have today?"... and the guy on the receiving end answers... "Same as we always have..." Good to know my options. Thanks for your effort, or lack there of! I've been going there for years, and now for a 2nd time looks like I'll be looking for a more customer-friendly spot!! I have a feeling it's the same person that made me switch the first time around. Don't get me wrong, I can get my hands on a menu... the web, physical copy that I have etc, but just the other day I asked for a Margherita slice and it wasn't available... so just because it's on the menu it doesn't necessarily mean you have a slice readily available. Just bought a large cheese pie that was half pepperoni and mushroom with an order of their zeppoles. It was pretty expensive for $19 for the pie and around $5 for the half dozen zeppoles. The food was good. The pie was on the greasier side though. The zeppoles were lacking sugar. Nothing really stood out that would make this pizzeria above average based on their pizza and prices. read more

Great Pizza. Terrible Delivery service with cold food. My wife and I order from this pizzeria at least two times per month. The pizza is some of the best in the area. However at least half of the time, the delivery service can take upwards of 1-1.5 hours when we live only 10 minutes away. This is especially true on Fridays where we have yet to receive a hot pizza. The last straw was on a Monday, when it took more than an hour, then a follow up phone call for us to receive our lukewarm food. if you plan to eat here - pick it up and enjoy it hot. read more

I have been frequenting this place for the past few months and they have screwed up for the last time. First issue is the calamari is not fresh ( didn't order again, thought "let me try the pizza") I have purchased the Ceasar slice from them many times after that and it was great. the last time they tried to pass off a slice that looked like it was 3 days old. lettuce looked liked cabbage after it was cooked and it was browning. I showed them slice and excuse was "ohh that's what it looks like when we put it in the oven" Sorry, but I have ordered them many times and it definitely never looked like browning boiled lettuce. They made me a new slice and I was forgiving. But I called today to order 2 slices and the pasta fritas 15 minutes ahead of time. when I got in my slices were never put in the oven. They advised they wanted them to be hot. This is a new one because they always have my slices ready before my fritas and keep them warm on top of oven; basically she forgot to put them in, I peeped her game. When I got home I saw that they gave me this cheap sprinkle of xtra cheese (paid for xtra cheese) and the pizza was still luke warm. Can someone please help me find a decent pizza restaurant near west bab., lord knows I have tried to find one w/ no luck. I'm just looking to find one where I can get what I paid for. Horrendous service. I ordered one regular pie at 6:55 tonight. I asked how long for local delivery and was told 45 to 50 minutes. I opted to pick it up instead and was told 20 minutes. I arrived at Brunello's at 7:10 gave my name and paid. I was told a few more minutes. I sat there until 7:40 until the waitress/counter girl asked a co worker what I was waiting for. She walked by me and looked at me at least 6 times before this. I interrupted and told them what I was waiting for. The waitress looked on top of the oven at the pie that she had put up there at least 20 minutes before. My name was on it. She put it on the counter with no apology or explanation. A male co worker made a half hearted apology. What an absolute disgrace. Never going here again. I would rather drive to Lindenhurst. Thanks for nothing Brunello's. read more

We've been searching for a pizza place that delivers and offers great tasting pizza consistently and I think we've found it at Brunellos! Pizza is cooked perfectly every time, and arrives hot and delivered by some of the nicest people. Why four stars? Because the knots are in need of some love. Ordered from here for the first time today. Our order arrived wrong. I ordered a large pie with a topping of eggplant. We recieved an eggplant/ricotta pie. The eggplant is battered dipped not breaded ( sigh) . the pizza was flavorless. Needed to add my own garlic, fresh basil and oregano. The crust was ok. We ordered tortellini with a pink sauce as well. It was not fresh pasta, thick and sticky, hardly any filling . My wife and I moved from Nassau to Suffolk last year. I love pizza and was having a hard time finding something decent in Babylon, until I came across Brunello's. Now it's my go to spot. I'll usually switch it up every time I go there, but I think my wife (hi babe!) and I's personal favorite is the Sicilian Pie. Just received my delivery order from this place for the last time. It took 75 minutes for the order they told me would be here in 45 minutes to an hour. I have been going here fir 14 years way before Rob the owner bought it. I found it to be very good. But, the last year or so it has gone down. I ordered ravioli abd got frozen ones and was very grainy, terrible. Then the last 4 months I ordered a meatball parm They made it without sauce , which they acknowledged was wrong. So they did correct it. I ordered it again and made it clear to add sauce today and a Caesar Salad with grilled chicken a d extra salad dressing on the side. What did I get, well let me tell you.... meatball parm very little sauce and little cheese and a salad with no dressing and 1/2 order of chicken. Needless to say I was pissed off. More at myself because I knew it. I just knew it. Sent it back demanded a refund and my husband made it clear that we are never going back again and I brought people there as far away as Brooklyn. I am done with this place. I don't like pizza when it sits a box too long. I live 2 minutes from Brunello's. I call and leave immediately to pick it up. The pie is already sitting on top of stove in box. How is a pizza made fresh in 4 minutes? They make pies in advance. The customer calls and they just heat them up. Ordered the Chicken Francese, Veal Parmigana and Veal Picatta. All the dishes were excellent. The salad that came with them was crispy and fresh with different types of lettuces instead of just iceberg and lots of other fixings on it. The pasta was good and enjoyed the garlic knots. Each entree also came with large side of spinach or broccoli and potatoes. Generous portions with leftovers. The wait was a bit longer than the 20 minutes they said, but it was Mother's Day, so I am sure it was very busy, but it was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend Brunello's. read more
