First time here and i loved how rich and creamy my mocha almond fudge was! Reasonable priced for the quality. I came during a heat wave so it was pretty busy for 8:30pm. We enjoyed our ice cream outside.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon during the heatwave and this place really satisfied a craving. Got 2 scoops in a cup, cookie dough and raspberry. Really good combo. Both were super creamy, and the portion size is generous for what you pay. It's a window-only setup. You order, you grab your cup, and that's it. No indoor seating. There are a few tables outside, but honestly, sitting outside during a heatwave isn't ideal. Would definitely come back.

I did not realize that you cannot eat inside, so I had to eat my ice cream in my car because it was raining. No other customers were there when I walked up this the window. I was told to go to a different window. The young man was not friendly, but he was efficient. He promptly took my order and directed me to another window. My ice cream came out quickly. I ordered fudge brownie ice cream and it was super delicious. I recommend this ice cream parlor. It is nice that they have tables and chairs outside.

This one is next to Soho and my daughter wanted a shake so we stopped by. She got their bruster shake with M&M and I got the small cone which includes 2 scoop. I got the Carmel macchiato and salted caramel. It was delicious. So much flavor. I could really taste the coffee and I the salted caramel.my daughter liked her shake with decent amount of M&M. It was a 1 man show in there, and he still manage to get everyone order in a timely manner. You order in one window and pick up your order in the next window. Good flow. It's great!! I really like their ice cream. Wanna come there again.

Phenomenal ice cream with a good selection of flavors and options. Their ice cream is very rich and creamy (I typically order the chocolate based flavors) a I'm always left very satisfied. The wait can be a little long at times but despite that I've been here multiple times now and will continue to come back.

Bruster's make their own ice cream and waffle cones! I love it without even trying it.... So many flavors. Samples happily given and I tried the butter pecan, death by chocolate which has chocolate chip and brownie chunks in it, and the salted toffee. All were delicious and I ended up with death by chocolate in a homemade cone. Love the cone holder that comes with the ice cream. My friend got the white chocolate shake. Both were absolutely delicious. They gave us coupons for next time and I can't wait to visit again. Casual. Easy parking. Good service. Please come and create your own adventure.

The family and I were having a sweet tooth moment and the decision was ice cream! We knew the perfect spot to try out was Bruster's Real ice cream based on reviews we have seen of it. We ordered : two kids scoop cotton candy, one scoop red velvet, and three scoop waffle cone with caramel toffee and two scoops of pistachio. The taste of this ice cream is unreal! I don't know what they do differently but you can tell the difference!

My boyfriend and I always come to this ice cream shop as it's nearby and the service is always great. There's always people here but we hardly have to wait to order and we receive our order fast. They have minimal flavors but it's still delicious. They also have waffle cones and waffle bowls, which i love.

A range of tantalizing sweet treats is offered on the menu, from strawberry shortcake sundaes to freezes made with italian ice or sorbet, your choice of flavor. Guests can also select from non-dairy ice cream options or no sugar added. I, of course, had to get a "death by chocolate" milkshake, the ultimate chocolate flavor for this cold and creamy dessert beverage. It was a thick shake so it's good they gave both a straw and long skinny spoon, especially useful cuz I got an ice cream flavor with chunks of chocolatey ingredients mixed in. The quality of the ice cream was noticeable, so yummy and definitely memorable, good enough to make me wanna return for more. Service at the order and pickup windows was standard and sufficient. And the outdoor seating was plentiful with umbrellas over some of the tables offering shade, a simple and inviting atmosphere and setup.

After eating next door at Sizzling Lunch, it's a given we also have to get some Bruster's for dessert! I can be a bit of an ice cream snob, and from all the times I've been here, I never thought their ice cream was allll that, but maybe I just wasn't picking the good flavors lol. I saw Dubai Chocolate on the menu and HAD to try it. Let me just say... It was soooo good!! I hope it's here to stay bc I already can't wait to go back for more.

Bruster's Real Ice Cream is conveniently located in a decent sized strip mall, close to Sizzling Lunch. Parking is ok though can be crazy during peak lunch hours. Ice cream is creamy and rich. Though, I felt it was a bit pricey for the portion size.

Great ice cream and fun flavors! Bruster's was highly recommended by my friends who regularly drive from SJ to get their ice cream fix. This location is order at the window and go. There's no indoor seating but they have some tables out front with umbrellas. Their seasonal flavors stand out from other shops which is cool and they do give out samples :). I decided on chocolate peanut butter chip and it's probably one of the best I've had! They didn't skimp with the peanut butter chocolate candy mixed in. The ice cream tasted fresh and was at the perfect temp so it wasn't rock hard or drippy. It was a little pricy but I ordered a kid scoop and it was like a regular small from other shops so IMO it's worth it. Can't wait to come back again!!

    Mmmm.... Un-peelable paper....

I don't know why I keep coming back to this place... I'm out with my girl, getting some sizzling rice next door... and the ice cream craving always tricks us! Been here twice since my original review. The second time, we thought, "hey, why not?" and tried the banana ice cream. I literally called these folks out last time for their banana ice cream tasting fake, and they insisted they use "so many REAL bananas... plus real banana fruit base." ¯\(°_o)/¯ Okay, so more banana -- sounds bananas! So, we did it. Well, she did -- I was already not a fan. I mean, come on, I was super disappointed last time, and it's over $5 for a kids-size scoop! (Technically normal sized, but I like to complain about semantics. Why is small two scoops?? Stop being supersized, America!) Actually, double brackets ((it's probably two scoops because people always ask for "small," so it's an easy upgrade and a $3 boost per order)). :insert brilliant business model emoji here: Back to the ice cream... we get the banana, and to my absolute shock -- it was another fail. It tasted exactly like artificial banana, not real banana at all, and it was already melting when handed to us. Same thing happened the first time. Seems to be a theme. Maybe you do use real bananas, but something's off, because it tastes like banana candy chews from the 90s. We tossed half by the time we got home, and I cried a little... that's $4 less for my belly! The other day, we're next door again, and I'm thinking, "NOPE, not going there again." I know what's going to happen? Two misses already, technically three if we count food stuff vs. visits, plus the other little personal complaints from before... not looking great. My girl, with the sweet tooth (and fading memory), drags me anyway. I was gonna skip, but something on the special board caught my eye -- "Caramel Explosion with Twix." (Ĺ ) I'm not big on ice cream, but I do love a good caramel swirl -- Ben & Jerry's Americone Dream is my jam. So I'm thinking, caramel? good. Explosion? good. Twix? good. We get our cones, and mine looks off... almost chocolatey. I take a lick, and I'm confused. Did they mess up my order? I see caramel, can kinda taste caramel... but where's this explosion? Why does it taste like spiced chocolate? Is that Twix.. or just cookie bits? I try again -- nope. My girl agrees: "tastes like chocolate with maybe pumpkin spice?" And of course, it's melting again. Her scoop was fine though, so clearly FORZEN "real" ice cream can be done. I think about going back... hesitate... then nope -- this kind of sucks. I go up and ask, "Does this look like Caramel Explosion?" The girl says, "Yeah." I sigh, tell her it tastes weird, and start backing away in defeat. She says, "Sorry." And that's it. Didn't expect or ask for a replacement, but honestly, a simple, "I'm sorry, can I get you something else?" would've gone a long way for humanity. I'm done with Brewster "real" ice cream. Store-brand tubs have done me better. I don't mind paying premium for good ice cream -- but this isn't it. You brag about being "so real," but it just doesn't add up. I finished my Caramel Firecracker, and not once did I taste a single swirl of caramel -- just sugar and regret. I finished my Caramel Firecracker, and not once did I enjoy a single swirl of caramel -- just a sugar rush. And guess what happened again?? The paper was glued to my sugar cone! Like, a big ol' piece fused right on there. How have you not fixed this?! It's been FOUR years since my first visit -- and there's no way I'm the only one getting extra sugar-glued paper cones. Nobody else does this... just Brewster. If you love everything ice cream, don't mind paying extra, and this place isn't out of your way -- sure, go ahead. But if you actually care about good ice cream... I warned you. If you love everything ice cream, can't resist saying no, and don't mind paying extra for things -- sure, go ahead. Everyone else... I warned you.

I ordered the Apple Pie and Strawberry Fresca, and both were excellent in their own way. The Strawberry Fresca was super refreshing -- fruity and almost like it's mixed with soda, and still creamy at the same time. A really nice balance that makes it perfect for a warm day. The Apple Pie leans more on the creamy and sweet side. The graham cracker pieces add a unique texture and soak up the gelato's richness really well, making each bite more satisfying and honestly kind of addictive. Service (5 / 5): Service was quick and smooth. Shoutout to the employee Lucial (hopefully I got the name right!) -- super friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. ChaChaCha offers unique drinks with their iconic puff cream topping on any of their milk teas, hojicha, matcha, einspanners (original - with vanilla or hazelnut flavor), and even croffles! Love the diverse menu. I usually get my puff cream milk tea with boba from here and it never disappoints. Creamy and the tea flavor still pulls through. Their boba is also pretty solid without it being overly sweet and relatively soft / chewy. However, I got their double matcha and original vanilla einspanner. Their double matcha had a mild umami flavor and wasn't very sweet. Def more for people who are into matcha for the profile than the sweetness. Loved that matcha foam though. Their einspanner was fireeee. Slightly strong coffee flavor and I enjoyed how the milk foam topping didn't overpower the drink. Would order this again!
