Located in a plaza next to Old Navy and Sephora. It's a small shop with maybe two staff members. We were greeted nicely. The staff took our orders immediately and didn't take very long to get a smoothie and a small cup of ice cream. The smoothies was with frozen fruit and was refreshing. The ice cream cup was pistachio and cookie dough. The ice cream was sweet and cold. The tables and chairs weren't the cleanest but sprinkles and crumbs were easily brushed off. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went in today and the ice cream was literally melting right inside the display freezer. It felt like they were turning down the freezers just to save a buck on electricity, which is gross. On top of that, they are incredibly cheap with the mix-ins. I ordered the Mud Pie, but they barely put any Oreo or peanut butter in it. I could honestly barely taste them. The worst part? The person serving me was actually the owner. You'd think the owner would care more about quality control, but instead, it felt like total cost-cutting. They really need to get it together. read more

You should treat customers with respect when they follow order and doing nothing wrong. You should speak logically next time. I like the ice cream , and I'm lazy to go far, and willing to pay tip for to go ice cream, even tipped her before but her attitude has gotten worse with time. I visited this ice cream shop recently and had a frustrating experience. I was waiting in line for a while, observing others sitting around, and no one indicated they were in line. The employee didn't say hello or mention anything about the line. After serving three customers, she asked who was next, even though I was clearly standing behind them. Others were just sitting and chatting--- away from where she was asking others for their order, folks were enjoying their company, no one else thought I cut them, or they would have mentioned it. When I mentioned that I was next, she ignored reasoning, it appeared she was confused instead. If she doesn't have basic etiquette, she shouldn't expect customers to be pushovers. No one sitting reacted when she asked twice -- they just looked up when she asked. As a customer standing in line formation that will frustrate anyone. At minimum understand this much. If there had been any cutting in line, someone would've mentioned it -- not once did anyone mention despite standing for awhile. There's no need for an obvious attitude/disdainful expression -- she could have simply communicated when I arrived if there was error on my part. Past line has operated same way. Nothing changed. So either you don't know how to run things smoothly or you have issues communicating. Most places have a policy where employees greet customers, and I think she can really follow it. She seems angry at life, and I feel sorry for her! I learned my lesson , never deal with angry birds the first time around, it rubs off. read more

I wanted the dubai sundae with almonds. The person Dan assisting us was already rude to begin with and upon the almond request he got even more rude about it. Look I don't usually write reviews, but this bothered me so much. We weren't greeted from the beginning and his aura was just disrespectful. If you don't like your job, simple don't work there. My family and I got some Coldstone late at night, and it was pretty good. I got the Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip ice cream (a signature). The workers were quick to make it, so it was definitely worth the wait. The area was pretty empty and deserted (which wasn't bad). In all, it was pretty good. I think the mint flavor was the perfect balance, but it had a weird hint of something different in it, so I didn't enjoy it as much. I would still definitely recommend getting that flavor, though. read more

When thinking about ice cream cakes, Cold Stone Creamery is a place that does come to my mind. For our recent purchase, we decided to go back to this Cold Stone as it was on our way back home. They had a good selection of cakes both small and medium sized. We were looking for a small. How did ice cream cakes get so expensive? Well we got a small ice cream cake but good thing I also had a Cold Stone Creamery rewards coupon for 20% off which helped with the sting of the price. Either way, we came home and ate the cake over several days as eating an ice cream cake between two people in one day would be a feat and although I do love an ice cream eating challenge, my bowels do not. We got a Strawberry Passion cake which according to the website has: Layers of moist Red Velvet Cake, Strawberry Puree and Strawberry Ice Cream with Graham Cracker Pie Crust wrapped in fluffy Strawberry Frosting. It was delicious but the cake to ice cream ratio could be a little bit better. Definitely felt like the cake was a 6" round that was cut in half but overmixed/overbaked and so it was a bit flat and dry so the cake was like maybe half an inch in height for both layers and there was like 1-2 inches of ice cream on top of those half inch cake layers. The photos on the website are a bit deceiving. Again not many places make ice cream cakes with multiple layers of cake. So it's a great option for this. Maybe the larger cakes have better layers. So we'll be back again to try other cakes in the future. read more

Haven't had Cold Stone in a long while and decided to stop in. I ended up going with a French Vanilla Ice Cream with chopped up Oreos and roasted almonds. Was SO good. Staff at this location was friendly and attentive. They let my little one sample a flavor before buying which helped her a lot with her final decision. Plenty of parking available in the parking lot. I went in with my boyfriend for our first time we were excited to try a banana pudding ice cream with the nilla wafers and banana topping we had seen on TikTok. We went at 11pm and an older mature looking man helped us out, not the best service. The ice cream was very poorly mixed, the wafers weren't crushed at all and there was about 3 pieces of banana in each cup.
