Unfortunately our experience was bad. I picked up a cake the night before and we sliced pieces today for Easter. One slice has a hair baked inside. Several pieces have been served and eaten before the hair was found.

    Cute holiday decorations.

This location still has great pastries and drinks. Right now they have cute seasonal decorations on all their cakes including their slices. $9+ for a rainbow slice is a little bit much and the slices appear smaller in size then before :/ They have a good staff here though.

The chocolate chiffon cake with coco crisp pearls is delicious! It's lightly sweet with the addicting crunch of the coco pearls. Thank you to the fantastic lady baker for decorating extra pearls on top. You made our Easter celebration dessert more special!

This is my first time buying from this location very disappointed. Eating half of it still not meet the curry yet. I usually buy from Pleasanton location almost everyday. Can't believe it not the same. I thought you guys should make the same Recipe.

The vibe is very cozy, smiling crew as you walk in... and I love the pastries and all. I just stop by today to grab and go... next time coffee experience. Follow up: Hello there, I do appreciate the place... but, I noticed parking is an issue... you'll get more business if you get a parking.. there's an adjacent lot specifically for parking ... just a suggestion...

Always our go to spot for birthday cakes for our family. Consistent, cute and they write so beautifully! The cakes are also perfectly sweetened, soft and fluffy. I love the whipped cream they use. Their pastries are delicious too.

Wow, a great place for after dinner dessert and coffee. While in the Bay Area for the weekend we delighted ourselves with not just one but a few different desserts to share. You can order from the counter or pick up a tray and tongs and make your own selection. I chose a Chocolate Tart, an Almond Raspberry danish and a few Macaroons topped with decaf coffee to share with my husband. I quickly learned that if there is no decaf available order Americana, which is watered down espresso. Huh, who knew? Everything was delicious. Highly recommend. FYI PNW has this bakery!!

Never again not for the drinks the pastries are ok over priced but good

Paris Baguette is normally my go to place for cakes and I always recommend them to my family and friends. Yesterday was my son's birthday and I picked up cake for my son. When I got home I pulled the cake out of the box and the whipped cream was cracked. I figured well it's not the prettiest one but as long as it tastes good. This one was by far the worst cake I've ever purchased from Paris baguette. The cake itself tasted really dry and stale and you could definitely taste that the cake was not fresh. The only things that were fresh on the cake was the fruit. I'm extremely disappointed, do they not have a quality control before placing the cakes for sale.

Pastries are so good! It was self serve and the person in the counter was polite. There are some tables and chairs where you can drink your coffee and eat your pastry. They have wifi. Pastries are pricey but it's worth it! Some are $7.50, some are $4 something. They have an app and if you become a member, you get discounts with coffee and pastries once in a while. There are too sweet ones and there are some that are not too sweet, all of them are delicious.

We've been visiting Paris Baguette for a few years now and often get cakes from here for special occasions. We recently picked up the Snow Bunny cake for our daughter's birthday, and it was adorable, perfect for kids! It would be great to see more designs added to their kids birthday cake collection. They offer both packaged pastries and freshly made ones, and the seating area is decent. I haven't tried their coffee yet, but I'm looking forward to it!

Hello Yelpers and Foodies in the know. Paris Baguette is a Gem in the South Hayward community. Unbelievable Fabulous Sweets but not the sugared sweets that you find everywhere. Theses pastries , cookies and cakes are of Top quality. I love this place. Parking is a little bit of a challenge but WELL WORTH the effort. I love the coffee Doughnuts and the creamy Doughnuts. Cant wait to buy a Cake or a Slice of Cake with my Granddaughter. Thank You for Reading. Reviews help Consumers.

Always see this place driving down Mowry and decided to check it out. Plenty of options for everyone and we even got a coffee. The only down fall to this place is it is a little pricey. They have many options from savory to sweet. You could even come here for lunch and grab one of their premade meals from the refrigerator section. Employees were nice and getting our coffee was very quick. We came early in the morning so I'm not sure how clean they keep the tables once busy, but the tables were pretty clean when we were there.

Soft Strawberry Cake ($47.49). Happy 18th birthday to my nephew and (age not disclosed) birthday to my brother!

I'm trying to find a coffee/dessert place to meet up with a group of people while in town. Do they have a decent amount of indoor seating with large tables?

Husband called them around 11am and they said they were in the middle of making their strawberry cakes so they could add our order in for a same day pickup at 4pm. Pickup went well and the cake was so cute and it tasted great! Like the Chinese bakery strawberry cream cake with a moist sponge cake; not too sweet, just right. Might sound basic but it was done very well. Would 100% recommend. I don't know prices for cakes nowadays but I didn't feel bad paying about $60 for a cute and tasty cake (6", strawberry cream cake). I wouldn't bank on same day pickups, I might've just been very lucky they were in the middle of making their cakes but it wouldn't hurt to try calling early in the day if you're in a pinch for a solid cake. Izumi seemed perfect given the fact that there are a good variation of sizes that could be bought. Not everyone is a matcha lover and our family tends to gravitate away from cakes, we appreciated the smaller options. The Kyoto Matcha was purchased. The design was simply but had a slightly fancy feel to it- exactly what we were hoping for! There was strong scent of matcha coming from the top drip design and we couldn't be more excited for our matcha bae. Fast Forward: The cake is super soft, fluffy, and oh so very light. The cake in itself was not super sweet- very typical of Asian cakes. The matcha flavor was unfortunately too mellow for us. 3 stars for the cake in itself but the rating is bumped up to a 4 because the presentation is so cute! Matcha wasn't what we were looking for but we may be inclined to try other flavors in the future.

Craftsman and Wolves is a killer crafts bakery that makes the perfect Kouign-amann. The shop does many things including a signature bread pudding, small in size but big in flava. Measures maybe two and a half inches diameter, an inch thick. Packs a wonderful wowie punch with the seasonally ripe berries and fruit, plus a few pieces of specialty chocolate. My friend who knows from excellent pastries says the goods at C and W are special because the sugars in each item are balanced, not excessive. The goodies we sampled together were scrumptious. Somehow even my pedestrian palate senses that these dessert thingies are distinctive and of ultra quality. Ambiance-wise, it's a noisy place with a few tables lining the windows. You are elbow to elbow practically against neighbouring tables. I know I heard every syllable of the conversation going on to my right-hand side. I also knew it was Korean, so I couldn't successfully eavesdrop... boooooo. Very unique metallic artsy fashioned chairs make the space seem modern. There's merch in the corner and on a wall. You can get coffee drinks too. Service is excellent: the majestically tall staffer -- who I thought was manager but isn't -- was the kindest friendliest soul, very pleasant to chat with. Craftsman crew were mad busy, but always with smiles and ready to help customers. You won't find any bakery bites that are not delectable at Craftsman and Wolves. Kool yummy easy five stars.

Small coffee shop sized with maybe seating for a dozen inside and a few small tables outside. I wasn't too familiar with their offerings, but I did know that it was chef driven and dedicated to quality. And in my short peek, I somewhat was able to confirm that. Drip Coffee (4*) Solid, bold and enough smoothness for me to want to savor it. Not as dark and roasty as Peets but good enough for me, especially to go with their delectable pastries. Kouign Amman (5*) I love B Patisserie's version that is flaky but saturated in buttery sugar, that I can only tolerate 1 of those at a time. Very rich and decadent. I have never seen a version quite like Craftmans and Wolves but that is what I found adoring. The exterior almost seems fried like a doughnut/cronut but totally not sure. It kinda had that bubbled exterior but not blatantly obvious. And there was just enough sugar cooked into it that it made it stealthy sweet, I'd say easily half the amount of sugar as B Pâtisserie's. Not that I would eat 2 of these in one sitting, but I easily could. Croissant Pudding (5*) They do these tiny mini bread puddings that can be heated up. We chose it as is, room temp and it was still fantastic. They use croissants as the 'bread' so it isn't as dense as a regular bread pudding. But their custard to bread ratio was masterful and this version (think they change the variations often) has burst of fresh raspberry and chunks of Dulce which is like a caramelized/browned white chocolate made by Valrhona. (I had to look that ingredient up as I never heard until now.) And to take alternate bites between the flaky and unique Kouign Amman and the creamy and slightly dense pudding with sips of quality black coffee, just initiated me an avid fan of Craftsman and Wolves. Seriously smacks!

There's no seating area inside the bakery, but there are some tables outside next to a water fountain. Of the times that I've been there, it's mostly empty and clean, and the trash bins are not overflowing. The donuts are absolutely delicious. The brioche donut is soft but holds the fillings in well. There's also a bit of crunch from the sugar on the outside of the donut. There's an ample amount of filling, so you get to taste the flavors. So far, my favorites are Irish cream, lemon blueberry, and banana cream. It is a bit messy to eat, so have napkins and a small plate to catch any sugar or filling that may fall out when you bite into it. We had their chocolate chip cookie. It looked like a big mound of baked dough. Overall, it was okay. I would easily skip this for the donuts instead. I haven't tried their coffees, but my daughter loves the hot chocolate, and I have been enjoying their calamansi juice. It's nice and tart, not too sweet. I have seen some savory options but have not tried them. I will be back to explore the menu.
