This Baskin Robbins location is close to Mega Mart. The parking is decent on this side because of the closure of a few stores. The service was super friendly and thoughtful. This location still provides 2 samples per guest. Can't go wrong with Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream!

@ Fremont Plaza 3850 Mowry Ave Fremont, CA 94538 Big scoops of tasty ice cream and fast service at Baskin-Robbins at Fremont Plaza on a Friday night. My job finished up in downtown Fremont. I used the Yelp App to see what was still open nearby. This B-R is open until 10pm, so I went in for a quick visit. I walked in, and saw four people behind the counter! Hmm, maybe it's busy on Friday night and they need extra staff. I asked for my favorite, 2 scoops in a cup, Jamoca and Chocolate Mint. The young man serving me asked ....."what do you want scooped first?" Interesting, not too many people ask that. You might want your favorite ice cream on top, so you can enjoy it first. So I went with Jamoca on top of Chocolate Mint. Price was $7.99. Very nice....creamy Jamoca ice cream on top of Chocolate Mint. I'll be back to this location. Free parking in lot.

Baskin Robbins is one of those places where you know what you're going to get - and that's some tasty ice cream options. My favorite is the peanut butter chocolate, and it was was delicious as always! However, this location is a bit depressing - it's small, run down, and in a dead shopping center. So if I were choosing which location to go to, it wouldn't be this one.

I love ice cream. Baseball nut is my all time favorite. They usually don't have it here. Last time freezer was out and the time before that they ran out. The freezer being out left only like ten flavors to choose from however.... I ordered a cheesecake ice cream anniversary cake and it was perfect. Cheesecake in every bite. No exaggeration. 10/10 recommend.

I used to place orders online for their ice cream cakes. Then discovered that it is much easier to just choose from whatever ice cream cakes they have in their freezer. It's all good. There was one visit when I was surprised to find a a cake that had one ice cream flavor on one half, and a different ice cream cake on the other half. This is a nice option for people who have different ice cream preferences. Or an excuse for people to have 2 slices of cake to try both flavors. I prefer their rectangular or their roll cakes over their round cake styles because they are much easier to cut. This shop is centrally located, across the street from the Fremont Hub. Parking has never been a problem, although getting into and out of the parking lot can be tricky when a lot of other cars are trying to do the same.

Can't go wrong with their cappuccino blast and milkshakes. Also, how adorable is their limited edition mini puft Ghostbusters POP ?! (See picture for reference). Customer service is okay at this location/

I ordered the Apple Pie and Strawberry Fresca, and both were excellent in their own way. The Strawberry Fresca was super refreshing -- fruity and almost like it's mixed with soda, and still creamy at the same time. A really nice balance that makes it perfect for a warm day. The Apple Pie leans more on the creamy and sweet side. The graham cracker pieces add a unique texture and soak up the gelato's richness really well, making each bite more satisfying and honestly kind of addictive. Service (5 / 5): Service was quick and smooth. Shoutout to the employee Lucial (hopefully I got the name right!) -- super friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. Ambience / Décor: It's a small café-style shop with a few tables inside if you want to sit and enjoy your dessert. We ended up taking ours to-go and enjoyed it in the car, but the space itself felt clean and cozy. Overall: Great gelato, plenty of flavors, and friendly service make this place worth a visit. Parking might take a minute, but once you get your hands on the gelato, it's totally worth it. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors.

They also have fan wafers, which are really good and pair perfectly with the gelato. Everything always tastes fresh and high quality, and the shop itself is always clean. The owner who works there is consistently polite, helpful, and informative. She's very sweet and always friendly to my daughter, which I really appreciate. My daughter especially loves the ube flavor, though honestly she enjoys just about everything there too. I've heard some people complain about the prices, but in my opinion it's absolutely worth it. This is quality gelato, made well, and you can taste the difference. They also have reserved parking right outside and a little bench where you can sit and enjoy your gelato, whether you eat it inside or outside. This place is a gem, and we'll definitely keep coming back.

I was parallel parking and the girl behind me and the audacity to follow me while I was pulling up to start backing up into a spot. She didn't even bother moving or going around while I was waiting for the spot to open up. There's no dedicated parking spots for this place so it's just street parking so good luck. The line. There's no clear end of where the line actually ends so it ends up being a jumbled mess and since there's a drive through, people don't know how to not block the way for the cars to go through. There's kids riding on bikes up and down the streets and the sidewalks so be cautious of what's around you. The service. Once we figured out where the line was, the teenager walked us over and took our order. She was very rude and had zero customer service. We were a party of 4, and after every single order, she would rush and ask "anything else?!" And I really wanted to reply with "and a better attitude" but I let it go. It wasn't even hot outside for her to have that kind of temper with customers. Like yes, it was busy, but you're doing a job that requires customer service. At the end of the day, it's free to be nice
