We got a 6 cookie variety pack which had one of each flavor they offer: oatmeal raisin, Reese's, double chocolate chip walnut, chocolate chip walnut, Oreo, and s'mores. I don't like chocolate, so the only one I had was oatmeal raisin. I loved it. They're huge thick cookies. The inside is nice and soft/gooey which I loved. My husband's favorite was the oreo one. We've been eating a lot of new cookies recently and this is definitely a good addition to Charlotte's cookie scene.

It was the perfect evening for ice cream and Andy's was just around the corner so we decided to…read moreswing by for a visit. Apparently so did everyone else in the area. The place was packed, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building and the customers were growing impatient waiting for their orders. We got in line and waited to place our order wondering if we made a mistake. It wasn't a very long wait until we were ablet to place our orders and even though Andy's was as busy as it was, the gentleman that took our order was really nice and patient. Long story but in the end that same gentleman singlehandedly finished taking orders, jumped into the back and caught all of the walk up orders up by hustling back and forth. There were three people working the drive thru and he, alone, was taking orders and filling them. I wish I had his name to give him the proper props. There was a long wait but given the hustle of this one employee I was okay with the wait. I ordered the triple chocolate concrete. They were out of cookie dough so I substituted for brownie. Overall it was a good choice for chocolate lovers. The ice cream is very smooth and their is not shortage of cookie dough or chocolate chips. Overall, a great place for a twist on ice cream. Great location and I will say this could have been a horrible experience had it not been for that one employee.
