Bruxie's in El Segundo is a must visit. The food is good and the staff are extremely friendly, especially Rey. She's so kind and very helpful with the different choices to try from their menu. This location opened last Wednesday. Today Scott, the CEO and other management was present. Great job getting the staff ready. Staff is polite, informative and very attentive. I had only been to Bruxie in Tustan once before but it left a lasting impression. The food is excellent. This location has plenty of parking. When you first walk in you're greeted by the host at the register who we told was our first time and she took the liberty to explain best sellers and what we might like based on our preferences. I don't remember the exact plate names but I got the classic chicken tenders and fries, and my bf got the waffle sandwich. The food was brought out hot and fresh and was great! Chicken tenders were juicy and HUGE. While dining in the staff was super attentive and friendly the whole stay. Would definitely recommend checking this place out if you are near. read more

I had the original waffle and fried chicken sandwich with the slightly sweet and spicy sauce and a little honey mustard on the side. I would give the sandwich a 5/5. The only reason I originally rated it a 4/5 because they weren't able to pour me a beer while I waited because they haven't gotten their liquor license approved yet. I'll definitely go back. I tried the new Bruce chicken and waffle place today and it was fantastic! the employees were so friendly and helpful and the food was terrific! i ordered just a plain waffle, crispy and it was! Super tasty with the pure, vermont syrup they serve it with. my father got the original, which was a waffle shaped like a taco shell filled with a moist, crispy chicken breast, and coleslaw. he said it was really delicious. we will be returning real soon! read more

This place is legit. Lightly and fluffy waffles with a slight crisp. I was worried about the chicken being dry since it's breaded cutlets but it was juicy and high qualtiy. This place doesn't claim it, but I'll let yah know that IT IS THE BEST! The chicken was perfectly flavored and so tender. My friend had the Holy Chicken. He devoured it. Not a single complaint. We decided to try the creme brûlée even though we were full but couldn't help ourselves. It was seriously one of the best things I've ever eaten. Eat them while they are hot though. Move aside Chick-Fil-A and any other chicken spots in the South Bay! Oh man am I pleasantly surprised. Tonight we went to Tender greens but decided to walk in and check this place out. The front cashier gentleman noticed how apprehensive I was about the prices so I appreciate how he ran through the options with me. By the way, give this man a bonus because he won us over! We decided on the 10 piece jumbo chicken pieces. They were freshly made and the batter /seasoning was so delicious and the white meat (boneless) was juicy. What topped off the experience were the sauces (thank you for not being sparing with the sauces). The honey mustard, ranch and buffalo were perfect - it felt like an enhanced Chik-Fil-A chicken tender experience. It was worth paying a premium ($30) for the fried chicken. I waited maybe over 10 minutes but the indoors was really spacious and aesthetics very pleasing that it made me want to come back and grab a drink/beer. We will definitely be coming back. read more

I have been to this location twice through phone orders and let me tell you the customer service is 1000/10. They have been so nice each time I have put an order in and even with the extra requests upon arrival they were happy to grab each extra item I needed.
