Always read the emails Yelp sends about new places. Saw an email that mentioned Bruxie in Westwood Village. Since I like chicken, I decided to go to Bruxie the next time I was in Westwood Village. Went to Bruxie today. Had an Original. It was very good and there was a lot of it. It came with a little bottle of maple syrup. I took the little bottle of maple syrup home with me. Going to go to Bruxie again sometime soon and try something else.

I was so excited to see there's a Bruxie by UCLA ~ I used to have one by me in Irvine but it didn't survive lockdown I immediately told all my friends that's where we were going for late nite bites after dancing and everyone ultimately loved the food and said it was the correct call. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved the Bruxie playlist and it wasn't too loud so we could still chat away.

The food was amazing. The service here is so delightful. The chicken was so flavorful and fresh. The waffle is so crisp and fresh definitely will be back to try more options like the sandwiches.

Bruxie was a delicious first-timer chicken and waffles experience. The meal on the heavier side, but that was somewhat expected - the chicken was well seasoned and the waffle was soft and fluffy. My meal also came with a tiny cute bottle of maple syrup!

This location has an abundance of seating, and is very spacious to dine-in. The classic waffle chicken sandiwch combo was ~$20, which is pretty expensive for fast food brunch, but was so filling. Everything was prepared perfectly, and the workers checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I would go back to this bruxie location again.

Overall experience - 8/10 - I want on a Wednesday during noon time and it was not super busy. Granted it was before school started and everyone that was eating in the area was either UCLA staff or people who worked at the UCLA hospital nearby. The restaurant has a lot of seating on the 1st floor and there was also a 2nd floor with ample seating. Parking was a bit difficult if you were going to drive here. There was mostly street parking. The Food - I ordered a 2 tender with fries meal. The tenders were nicely spiced and had a decent crunch. The meat was a good quality breast tender. The honey mustard that came with the tenders was a good complement as a dip. I love having honey mustard with the tenders. The tenders had other flavors to put on them, but they were spicy and I didn't have that great of a spice tolerance. The fries were waffle fries and were super crispy. They tasted great with whatever dip that anyone wants to use with it. There were other menus items that I like from this store that I didn't purchase including the original chicken sandwich that is a waffle with fried chicken and coleslaw in it. Overall - I would come back to the restaurant if I was craving friend chicken and waffles. They have many different options, but also some options that I use to like removed from the menu. It is still a fun place to go to eat though. They also have other locations too.

Overall Experience 8.0/10 I went on a Tuesday afternoon and it was not super busy. Granted this was before school starts and everyone is back on campus. The restaurant has a lot of space to sit down and even seems to be a nice upstairs area to be seated. Parking will be difficult if you are driving here so plan accordingly if you want to find street parking. The food: We ordered the Loaded Waffle Fries, the Hot Honey Sandwich and The Original. The fries were super crispy, hot and comes with a lot of crispy ground beef and cheese with a slightly spicy mayo drizzled on top. Personally I was not a huge fan of the loaded waffle fries as it felt heavy for me, but others in my group loved it. The Hot Honey Sandwich was amazing. There was a perfect amount of spicy and sweetness to the chicken patty, and it was super crispy, and juicy. The pickles add some acidity which and the spicy mayo sauce make it all come together. I also liked how they toasted the brioche buns too for each sandwich. The Original comes in a waffle taco with slaw and chicken inside of it. The chicken was also just as juicy and tender, and the waffle with coleslaw and adds a sweet and sour balance. Overall: I would come here if I was craving a fried chicken something! They have many options for chicken and it seems like they are all fried well.

Nice restaurant!! The windows are pretty dark on the outside, so it's easy to miss. However, I heard about this place on social media and wanted to try it out. I was really impressed with the space itself. It was very spacious and had a second floor! There are all kinds of seating--chairs, comfy couches, and barstools. I ate upstairs and thought the area was great--loved the UCLA decor. My honey hot chicken sandwich was solid--the bun especially. The employees were very kind and friendly--gave me a complimentary bruxie sauce! I'd check this place out if you're in the Westwood area.

Westwood opened a new Bruxie location. I'm surprised there wasn't anybody at 8PM on a Tuesday whenwe arrived. We ordered a shake with reese's but they don't have it. They only have fruits and Oreos. Chicken and Waffle 4/5 was big for $14.5. The waffle was super crispy and freshly made. The chicken tenders are salty though so I only ate the inside, not the crust. Loaded waffle fries 4.5/5 for $10.5 was super crispy as well, topped with cheese, bacon buts and chives. The cheese looks a little hard and not like nacho cheese. But the fries were so cripsy. The orange dreamsicle shake 5/5 was unique. I haven't seen anywhere that offer this flavor. Overall I would come back. I wish there are chicken with bones though.

Yelp Review of Bruxie Rating: Bruxie has quickly become one of my favorite dining spots! Supra affordable !!!! This place serves some of the most delicious food you can imagine. The menu is impressively diverse, making it a delightful challenge to choose between the mouthwatering options, including crispy waffles, flavorful chicken sandwiches, and perfectly cooked chicken tenders. The selection is extensive, and I love that there are plenty of dipping sauces to complement every meal--especially with three levels of heat for those who enjoy a spicy kick! When it comes to drinks, you won't be disappointed either. They offer an array of delightful options like indulgent ice cream shakes and unique mixers, not to mention a range of classic favorites. I particularly enjoyed customizing my shake with combinations like cookies and cream and cookie dough. And if you want something refreshing, definitely try the orange dreamsicle flavor--it's a real treat! For coffee lovers, Bruxie has you covered with various cold coffee options that are just perfect. And let's talk about the famous waffle fries--they're a must-try! They're perfectly crispy and go great with pretty much everything on the menu. What truly sets Bruxie apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about each meal. The clean atmosphere, both in the kitchen and the seating areas, really adds to the overall pleasant dining experience. I was particularly impressed with how the team went above and beyond to ensure my order was exactly how I wanted it. One highlight was the top-notch table service. The staff went the extra mile by carrying my food up the stairs to the stylish modern upstairs lounge area. This space is cozy and inviting, featuring comfortable couches and big-screen TVs in every direction--a perfect spot to unwind while enjoying your meal. The views from the upstairs lounge overlooking the lower seating area and outdoor space are beautiful. I loved watching the sunset in the western California sky while savoring every bite. It made for a perfect dining ambiance! Located in the vibrant UCLA Westwood downtown area, Bruxie offers convenient parking options, whether on the street or in nearby parking ramps. If you're in the mood for some scrumptious chicken tenders or any of their other delightful offerings, Bruxie is definitely a must-visit spot. Overall, my experience at Bruxie was nothing short of fantastic, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy delicious food in a welcoming environment. Whether you're dining in or grabbing takeout, you're sure to leave with a smile on your face and a satisfied appetite!

I ordered the Rafaello (naturally, because I have a dear friend named Rafaela and I'm loyal like that) and the Milanese. Both were absolute masterpieces. The Rafaello was a flavor bomb of perfection, and the Milanese? Crispy, juicy, and so dangerously delicious I nearly proposed to it mid-bite. And I can't forget the penne pasta--it was a silky, sauce-kissed dream that somehow managed to outshine every other pasta I've had in recent memory. Perfectly al dente, loaded with fresh, vibrant flavors, and seasoned like it had something to prove. It wasn't just a side; it was a full-blown scene-stealer. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm and welcoming. The staff is genuinely friendly, the service is quick and spot-on, and everything just feels... right. But the real hero here is the bread. They bake it fresh in-house every single day, and it's not just good bread--it's the kind of bread that makes you question every sad grocery store loaf you've ever tolerated. Golden, crusty, pillowy perfection. That house-made bread is the proverbial icing on an already flawless sandwich, piled high with generous portions of premium meats and ingredients that actually taste like they came from somewhere with standards. Lorenzo doesn't just make sandwiches. They deliver religious experiences between two slices of bread (and on a plate of pasta). Do your stomach a favor--actually, do your soul a favor--and get over there immediately. Order one. Or two. Or three. I'm not here to judge your life choices. Just know you'll thank me later.

First time here and opted for the Cotto, which had Prosciutto Cotto, truffle cream, brie cheese, lemon zest and truffle oil and black pepper for $22. Their homemade and freshly baked focaccia bread was sooo good! Toasted perfectly. Not too crispy, not too soft. Their finely shaved prosciutto felt like butter, along with the perfect combination of Brie and Lemon. SIMPLY DELICIOUS! Cynthia and Renato have brought an incredible sandwich spot to Beverly Hills! Cynthia took my order and she is as sweet as can be! And Renato was busy preparing all the orders. It was bustling with the lunch crowd so super busy but I was able to snag a spot inside and listen to the great music they had playing. I rarely give a five star review but I truly love this place! I definitely need to come back over and over again to try all the other sandwich options. One of the best!

I ordered the mozzarella sandwich with fresh ovoline mozzarella, creamy avocado, crunchy alfalfa sprouts, pickled red onions, and zatar spread on their signature crackly house made focaccia. The sandwich was stacked incredibly high with fresh ingredients and every bite was delicious. The focaccia alone deserves recognition since it was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside. The flavors worked really well together. The portion was huge and it took me about forty minutes to finish because it was so generously loaded. They even gave me a side of avocado at no charge which was a really nice surprise. We also both ordered the homemade lemonade which was to die for and very refreshing. For the quality and portion size the prices are very affordable. They also accept Blackbird which is a great bonus. Amazing sandwiches, fresh ingredients, generous portions, and a fun atmosphere. We liked it so much that we made a plan to come back next week. So we went to today and I ordered a BLT with turkey added, no problem. My girlfriend asked for the veggie wrap in a sandwich form and the guy at the register said "we don't do modifications". My girlfriend responded by saying they were able to do it last time so could you check. He looked fairly new and had trouble putting in my order in the register since I modified it by adding turkey. So he went to the back and just asked, do we do modifications? To which the guy in the back said no. She's vegan and that's all she can have off the menu so she ended up not getting anything and she was bummed since she really liked the sandwich they made last time. So we won't be coming back here and this place gets one star based on the customer service. It's a sandwich shop, if it's an extra charge to put a veggie wrap into a sandwich no problem. But the hard NO when it was made last time is PRETTY LAME for a sandwich shop not being able to make a veggie sandwich.
