The worst excuse for a sandwich I've ever experienced
    Sam L.

Worst excuse for a shawarma sandwich I've ever experienced in my life. 99 percent stale bread and barely anything inside This place is an embarrassment Don't eat here. Save your money We bought 4 sandwiches they were all terrible.

Service: counter service Ambiance: fast casual takeout Food: all the options are solid, would rec the falafel bowl (falafel, pita, spinach, pickled cabbage)

Phenomenal falafel bowl! Fresh! Warm! Savory! $6? Whaaaat? Falafel plates all over town are $17! How has this eligible vegan missed this for all these years? The free six squeeze bottles of assorted dressings as the condiment sides are a GODSEND! Four of them are vegan - because vegan!! Heavenly bed of baby spinach complement the pita chips, Persian cucumber salad, gherkins, pickled purple onions! Truly an emerald discover in the vegan world of gems!!

Love this spot! Where else can you find a pit sandwich under $10? Parking is a lil tricky but this is more of a pedestrian friendly spot. I tried the vegan shawarma recently and I definitely prefer the falafel. The vegan shawarma is soy based. It didn't taste house-made which is fine. The falafels are just soooo much better and the shop is literally called falafel Inc.

Whenever we travel, my husband wants...falafel. His mom's falafel was the best! Falafel Inc is a very interesting restaurant. It sells falafel and more and donates to help refugees worldwide. Eat for good. The location in Westwood was not busy on a Thursday afternoon. UCLA is out for the summer and there was not a lot of foot traffic. Easy to order a couple of falafel sandwiches to take to the Getty Center. Seating here is very limited as is the parking in Westwood. The sandwiches were good. Falafel in a pita with lettuce, pickled red cabbage, pali salad, mazbout and red sauce. The falafel was a bit dry and bland, but sauce bar to the rescue! Loved their sauce bar. Grabbed small containers of all of their sauces which we needed to spice up our sandwiches while I waited for our to go order. The garlic was smooth with a hint of lemon. The white is a creamy mayo. The mazbout is a classic tahini. The red and habibi pack a bit of head. The invisible is not so invisible with the jalapeños! Definitely needed the sauces for the falafel in a pita sandwiches. Falafel is always a hard one for me to review as my mother-in-law's was award winning. Falafel Inc was good, but not great. Maybe because the restaurant was slow when we went the falafel was dry.

We had tried this place before but since we were going to a movie we decided to get a quick bite. Ordered the pita sandwich with hummus which was freshly made. The server, cook Zee was so friendly and courteous that she made the food taste better. A plus to this place for having such a fantastic employee. The sandwich was tasty and the price was reasonable. Just wish they had tables inside. There's three small tables outside. There's several sauces available to accompany the sandwich.Highly recommend this place.

Had to throw most of my order out not edible based on salt content.

I ordered from here yesterday from and it was so salty I couldn't eat 3/4 of what sent to me. I ordered the Vegan Shawarma sandwich which after a few bites I threw out. The Zaatar fries which was so saturated in salt and seasoning it was nasty. Had to throw that out too. The hummus, is so packed with salt or whatever seasoning I can't eat that. Today I am trying out the Plant Rice Bowl which was a bit better since I could use the rice to calm down the salt and seasoning. The sandwich and bowl is relentlessly packed with red cabbage as a filler it seems which is not good. Overall big thumbs down. I don't know what's going on in the kitchen but they are not paying attention.

Super good!!!!! Falafel bowl. Clean, good prices and fresh food. Note: there are only three little tables for outside sitting. However, WELL worth the trip there.

As a first time customer here I enjoyed the chicken wrap especially with some sauces on it. Price was very reasonable. Also friendly employee. Wish they had indoor sitting. Next time I'll try the sandwich.

Fantastic price, clean, fast, friendly, street parking is metered until 8pm or 10pm everyday they do have patio tables and chairs outside but inside there are no tables just seating The chicken and rice bowl is $11 i believe so it's fairly affordable for the price and you can pick your own sauces. It's very similar to halal guys or NYC chicken and gyros brand. they also have it on postmates for $1 or $2 more for the same item and you can have it ready for pickup.

Returned to my old stomping ground and decided to stop by Falafel inc in Westwood since I needed a quick bite to eat. This is mostly a grab and go stop but there are a few countertops inside if you'd like to eat in (and if there's room). I ordered the falafel sandwich and the falafel pak, both were delicious, with a crunch in every bite and flavorful throughout. Ordering was a breeze and it took no more than 5 minutes for my order. If you're on the go, this is definitely a worthwhile spot to consider, although if you have a car, parking can be a challenge because.... it's Westwood.

Different sauces - we tried garlic (can't go wrong), habibi and max out - all good!
    Gracela B.

What a gem in Westwood Village. Went to the Hammer museum and found this on Eater LA. Ordered a chicken bowl, falafel sandwich and zaatar fries and it came out to $21 (doesn't include tip). Where can you find this meal for two for that amount these days?!?! There was a waiting area inside and chairs for 6 people outside. If you want a quick, healthy, delicious and reasonably priced meal for under $10 per order, do check out Falafel Inc.

Great tasting food, esp. the Zaatar fries! And the price is very reasonable, I get a substantial meal for around $20 but I often spend less

I finally went in today and sadly, was not only disappointed, my fantasy of Falafel King was destroyed forever. I know Benito used to work for Falafel King, but this place is nothing like it. The service was horrible. The guy behind the little counter was not nice at all. In fact he was rude. And didn't like if you asked him questions. But that aside, sitting in this little tiny restaurant was not a good feeling. We were the only ones there. They have a seating area outside, I'm guessing for overflow - yet, the table and chairs were right there in the middle of the restaurant. Piled up. They didn't even bother to take it outside. Put all that aside - we get to the food. One of the best things Falafel King has were the "chips", which were battered slices of potatoes that were deep fried. These were slices of potato, they were potato chips. Thin. No "meat" on them, if you know what I mean. And sadly, they were fried either early this morning or last night. Terrible, cold, hard, no taste - not even salt. We move on the falafel - which tasted good. The taste of the falafel itself was good, but the oil dripping down my hand an face was not. I blame that on the oil not being hot enough when he put the falafel into the oil. Next, the actual shwarma is not really shwarma (like you all know it). There was no revolving slab of meat where the fat melts into the meat and makes it so so special. No. This was a little baggy of already cooked meat with no spices on it thrown on the plancha and heated up. Hard and tasteless. Very disappointing. I picked it out of my pita and ate the salad with tehina and spicy eggplant (which WAS tasty). The pita is also a thin hard pita - not the nice fluffy type. I didn't finish my food, and my friend didn't finish the food, as you can see in the pictures. Sorry to give it a 1 - but to say you have ANY connection to "Falafel King" is a disgrace. Sorry if I sound brutal. I tell it like it is.

And the fried chicken was AMAZING. Shwarma that is breaded with an amazing mixture and fried. Genius! The plates also came with hummus topped with whole chickpeas (YUM), dilled rice, a cabbage salad and other greens, grilled pita bread, olives and my personal favorite, pickled radishes.
