I had a large order yesterday. When I got home, I realized I did not have any of my drinks. I called them the next day and Ana told me she would fix everything. Ana is giving me back the drinks that I never received and an allowance of two weeks to pick everything up. This location (Westwood) is located minutes from my office. It is the perfect stop before work!! The customer service representatives/waitstaff are always courteous and are efficient. The food has never disappointed and always reliable. I always get the Southwest Spicy salad, which is perfectly spiced and is filling without overdoing. They say 3 times a charm but no, not in my case. This is my third time ever eating at chic Fila ever. As with the first two times I still don't get it. I see the long lines and I still don't know why. So I was really hungry and this was the most convenient place at the time. Came in late after a show. There were no posted hours on the doors, and the staff happily served us food for dine in without telling us they were 5 minutes to closing. I figured it out soon after and thought, "no big deal: they gave us the order for dine in and they are allowing us to sit down and eat; we'll finish up within 10 minutes and get out." 3 minutes later they pushed us out mid meal and forced us to take our trash with us as garbage was 'last call' at 11:03pm (closed at 11pm) Ridiculous -- either set limits that food is 'to go' only after a certain time, or allow patrons dining shortly after closing to finish and NOT resort to tactics like refusing to take their garbage to 'punish' them for staying after closing. This was one of the most mediocre experiences I have had yet at a Chick-fil-A. It was my lunch break and I was off to pick up an order for me and a coworker. The place was absolutely filled to the brim with college students and others who work nearby. The location just was so small and cramped. Even when waiting for the food I had to lean against a wall just to not block the way for folks trying to get their food. I ordered through the app and got my order relatively in 13 minutes, but my coworker's was never put into the system. So I had to wait another 10 for that order. This goes into the worst part of this whole location and what I knew from the start would be a problem, the parking. Parking was horrid and required that you go into a musty underground parking lot. There you have exactly from what a worker said "20 free minutes" to get in and out without paying. That was the plan, however it took longer because of the delay. Before leaving I even asked for validation which they provided me another ticket for. Guess what? It didn't work on the exit as the machine gave an error. I owed another $7.00 for parking on top of the meal. What an absolute horrid and shoddy experience, and I had to run back to my office without any time to spare. In the end, food was what to be expected but nothing too amazing to brag about with their tenders. It's just chicken. Overpriced and overhyped chicken. read more

Out of all the sauces, my favorites are the chick fil a sauce (legendary, just BBQ & honey mustard combined), Polynesian sauce, Buffalo sauce, and the ranch ofc. Power move includes dipping your nugs into both Buffalo & ranch. Their fall autumn spice milkshake was just okay and their vanilla iced coffee is tasty. If this location wasn't the only Chick-fil-A close by and I didn't love their chicken sandwiches so much, I would definitely avoid! This place is poorly run. They have tons of staff but have a hard time managing mobile orders. It seems like most of their orders are mobile too which means long lines when you go inside and a wait time even if the app tells you your food is ready! Last time I went I ordered off the app and had to wait an additional 10-15 min even though they said my order was ready. Even worse is they made my frosted coffee first so it sat there and was melted when my food finally came out. The food quality and taste is similar to other locations but this spot also has terrible parking options since it's located on a corner near university. This is the closest spot to our offices, so when a quick lunch is needed it is always the first considered. Since this is on campus, there is usually a line, especially around noon. Try and go on off hours to avoid this. I personally find Chick-fil-A to be one of the better fast food options out there. The employees are always very kind. My favorite is their nuggets with their ranch and buffalo sauces. Also, the new mac and cheese is surprisingly really good!
