Vibes were good, service is very hyper/playful/welcoming. The caesar wrap lived up to the viral hype but the spicy p was a 3/10 to me. THE BREAD USED WAS SO HARD IT HURT MY JAW, felt like my teeth were getting pulled out so not worth it. I don't even think I enjoyed that sandwich one bit. They had a collab with an electrolyte brand at the front fridge stand which was pretty cool. Sadly, parking is only validated for 30min we were there for a little more than 30 min and was hit with a $3 charge. Pricey to dinein but okay for take out

I got the grilled chicken Caesar wrap and it definitely didn't disappoint. I already love Caesar dressing, so the slight tanginess was a big plus for me. The chicken was crispy and paired really well with the thin wrap and salad inside. Over time it does get a little dry though, so I'd recommend getting an extra sauce on the side. The portions are massive and one wrap is more than enough for one person. I'd actually suggest coming with a friend, ordering two different items, and splitting them so you can try more of the menu. Parking is honestly the main thing that keeps me from coming more often. The parking validation is only for a limited time and doesn't really give enough time to fully enjoy your meal stress free. That said, the staff here are awesome. Everyone is super enthusiastic and welcoming, almost like they're treating customers like family. The ambience, service, and food were all on point.

Unbelievably yummy crispy chicken wrap!!! Came here after seeing this wrap go viral on social media and from hearing great things from word of mouth, and it did not disappoint! Chicken is so crispy, the ceasar dressing is delicious, and portions are huge! Besides the amazing wrap, the service and overall vibes inside is wonderful!! The server was so energetic, happy, and joking around with everyone inside! I would 10/10 recommend this place :) The only thing is parking can be challenging just given the busy location in Brentwood fyi!

Wow talk about customer service! I was greeted with the most enthusiastic and friendly guy (I wish I remembered his name) and it set me up be extra excited to try this sandwich spot for the first time. They have a great menu and I think the sandwiches are priced well especially for the size and how good they are! I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and it was so good, I can't wait to come back for another one! I also got the chocolate chip cookies which were good. The inside has plenty of seating and I love how unique it is! Very cute spot and delicious sandwiches!

I wanted to share feedback on our experience today. Everyone who works here was so kind and it was clear they were very busy. The restaurant has a very welcoming vibe but limited seating. We came in and ordered two sandwiches but it took over an hour to receive our order. I'm not sure how it happened but several people who ordered well after us received their food first. After waiting around I watched our ticket get pulled down and attached to a bag with my husband's sandwich and then it sat for about 20 minutes before my sandwich was finished. When we were finally handed our order I did appreciate that they let us know our order had been refunded. Unfortunately by the time we were able to eat the food it was cold and soggy. We really want to love this place the ingredients are great and I've been searching for a good eggplant parm spot so I truly hope things improve.

My girlfriend and I stopped in a few months ago to get the Caesar chicken wrap and the arancinis, both were phenomenal. Our server Phil was also phenomenal, one of the most positive and kind people I've ever interacted with, while also delivering us excellent service by being more than eager to help. Everytime I've been to Ggiata has been great, down to the napkin holders, I recommend it to everyone I know who is visiting Los Angeles!

While I was sad to see the old NY Bagel leave this spot, Ggiata is a welcome addition to the Brentwood food scene. I'm happy to have a casual and undeniably tasty spot! We ordered the Italian and the Draper. Both were on delicious soft and fresh bread. I loved the sesame roll: plenty of fillings and not overly complicated. I love the interior style - tile floors, cozy seating, feels familiar and comfortable. The staff could not be nicer!

Absolutely delicious!!! I am so obsessed with this wrap it was so good! Perfect size and flavors. I even got it door-dashed and the quality was perfect so I can't imagine in person. It's a casual spot so definitely can stop by at any time. The service was great and my friend and I loved our food. There are few chicken Caesar salad wraps that have the perfect consistency but this was yummy! Definitely will be back.

Love Ggiata so much!! I'm so happy they opened up a in Brentwood! Located in the same place as salt and straw, can grab ggiata for lunch and then walk over to grab some ice cream. The only bad thing is the parking situation. Would either need to find a spot on the street, valet or park in the back but it's very pricy. I believe we got validated at ggiata but validation does only cover for ~30 min so if you plan on eating there, you will need to still pay the rest. We ate the breakfast burrito and the star was the aioli! It was so delicious with a small hint of spiciness. Chefs kiss We also got the Ruben which was one of their specials and it was very good but a bit heavier for me. The bread is chewy with salty meat but is balanced with the coleslaw. The portions are big so we ended up getting 2 sandwiches and swapping which I totally recommended. Also the space is relatively big and we were able to grab a spot during a busy time so totally recommended eating there! And the workers are very nice and they explained what was good/worth it to eat :)

Finally got to try the viral crispy chicken caesar wrap! I really enjoyed the texture of the wrap, it was chewy and nicely charred. The romaine was fresh and had a nice crunch, the salad was nicely dressed-just the right amount and not too much. While the crispy chicken had great flavor and batter, the meat was a little dry. The Caesar dressing on the side was a nice touch, and tangy and complimented the wrap well. A nice lunch option if I'm in the area- it's good but I wouldn't drive across town for it per se, it's more of a good bite if your around type of establishment!

I've tried Ggiata twice now - the WeHo and Brentwood locations. Honestly, much as I want to love it - and there's a lot to get excited about when you look at the menu - i'm just always disappointed with my meal. I just think that this is one of those places where the hype is bigger than the reality. Their sides are better than their mains - The eggplant fries are great, and the arancini is solid (I find the marinara sauce too sweet). I've had both the buffalo chicken wrap, and the chicken parm sandwich. Both were super underwhelming. The wrap was loosely wrapped and light on dressing and flavor. The chicken in the parm was so over-cooked that taking a bite dragged the entire piece of chicken out of the bread. My friend has always liked her sandwiches, and each location's decor is cute. I am willing to try more, but I'm definitely no longer excited for this.

Damn, what I can I say about this place. It's like dropping a quarter down the well, hoping for a wish to come true. All dreams with a letdown. You walk in , it's got the noise and pleasant staff to support you. However the food lacks seasoning and you can tell that it's made for the specific target market. This spot has a nice water well for cups and they got paper/chrome cups. The price was hefty and not worth it. It's good for the one time and one time only. 4/10. Forgetboutit, keep the grease on the bag and let me know that it's worth it. Not enough meat and especially seasoning.

troy who checked me and my bf out really hooked it up with the hospitality and customer service, he was so welcoming and gave us the right recommendation for which sandwhiches to order. the philly cheesesteak is amazinggg and the big burr and the cookies for something sweet after ;) definitely will be back

If you're visiting the area, I highly recommend making a stop here. My biggest piece of advice is to go early because it gets incredibly busy by lunchtime--and for good reason! Keep in mind they are closed on Monday and Tuesday. While you can order online, I'll always choose to go inside so I can browse everything they have to offer. Their selection of fresh pasta salads is fantastic, and the desserts are always tempting. Whether you're craving lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, a chicken Parmesan sandwich, or one of their many other Italian specialties, you really can't go wrong. Be sure to check out the wine section in the back left of the market. It's extensive and absolutely incredible! This is the kind of place that keeps people coming back year after year, and it's easy to see why. Being Italian American and growing up with an Italian mother who loved feeding everyone, this was one of our favorite places to visit together. Those memories make every trip here even more special. My personal favorite is the Godmother sandwich--hands down one of the best you'll ever have. It's packed with flavor, made with quality ingredients, and it's the sandwich I find myself craving every time I come back. One of the things I love most about this place is the atmosphere. It has an energy that immediately makes you think of family. Everyone is genuinely kind, welcoming, and happy to help, making you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door. It has that warm, old-school Italian family vibe that's becoming harder and harder to find, and it's a big part of what makes this place so special.

Their mozzarella sandwich is a masterpiece with Fresh Ovoline Mozzarella, Avocado, Alfalfa Sprouts, Pickled Red Onion and a delicious Za'atar Spread. What makes it stand out as one of the best sandwiches in LA is the bread. They make their own focaccia several times a day and it is divine. Probably the only other place that can dare to match their creations is La Zucca at the Beverly Hills Cheese Store. Some of our other favorites is the tuna sandwich. Service is always on point and the sandwich travels well for consuming it at home. There isn't a ton of space to sit, but there is some counter style seating. Tip: Their menu is limited by choice. Check their Daily specials (Sandwich of the Day) for inspiration. They have 3 kids sandwiches (all are meat based). Tip: The biggest challenge is parking, sometimes metered parking is available.
