chicken wrap
Jason N.

I got the grilled chicken Caesar wrap and it definitely didn't disappoint. I already love Caesar dressing, so the slight tanginess was a big plus for me. The chicken was crispy and paired really well with the thin wrap and salad inside. Over time it does get a little dry though, so I'd recommend getting an extra sauce on the side. The portions are massive and one wrap is more than enough for one person. I'd actually suggest coming with a friend, ordering two different items, and splitting them so you can try more of the menu. Parking is honestly the main thing that keeps me from coming more often. The parking validation is only for a limited time and doesn't really give enough time to fully enjoy your meal stress free. That said, the staff here are awesome. Everyone is super enthusiastic and welcoming, almost like they're treating customers like family. The ambience, service, and food were all on point.

Wow talk about customer service! I was greeted with the most enthusiastic and friendly guy (I wish I remembered his name) and it set me up be extra excited to try this sandwich spot for the first time. They have a great menu and I think the sandwiches are priced well especially for the size and how good they are! I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and it was so good, I can't wait to come back for another one! I also got the chocolate chip cookies which were good. The inside has plenty of seating and I love how unique it is! Very cute spot and delicious sandwiches!

Unbelievably yummy crispy chicken wrap!!! Came here after seeing this wrap go viral on social media and from hearing great things from word of mouth, and it did not disappoint! Chicken is so crispy, the ceasar dressing is delicious, and portions are huge! Besides the amazing wrap, the service and overall vibes inside is wonderful!! The server was so energetic, happy, and joking around with everyone inside! I would 10/10 recommend this place :) The only thing is parking can be challenging just given the busy location in Brentwood fyi!

Absolutely delicious!!! I am so obsessed with this wrap it was so good! Perfect size and flavors. I even got it door-dashed and the quality was perfect so I can't imagine in person. It's a casual spot so definitely can stop by at any time. The service was great and my friend and I loved our food. There are few chicken Caesar salad wraps that have the perfect consistency but this was yummy! Definitely will be back.

Finally got to try the viral crispy chicken caesar wrap! I really enjoyed the texture of the wrap, it was chewy and nicely charred. The romaine was fresh and had a nice crunch, the salad was nicely dressed-just the right amount and not too much. While the crispy chicken had great flavor and batter, the meat was a little dry. The Caesar dressing on the side was a nice touch, and tangy and complimented the wrap well. A nice lunch option if I'm in the area- it's good but I wouldn't drive across town for it per se, it's more of a good bite if your around type of establishment!

I wanted to share feedback on our experience today. Everyone who works here was so kind and it was clear they were very busy. The restaurant has a very welcoming vibe but limited seating. We came in and ordered two sandwiches but it took over an hour to receive our order. I'm not sure how it happened but several people who ordered well after us received their food first. After waiting around I watched our ticket get pulled down and attached to a bag with my husband's sandwich and then it sat for about 20 minutes before my sandwich was finished. When we were finally handed our order I did appreciate that they let us know our order had been refunded. Unfortunately by the time we were able to eat the food it was cold and soggy. We really want to love this place the ingredients are great and I've been searching for a good eggplant parm spot so I truly hope things improve.

I've tried Ggiata twice now - the WeHo and Brentwood locations. Honestly, much as I want to love it - and there's a lot to get excited about when you look at the menu - i'm just always disappointed with my meal. I just think that this is one of those places where the hype is bigger than the reality. Their sides are better than their mains - The eggplant fries are great, and the arancini is solid (I find the marinara sauce too sweet). I've had both the buffalo chicken wrap, and the chicken parm sandwich. Both were super underwhelming. The wrap was loosely wrapped and light on dressing and flavor. The chicken in the parm was so over-cooked that taking a bite dragged the entire piece of chicken out of the bread. My friend has always liked her sandwiches, and each location's decor is cute. I am willing to try more, but I'm definitely no longer excited for this.

While I was sad to see the old NY Bagel leave this spot, Ggiata is a welcome addition to the Brentwood food scene. I'm happy to have a casual and undeniably tasty spot! We ordered the Italian and the Draper. Both were on delicious soft and fresh bread. I loved the sesame roll: plenty of fillings and not overly complicated. I love the interior style - tile floors, cozy seating, feels familiar and comfortable. The staff could not be nicer!

I've tried this location three times since they opened as I'm a Brentwood local. I will say the service is fast and friendly but I'm just not into the food I've tried so far. I wish there was more bread options as I did not like the seeded baguette and I'm not into ciabatta. I've tried the Classic Italian, The Burr, and the buffalo chicken wrap. The size and presentation are excellent given the price tag as I would hope they would be. I'll probably end up trying more menu items since I'm in the area. The decor is cute and it's nice they have the bar seating in addition to the tables.

Wait time was about 20-30 minutes at approximately 12:30pm on a Wednesday. First time trying their breakfast - pretty solid. Sesame roll to egg ratio could have been a bit more balanced but overall, taste was 9/10.

This ain't your grandpa's deli and that's the whole point. From the second you walk in, Ggiata hits you with great energy, great vibes, and seriously next-level food. This place understands sandwiches the way a luxury brand understands details, nothing basic, nothing phoned in. First things first: split the sandwich. These are BIG, generous portions, perfect for sharing with a friend. Do one sandwich, chips on both sides, and you've got the ideal setup. I had the tuna sandwich (I believe it's called The Bird), and WOW. So much flavor. Capers, banana peppers, bright, briny, perfectly balanced, and hands-down one of the best tuna sandwiches I've ever had. You can taste the intention in every bite. Also, the staff is amazing--friendly, fast, and they make the whole place feel welcoming without trying too hard. And the music? Always a vibe. Whatever you do, don't skip the cookies. They are to die for. Soft, rich, packed with flavor. Truly unskippable. Quick PSA: if you're looking for a cheap, basic sandwich, respectfully--go to Jersey Mike's or Subway. This is not that! This is a step above. Elevated, thoughtful, and worth every bite. Ggiata is fun, flavorful, and doing deli food the right way. I'll be back, again and again! - A neighborhood local

Would I return? Probably not! There are many other option here in LA. First, I want to mention that I came last night and it was dead, but it did not stop the staff from being extra slow. It took forever to get one sandwich! Second, I feel I did not get the sandwich I ordered! I order the Philly cheesesteak, the bread wasn't the same as advertised nor was I told beforehand that they were swapping it out and the sandwich nearly had any meat or fixing inside, all bread pretty much. Not worth the $20 it costed! False advertising! The sandwich looked nothing like they advertised it! I also want to say the eggplant fries, you would think that would be healthier side, uhm no battered and complete soaking in grease.

Rueben meat

Ordered the Turk before and it turned out to be a great sandwich. Tried spicy P but not my favorite . So decided to explore the menu. Got a Reuben sandwich and Philly steak, turned out to be a mistake . The pastrami in the Reuben had so much fat and stuff the I gave up eating , the Philly was so oily and salty that I couldn't eat. So stick to what you know and don't waste money on Philly and Rueben.

They have protein shakes (they're right across from F45 so genius move on their end) with the option of whey or pea protein. Seems like a new local business so definitely go to give your support! To eat, the baba's chicken caesar wrap and that was okay as well. It tasted pretty healthy which I do like, but a lot of the components made it feel like I was eating cardboard. The creamy sauce did help though and I loved the crunchy and refreshing side salad. Interior and bathrooms are pretty clean with a good amount of seating, tables, and outlets. The baristas here were super nice and welcoming. The music can get a bit loud though especially the one coming from the fitness room it's connected to. To park, you just need to follow the signs inside the building for the free covered parking. Solid study spot with decent drinks and food. I would consider coming back.

We stopped by Bread Head and it was absolutely worth the visit. It was a little hard to find a seat…read moresince the place was packed and the line was out the door, but that just shows how popular it is. I ordered the mozzarella sandwich with fresh ovoline mozzarella, creamy avocado, crunchy alfalfa sprouts, pickled red onions, and zatar spread on their signature crackly house made focaccia. The sandwich was stacked incredibly high with fresh ingredients and every bite was delicious. The focaccia alone deserves recognition since it was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside. The flavors worked really well together. The portion was huge and it took me about forty minutes to finish because it was so generously loaded. They even gave me a side of avocado at no charge which was a really nice surprise. We also both ordered the homemade lemonade which was to die for and very refreshing. For the quality and portion size the prices are very affordable. They also accept Blackbird which is a great bonus. Amazing sandwiches, fresh ingredients, generous portions, and a fun atmosphere. We liked it so much that we made a plan to come back next week. So we went to today and I ordered a BLT with turkey added, no problem. My girlfriend asked for the veggie wrap in a sandwich form and the guy at the register said "we don't do modifications". My girlfriend responded by saying they were able to do it last time so could you check. He looked fairly new and had trouble putting in my order in the register since I modified it by adding turkey. So he went to the back and just asked, do we do modifications? To which the guy in the back said no. She's vegan and that's all she can have off the menu so she ended up not getting anything and she was bummed since she really liked the sandwich they made last time. So we won't be coming back here and this place gets one star based on the customer service. It's a sandwich shop, if it's an extra charge to put a veggie wrap into a sandwich no problem. But the hard NO when it was made last time is PRETTY LAME for a sandwich shop not being able to make a veggie sandwich.
